We didn't know what to expect after reading the reviews for this hotel and this time most of the reviews were true. • We arrived at the hotel on 30/06/23 sometime around 2 pm (a group of 10 people), at the reception they just told us to put your suitcases here and wait, so we waited, after about half an hour, still nothing happened, we left so ask the reception again and the answer was just wait, no one told you anything, so we urged the reception to continue. There were about 6 hotel employees at the reception and they had absolutely no idea what to do, they kept walking around with papers, asking about our name and how many there were, they kept just checking the papers and bungalow numbers. At about 5 p.m., when we kept asking what the problem was, finally after three hours they answered, gave the key to one of the bungalows. Stone. One bungalow for ten people, the gentleman who led us there said that they gave us this one for now and the rest after that. As I already mentioned, we had a paid famBungalow for 4 people, so I don't know who invented it, but the bungalow had two rooms and one air conditioner, which, however, only worked in the bedroom and the air did not get into the second room and it was a mess. Then we only had a piece of wire pulled from the wall instead of a TV (the TV didn't bother us at all that it wasn't there, I was more bothered that they were declaring something that wasn't there), broken chairs, etc., I'll add photos. So we went to the reception, where nothing happened anyway, so we called the delegate again and he said he would come in the morning and that it would be resolved. So in the morning we went to a meeting with the delegate, he was willing to solve everything, but he still didn't solve anything at all. We requested a change of bungalow or a change of hotel. In the end we agreed to change the bungalow, that we should come to the reception in the afternoon and that they would try to do something about it. They found the only available bungalow, we went to look there and there was no air conditioning at all, after talking to the delegate when he tried to me to convince them that they all have air conditioners, I resigned and found out that we couldn't do anything anyway and that the people at the reception and Mr. Delegate were just as sh**t.
