Ulasan Meriton Suites Southport

Extremely satisfied! The room was clean and spacious, and transportation around the hotel was very convenient. Housekeeping was provided for our 4-day stay. Overall, it's a high-standard hotel that I would recommend to others.

The room was spacious, and the location offered convenient access to everything. My only hiccup was that the hotel's elevator system broke down during my business trip, making it quite inconvenient to go up and down all day. However, the staff were all doing their best to resolve the issue, which was great. Overall, Meriton is an excellent choice when in Australia.

Great for families, the room is spacious and the LRT station is right outside. However, the service was just okay. They didn't clean the room or provide bottled water for our two-day stay. On the bright side, the front desk staff had a good attitude, and I didn't pay too much attention to other things.

Great location that is next to Tram and close to water. Great ocean view. Facilities are good but the swimming pool is not so clean. Service is OK but the linens and towels are not so clean either. Even new towels have human hairs inside...

I’ve stayed at Meriton Southport a number of times now and every time I find it a great place to stay. Location is great away from the busy streets of the surfers paradise, but having the tram right out the front allows you to get to there easily. Cafes, restaurants and supermarket within the building precinct makes everything so easy, particularly having kitchen in the tool if you want to eat your breakfast on the balcony watching the sunrise. Would definitely recommend

Thankyou for accommodating our early check-in . All requests were met and would love to come and stay again . Amazing views from the balcony .

My daughter had the best stay. Good location and convenient. However I couldn't check in without my physical card which I thouhht a photo licence will do. Luckily my daughter has it to allowed us to check in .I guess if I have all the communication and paper work from my email will do, however they didn't allowed that at the reception.

The manager on the reception was unwelcome. We found a cockroach in the apartment! The apartment is outdated a bit. The location and view is great.

We stayed here for a family trip. The location was excellent, and the views from our room exceeded our expectations – they were truly stunning. The hotel's surroundings were incredibly convenient, with a station, supermarket, and various restaurants all nearby, making our stay very easy. We also felt a wonderful sense of warm hospitality, as our requests for extra towels and coffee were handled with great care and attention. The only minor regret was that our room wasn't ready at 3:10 PM, causing a slight delay in check-in. However, despite this, it's a fantastic hotel that I would definitely love to visit again.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Quality all round , Will be back again for sure, as long as prices stay low.

The room is spacious, and the location is convenient for getting around, with excellent transport links.

The room was a bit old and the decor felt dated. The hallway had a strong, unpleasant smell of cheese mixed with curry. It's quite a distance from the beach, making transportation inconvenient, and they charge $20 a night for parking.

Everything was fantastic. My only nitpick was the number of coffee capsules that were provided during their minor room services. Would prefer to have more of those without needing to request for it

Modern high-rise with clean, spacious rooms, great views and strong location near tram/shops. Reliable, good value stay—though occasional maintenance issues and mixed long-term building complaints reported.
