It is spacious but old hotel. They need to work on the maintenance. Some dishes are cracked and not cleaned. Staff are friendly.

Pros: Excellent service from all staff, always smiling and ready to help. Location is just across the road to St Regis hotel, where I attended a wedding.  Cons: Found dust bunnies on several occasions during my 3-night stay. No face towel.Had to request for hand towel and hairdryer, which were provided promptly. Breakfast was lacking in choice and taste. You are better off trying the nearby cafes or food delivery services. Tip: For those who prefer convenience, food delivery services (I used Grab Food) was a time saver. Used it too to get food to pack back as souvenirs for flight home.

Super comfy for a family of 5. Friendly staffs and strategic location. Streetfood stalls are everywhere. Very convenient👍

It was pleasant stay, the hotel upgrade my room. Service was ok, the only downside is the lights went out several times a day.
