Room: Very convenient for an early-hour connecting flight! The room was clean; the bed was very comfortable; toilet and bathroom were clean with good hot shower. Had provided me with good rest! Restaurant: It opens 24 hours. Nice vibe! Food was really good - I had one of the best buttered chicken I have ever had, really fresh and hot! The hotel offered breakfast-takeaway at early hours too. This was really good! Not just “a breakfast”, I was impressed by the extensive full breakfast - from juice to coffee, fresh fruit, cold items and hot items - all readily packed to take with me. Service: I must say - very nice team of people, and they really tried best to meet your needs and to look after you well. The restaurant team was really attentive and friendly; and the front desk team was very welcoming, and helpful. Mr Ravinder at the front desk was very informative, attentive to details, professional, and had been most helpful. Thank you very much! I had two enquiries which required assistance, the front desk team offered prompt speedily help! Most appreciated! Thank you very much indeed.

Dry Day Holiday in India. Hotel had all needs, just a bit old. Dry Day has no exceptions in all of Delhi, but Duty Free is open. 12-hour layover, but price is quite high. Lots of mattresses in the hallway.

The room was reasonable. Location is good. Left early around 3 am so they gave me a packed breakfast.

Very convenient location. If you check out before the restaurant opens for breakfast, they'll prepare a complimentary lunchbox. After checkout, you can go to the departure area without going though checking.

I never got to this hotel due to some confusion with the hotel.

Location is good for domestic flight connection. Food is good too.

Beware of this hotel. I will also put review on other forums to alert travellers . They are theives. I booked well in advance after sending several mails that its okay to get an entry there after l land in Delhi lndia. I reached quite late at night via an international flight with my 9 yrs old daughter alone . They denied me entry stating l need to have another onward flight from T3 to get entry. I will attach the clause which they have mentioned . In English it isn't straight forward . It's like , it can mean this or it can mean that . Seems to me now that its cleverly done to extract money from victims like me . If they have stringent policies or rules they must mention is very clearly with examples . The room rate l paid without the entering is a hefty amount . They refused to return any amount despite it was their fault . I was with my daughter after a long flight until midnight looking for a hotel in a place like delhi . Holiday inn brand name is no more what they used to be .

Arrived by international flight, but not allowed to check-in, tequest for refund, not accepted.

The hotel location is great but the entrance itself is not the easiest to find, as you have to find the staff who is stationed near the airport signboard (wearing the hotel shirt). Service staff is well-trained in procedures and facilities are pretty much no-frills, good enough for short overnight stay. Still waiting for deposit to be released by hotel for over 3 weeks, even though amount has already been prepaid.

Hotel inside terminal and need to go through some security chkin..once you enter are not allowed to go out..perfect for those want to catch early flight

Perfect for long layovers. Me and my 5 year old had good sleep for some hour. If someone could pick up from the flight door it would have been better because it gave us hard time to find the place.
