New hotel with great amenities and convenient location. Staff was very good, all friendly and helpful. Location was across from shopping area with many dining choices. Hotel was spotless. Rooms were very large with a small kitchen and a safe.

Llghaga2024We had to come for a funeral, but wanted a place with a pool. After being warned of a few hotels in town this one was recommended. I was happy with everything especially a fair price for the same amenities as other hotels. Good breakfast, clean rooms, water 24/7 at front desk and home made cookies.

SStewart KI stayed at the Holiday Inn Medicine Hat in room 306 and I was very impressed by the reception staff. She was friendly, helpful, and professional. She greeted me warmly when I arrived and checked me in quickly. Her name was Khush and she also gave me some useful information about the hotel amenities and the nearby attractions. She answered all my questions and made me feel welcome. Khush also went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. She helped me book a taxi to the airport, arranged a late checkout for me, and even gave me a complimentary breakfast. She was always smiling and courteous, and she made sure I had everything I needed. I would like to thank Khush for her excellent service and hospitality. She is a great asset to the hotel and she deserves recognition and appreciation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medicine Hat.

MMirnaClean and spacious room. Quiet hotel. Comfortable bed. Front desk were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located next to a plaza, and at the same time close to the hyway, close to many sites to visit. The only confusion happened when we were going there, google maps does not lead to the entrance of the hotel, we had to take the highway again and cone back.

PPengguna TetamuI thoroughly enjoyed my stay, from check in to check out! Staff was very friendly and very helpful when I needed to extend my stay for one more day. The day I extended my stay for one more day the front desk clerk had been dealing with an issue and it wasn't very nice one. There was bit of a line up but he managed to deal with everyone and everything very patiently and helpful. I will stay here again! The room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated it that even though I didn't need my towels changed every day they were.

Ssadioz21We stayed here for a night in the middle of a massive road trip from Banff to Brandon. We booked at short notice and got a couple of rooms last min. The rooms were pretty decent, it’s clearly an old motel that’s been slightly renovated to fit the Ramada style. But our room next to the car park was actually decent, the shower was new and the bed comfy, air con worked well as well. We used the pool and hot tub to help our weary legs and it was great! No major complaints here at all! Enjoyed it!

My stay at Hotel Flamingo in Medicine Hat was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the amenities were fantastic. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions . I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere by the pool. I highly recommend Hotel Flamingo for anyone visiting Medicine Hat!
