The staffs are nice and friendly,checking in and checking out was quick great location me and my partner are very happy with our stay

Spacious rooms for two, with a clean setup and professional service. Housekeeping was spectacular and reception staff was very helpful, especially in assisting me with external deliveries to the hotel. Hotel location was also convenient for work purposes.

I’d like to share our Villa experience at Crown Towers Melbourne room 3138 from 29th to 31st May 2023. To start, our greeting from Anthony and Sarah was simply delightful with champagne and the ultimate introduction of the room. We couldn’t have asked for anything more on arrival. The housekeeping attention to detail was excellent, though a mop was left in the second lavatory on the 2nd day. Not a big deal for us, however it’s those small touches that could impact other guests impressions. The bed was WOW - the linens, wow wow wow, like a cloud. The Koko Black chocolates were beautiful though the fruit bowl was nothing to be desired, a fruit platter would have made a nicer touch. The ceramics and art work in the Villa were spectacular though please inspect and dust the two ceramic cranes in the bedroom, the dust on them was so thick, I don’t think it had been done for a couple of months. The power plug at the bedroom window was slightly off the wall requiring maintenance and scuff marks on the walls. There was some feedback that we would like to give that would’ve made our stay absolutely incredible and memorable and what we thought would have been included as a ‘butler touch’ but failed to deliver. (Noting that we have stayed at numerous other properties globally that do this) For example, Knowing that it was our anniversary, a romantic bath or rose petals on the bed after we returned from the club room, would’ve been a nice touch Knowing that we were going to stay in, enjoy the room and watch movies, a small gesture of popcorn or movie snacks would’ve been a nice touch. I would have loved if it was offered to have our luggage unpacked. The in-room tablet is a big thing for us. It’s something that influences us to stay at Crown! Knowing that we can order room service at any time from the tablet. This never worked and was never able to be fixed for the duration of stay. This was a big letdown. On our second night the turndown service came approximately 1600. It was the two Butler team, plus two Housekeeper‘s, it would’ve been better if they had of waited until we went to the club room at 1730, so we were not disturbed. Overall, I don’t think you can offer the butler service as a selling point because we were not offered anything different than when we have stayed in the Premier Club suite. If the Butlers are meant to offer you services, then this feedback should definitely be delivered because we were not offered anything above and beyond what we would get in a standard Crown Suite. Though worthy to note that any time we interacted with any of the Butler team, the communication was professional and delightful. I do expect absolute perfection in hotels (and I’m happy to pay the price) but there were just a few imperfections that need attention. I have booked again for my 40th birthday because the room was so beautiful but I will come prepared with a list of requests for the butler team since its more ‘ask and you’ll receive’ rather than ‘we will

A two day getaway in the King Loft left me wishing I could stay longer. The staff at Crown Metropol made me feel welcome and were nothing but professional, friendly and accomodating. It really was a home away from home, a bed so comfortable that a sleep in didn't feel wrong. Gifted a VIP welcome of French champagne and chocolates that continued to another surprise of an immaculately turned down room and more treats the next day left all of Us smiling. The extras and attention to detail was first class with the added benefits of amazing views over Melbourne in a luxurious apartment that my family didn’t want to leave. I haven’t even mentioned the pool and day spa, or breakfast at Mr Hives! Thank you Crown Metropol ♥️♥️

Pros: - Location: (Walking) Southbank Promenade (3mins), Skydeck (4mins), National Gallery of Victoria (6mins), Federation Square (7mins), Royal Botanic Gardens (18mins). - Bathroom amenities: Liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dental kit, vanity kit, shower cap, issues, hairdryer (2000w). - Complimentary water provided on the first day. - Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, modern appliances. Cons: - In-room WiFi extremely slow for 2024, averaging 10Mbps, with no signal reaching the bedroom. - Impractical design: power points difficult to access near beds and table/work area, only a rain shower head (no handheld option), no toilet brush, shower gel and shampoo dispensers located outside the immediate shower area requiring you to step out to use them, very small TV with no HDMI access, windows that don’t seal properly allowing cold air in, loud air conditioning, and dim lighting in the main room. No shelf in the shower to put your toiletries. In-room safe is not pin-based, instead an outdated system requiring a credit card (or similar) swipe. This is highly unsafe in an age where skimming personal details off magnetic strips is common. - The designer toiletries, crockery, and chopping boards shown on the website are not provided in the room. Instead, you get generic, lower-quality items.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the amenities were decent, the location was a major disappointment. Despite being advertised as ”centrally located,” it was quite far from key attractions and conveniences. Public transportation options were limited, making it difficult to get around without spending extra money on taxis or rideshares. Additionally, the surrounding area felt somewhat isolated, with very few restaurants or shops nearby, leaving us with little to do in the immediate vicinity. If you're looking to explore the city or enjoy a more lively environment, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Very convenient. Walking distance to flinders station. Breakfast is good. Allows guests to take away breakfast if they are not able to eat at the breakfast table due to catching flight etc. Hotel is new and clean however the design of sharing door for the shower and toilet is bad as water leaks out from the shower cubicle into the living area. This is dangerous and slippery. I nearly fell down! Otherwise this is a good hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a quick trip to Melbourne. Very comfortable bed and plenty of room in the walk in wardrobe for your luggage and clothes. Little tight getting around the bed however nothing major. Plenty of room in the living kitchen area. Close to Woolies and walking distance to city and South Melbourne. Would stay here again

Excellent apartment.Great staff and service.Nothing too much trouble.Very clean and well maintained common areas.Reception a very welcoming space. Staff very friendly, confident and efficient. Perfect location for Southbank,the City and attractions. Would highly recommend.
