More than an hour away from the chaos of 'typical' Goa we all know of, lies this wonderland. Nestled in the western ghats, the property is a must visit. The rooms are so aptly located that all throughout your stay, it seems that you are the only guests in the entire property. The room's patio offers a breathtaking view of the lush green ghats. The entire hospitality team treats you like you are an old dear friend of theirs. A big thank you to all of them. A very luxurious experience in a beautifully built property accentuated by gorgeous natural surroundings. The staff goes above and beyond to try and meet all your needs and the rooms are 5 star wooden lodges with fabulous attention to detail, comfort and amenities. Exceptional food as well. We had such a relaxing and rejuvenating stay at Postcard Hideaway, Netravali; the property / rooms are a perfect blend of nature and comfort. Being a wildlife photographer by passion, I’ve travelled to numerous resorts in the lush greens of nature, very rarely we get rooms like these where the essence of being in the wild is so well coupled with the comfort of luxury. The staff at Postcard are pure gems; the manager Mr. Saurabh and senior staff Mr. Shubham, made us feel at home right from the time we reached the reception. Mr. Shubham, was an absolute delight to be with; he knew what we wanted even before we could say it. Additionally, he has immense and accurate knowledge with regards to the property and the surrounding area, thus, adding even more value to our stay and travel. The resort is well equipped, the rooms provide the travelers with all the necessities and with quality + quantity. One should appreciate the owners of the resort for taking a strong stance on sustainable hospitality and for its seamless implementation; small steps, big impact. Overall, the resort is heavenly, the surrounding area is beautiful, the staff is so well trained and sensitised towards traveler’s satisfaction; it was a truly a relaxing stay for us. Worth it! Lastly, I’ll also appreciate Ms. Nancy for being so understanding and approachable, infact, my trust with the brand ‘Postcard’ started with my interactions with her during the planning and reservation stage. Nestled amidst breathtaking natural beauty, the resort offers a truly exceptional retreat experience. Staff members are not just attentive but go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels pampered. Rooms are spacious and offer stunning views of the mountains. The food here can exceed anyone's expectations.

Before booking our stay, we watched an interview with Mr. Kapil Chopra , the founder of Postcard on YouTube. Inspired, we immediately reserved a stay at Postcard Hideaway Netravali, captivated by its stunning photos. The nearest airport, Dabolim Goa, is about 70 km from the resort, approximately a 2-hour drive. Located in South Goa, the route to the resort features good roads that pass through charming villages. The resort is surrounded by a forest, and mobile reception disappears in the last 20 minutes, so it's best to download maps if you're driving yourself. Upon arrival at the resort, we were greeted with a wet towel and a welcome drink before being shown to our luxury room. There is full wifi internet coverage at the entire resort. These independent wooden cottages, elevated on stilts, are modern and comfortable, offering a view of the trees and a distant glimpse of the Western Ghats. Each room features a spacious balcony perfect for relaxing, comfortable beds, and ample space. The resort embraces a minimalist philosophy with no televisions or refrigerators in the rooms. Instead, there’s an amenities bar with a fancy kettle, a selection of pour-over coffee sachets, and their own branded tea bags. They also provide two small bottles of freshly made snacks for healthy eating and ample of water bottles. The resort’s unique 24-hour check-in/check-out policy and "Anytime Breakfast" concept are extremely customer-friendly. While the selection of vegetarian food is limited, it is exceptionally flavorful, and the breakfast options are diverse. Facilities at the resort include a unique jacuzzi situated among the spa rooms, a large swimming pool, and a TV/games/reading lounge. Guests can use golf buggies to travel between their rooms and the various facilities of the resort , including the dining room. For dining expenses, one can use the EAZYDINER app for the offers. Our stay was perfect during the monsoon season, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of the team led by Saurabh Khurana and Sonia, ***** with the housekeeping staff and Chef Shivam and his team. We enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing weekend.

Excellent property and infra with great food and super efficient polite staff. They made the whole trip a memorable experience Must go for a peaceful break with great views for a Goa break away from the usual hustle with mountains and treks in the forests

This is a boutique hotel located in lush green netravali forest . Their hospitality is at next level. Never experienced such a polite staff. Their front office supervisor SHUBHAM DESSAI made our stay very comfortable. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi and luxurious rooms gives you a perfect relaxing Holiday. Thanks team for the in-house cake.

The Service & Hospitality is a 10/10 Special mention to HarSimram, fabulous guy. The location looks like it's no where Close to Goa and its typical scene with too much crowd and commotion. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing Getaway, here's your place.

A beautiful, tucked away resort with attentive staff and a tasty (if limited) menu. Stay was totally spoiled by the staff member that rifled through my bag and stole cash out of my purse. We tucked our rupees (around £75 worth) in my bag on arrival and didn't touch them until arriving at our next hotel, to find them all gone. It was only us and one other guest in the whole place. The hotel investigated and checked lockers but said they found nothing. This was of little use as it could have been taken any time over the 3 days. I also doubt the person would be daft enough to put the money in their locker. The resort refused to admit fault and said we should have used the safe (fair, but not the point when you pay a premium). They did offer some points for other postcard resorts, that we would never be able use, as a consolation. We'd never accuse anyone of theft lightly, and have only done so as we're 100% certain we didn't misplace it. We're not even bothered about the money, it's just really disappointing as we had such a wonderful time there. This may still have been a good review if the hotel had accepted some fault or shown remorse for the actions of their team.
