A very disappointing experience.
1.) Rude and unfriendly staff in the front desk ( a female staff with a short bob hairstyle, age around 45-55 years old). When we checked in at the front desk, we read the shuttle bus timetable sheet but still had some questions, we politely asked questions about the Airport shuttle bus, the bob hairstyle female staff had no intention to help , she didn't want to listen our inquiries and just replied rudely "IT'S ALL ON TIMETABLE!" with very impatient attitude. We finally lined up again to ask another staff to get the information we needed.
2.) Bed sheet was VERY DIRTY. There are many shoeprints and shoes treads on our bed sheet. We were stunned by the dirty shoeprints and stains on the bed sheet. We called the front desk to inform the problem, the front desk female staff (the bob hairstyle lady) replied " We will bring you another sheet." Then we asked her "Would any staff come to change the dirty sheet for us?” She replied us "No. You change it yourself! The house cleaner is not here now." Then she hung up the phone rudely. Finally a male staff brought another sheet to our door, and we have to change the unbelievable dirty sheet by ourselves.
Our stay in the Comfort Inn & Suites San Francisco Airport North was upset. The rude and disrespectful behavior of the staff and the dirty of the room was disappointing. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
