Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Southampton

Very nice hotel and clean. The room decoration is very nice and the room is spacious. They got us a free upgrade which was amazing.

We stayed for one night in an executive room the night before a cruise. Check in was easy the staff good, they arranged a late check out for us before we even asked. Very Good. The room was decent nothing spectacular, but as I paid for most of it with my Accor points very reasonable, you could see the ship from the room. Bed was comfy it had a TV and tea making things. Just what we needed after a long journey from Leeds. We slept fine We had our dinner in the hotel again nothing spectacular but it was edible and reasonably priced. The breakfast was buffet style and it had everything you needed and was all tasty. Just to let you know there is a £10 charge for overnight parking. If we take another cruise from Southampton we would definitely stay again.

Booked a room and called to request an extra bed. All agreed. At arrival, staff insist no extra bed and couldn't care less as I was told ”well there's nothing we can do”. Appalling service for such a big hotel.

Great service, good facilities. Quiet night in. Lots of golfing going on in the morning around the 10:00 am check-out period. Nice drive in seeing parts of the course. Very willing to accommodate some extra towels...

很可惜的時候短暫停留，沒有好好享受酒店的設施，性價比超高的酒店。環境很好！相對來說也挺大的！忘記拍房間的圖了，如果還有機會去的話，會再來這裏住

Lovely hotel . This is the 2nd time we have stayed and will be back again next year. Very clean and tidy. Staff helpful. Wonderful Breakfast and a lovely pool and spa pool.

Had to wait a long time to check in and the receptionist was quite dismissive. Rooms ok but nothing exciting, the bath had black marks round the sides.

Beautiful grounds! The entrance to the hotel is amazing. It’s in a fantastic setting, lovely to walk around the grounds aha explore. The room is slightly dated in comparison to other hotels, however the bed is comfy and you have a tv and hot drink facilities. Pool, jacuzzi and steam room were a nice touch.

Really pleasant stay. Room was clean, great amenities, plenty of free parking & all members of staff really friendly & engaging. Only ******, room service menu limited, would be nice to see a more varied menu given the star rating, but nevertheless a very enjoyable experience.
