I’m sorry, but I cannot say anything positive about this hotel. During my stay, it was extremely noisy due to ongoing construction. From around 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., the construction work was constant, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. In addition, the area was very dusty because of the construction. The bathroom was not clean, and the water pressure was very weak, which further reduced the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I will not return to this hotel, and I sincerely hope the construction will be completed soon for future guests.

Service was great. My room has AC leak so the receptionist change it to another room. The only con is hotel is currently renovating so there are dust and work in progress on the floor I was staying.

Nice cafe on the roof. I want to thank the gentleman at reception that helped me print an urgent paper while the lady before him sent me away while all copy centers were closed. Good overall, i asked for sheets to be changed cause of stains. Good location i think (first time in JK), many things around and close to Rasuna Said train stop.

Unfortunately, this hotel is very bad. I wouldn't give it even one star. Every day from 8 AM to 5 PM, there are construction workers inside the hotel, causing a disturbance throughout that time. We request that you assign someone to visit this extremely, extremely, extremely bad hotel, and we ask that you compensate us for the days we booked there. Oh God, the strangest hotel I've ever stayed in!

My 2nd time stay here for my business trip. 1st stay in February 27 2025. Booked deluxe with city view. Was pleasant stay. Beautiful scenery night view. Just the toilet a bit dirty and furniture run down old. 2nd stay was yesterday, 29 April 2025. Booked Executive room. Furniture and toilet was cleaner and so much better, just doesn't have a nice scenery view, as the big window blocked by the high wall. Staffs very friendly, amenities are near so nearby, especially to my designated office. Good location. Mini mart and delicious martabak just next to it. Had a good night meeting and morning breakfast at the cosy Beautiful Sky Garden at the rooftop. An old cute cat is another new interesting thing to friend with. Overall, it was awesome! Thank you, trip.com, for always accommodating a good deal! Exceptional!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the worst hotel in Jakarta the people they don’t speak Arabic they don’t speak English they don’t speak Indonesian didn’t understand any language the manager the hotel has no manager can you believe? Managed by itself? Very funny I stayed there for two days and it was the worst days in my life. Bathroom is very bad not clean. Pillows are so old. Unbelievable I talk to Trip.com on this company who are giving us on false promises they said they will do their best to make you stay heavily. I stayed unhappy until until I check out from this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to any human beings. This hotel is not built for human being the hotel is under construction.

Check in was quick and easy! Staff was friendly and warm, took time to explain the hotel. Hotel has renovation ongoing in the day, hence there are dust along the corridor. Nonetheless, the room was okay.

Great place in the middle of central Jakarta. Easy to go anywhere by LRT or Transjakarta. However, tje service should be improved, especially for the breakfast and the noise.

Hotel located at strategic place. Breakfast option wise is so so. Hotel are comfortable, receptionists are responsive but would be better if they provide iron room

Stayed for the CNY,great location at kuningan. We got the best room in the hotel. King size bed with a sofa and a study table and chair. Also comes with kitchen and the kitchen stool and microwave. The balcony is nice and so is the rooftop bar/ restaurant. Breakfast is the typical Indonesian style, served early at 6.30am which is good if you’re working and need to eat breakfast before going to work. There’s small local shop nearby and a cafe nearby as well.

Good enough for a short stay. Location is a plus point, and the rood top garden is pretty nice. But the internet is very unstable.
