Hotel super!!! Damai dan tenang!!! Kakitangan yang sangat sopan dan mesra!!! Sarapan yang sangat lazat. WiFi adalah baik di seluruh hotel dan bilik! Ia sangat mu*** untuk berjalan ke pantai 50 meter. Bangunan hotel ini terletak sedemikian rupa sehingga biliknya tenang, tiada siapa yang mengganggu sesiapa pun.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! NOT A FAMILY RESORT !!! We chose this hotel in south goa for our family vacation looking at high ratings and reviews online but looks like we were extremely wrong. We went there for Christmas holidays and had booked via my bank's credit card rewards portal. Our trouble began even before we checked in. The hotel said that we should pay extra money for some mandatory event for Christmas we never signed up for. It was nowhere mentioned on the site from which I booked about this event and I even showed it to the staff. But, the staff kept claiming on many websites it was mentioned. So, do these ******* freaks expect customers to check 100 travel websites and do the booking? They have a clown hired as a manager named "Ranjan". This money hungry monster did not allow us to check in and behaved in an extremely rude, uncooperative manner. His attitude was as if he owns the place. I was travelling with a toddler and asked him to give the room immediately as my toddler was suffering due to heat but this monster did not help but ensured that his junior staff who was about to let me check in doesn't do so and BLOCKED my check because of their "mandatory event". Finally, I gave up and paid the money. I asked the clown to give the room immediately but he delayed it deliberately showing his " MANAGERIAL POWER". It didn't end there. I clearly asked them again and again if this is a non-smoking resort as we have a toddler with us and they confirmed and reconfirmed multiple times. But, after checking in, we realized that it was a lie to get money out of our pockets. Another guest staying in the cottage above us was smoking openly. We could not open the windows or doors at any point of time due to the same. In fact, it was so bad that the smoke from his room was entering our room via our AC as the outdoor AC units were placed next to each other. We could not even use the AC properly as our room was getting filled with the smoke and our toddler was coughing constantly due to that. Complained to the staff multiple times who once again did NOTHING about it and the cigarette smoke kept coming filling our room. On the day of Christmas, I was told that the said "mandatory" event will be 7 PM onwards, there will be food and drinks etc. for adults as well as kids. My toddler usually sleeps by 7 PM daily per his schedule. I had no interest of attending the event but since we were made to pay for the same by the clown Ranjan, we decided to go and have some quick food at least. But, to our surprise, there was NOTHING available to eat even at 8 PM. They delayed, delayed and delayed things. My toddler became restless as he was hungry and sleepy. I asked the staff 4-5 times to at least get us one or two items in a separate plate for our toddler but they simply ignored and asked us to wait. Had to feed him unhealthy chips and plain water for an hour. Only thing they served complimentary was food and soft drinks. To make the matters worse, they decid

We stayed in the resort for reunion for two days. The experience was very good. The food in Seashells Restaurant was excellent. The service by Mr.Sudhip Mandal was excellent.All the best Sudhip.. The breakfast spread was very good, provided you are looking for Indian cuisine

I had booked 8 villas on the 21st and 22nd of January 2025 for a reunion of 8 families who had worked together in Abu Dhabi, meeting after a gap of 6–8 years. Overall, the stay was pleasant, with the villa rooms being comfortable and well-maintained. Each villa had two neat and clean bathrooms, and there was an adequate supply of drinking water and other essentials. Although we spent minimal time in the rooms, I must commend the housekeeping staff for their attention to detail. The campus was clean and well-kept, and the proximity to the beach made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet was excellent and met our expectations. However, the dinner service on the 21st Jan 2025 night was disappointing. The service was slow and disorganized. Additionally, we were told that villa guests had no billing limits and were required to pay on the spot, which was frustrating. It was surprising and somewhat irritating to feel that the management seemed to trust regular room occupants more than villa guests. Thankfully, the issue was eventually resolved, and billing limits were put in place, but this experience slightly dampened an otherwise enjoyable stay. On 22nd night we could sense the change. Another area of concern was their communication systems. The sales team’s response times on phone calls and WhatsApp messages were extremely slow. Queries during the booking process were addressed with significant delays. Worse, after vacating, one of my colleagues realized they had left some belongings behind. Despite contacting the sales representative the following day, neither a callback nor a response to my WhatsApp message was received and I eventually had to go back to the resort in person to check why they were not responding to calls, which was highly inconvenient. I have not received the call or response to whats app even after a gap of almost 30 hours till the time I write this review. I strongly urge the management to improve their communication systems and train their staff to handle guest inquiries promptly and courteously. While the property itself and the on-ground staff provided a good experience overall, the poor communication and service from the sales team fell well below expectations and detracted from what could have been a flawless stay.

It is place where you can enjoy as a kid, college students and with professionals. Ambience is very open and clear. Rooms were very well maintained and well lighted. Dinner was well spread. Staffs displayed very nice behaviour and were very courteous.

A beautiful and well maintained resort with access to a clean beach. Away from the hustle bustle of city. The cottages with greenery around them makes it quite serene. Great for a relaxed stay or events. The public places outside like the lagoon need to be maintained better.
