Shower kept going hot and cold to the point it actually burnt.
Tv didnt work very well.
Netflix didnt work
Plug sockets hanging off the wall.
Smell of **** as you come out the door..
Manager that checked us in was helpful when arriving at the property though.
Unfortunately we had the room booked for 2 nights but the first night due to a family emergency we couldnt make it. And we lost out on that money. I understand a refund cant be done for everyone but given the circumstances.

Check in took ages, got a missed call earlier in the day which apparently was supposed to arrange it but unknown number so ignored. Also didnt know how to check out. Room was really nice though and bed comfortable. Location good too.

I have never felt more more unsafe and unclean than when I walked into the “room”. Absolutely filthy, broken mouldy chair, mouldy linens, broken shower door and someone else’s hair everywhere. I tried to call the number for the people in charge (because there is no front desk) and no one returned my calls. Police were waiting to raid the property when I left. Best part about this place? The central location when you need to vacate. Refusing to offer a refund because they claim they never heard from me - because they never answered their phone! Disgusting accomodation, worst accomodation experience of my life
