While I didn’t really use any of the services, my stay was perfect for my needs. I needed a late check. I was tired and found a clean and comfortable room. It was an easy quick check in. The room had everything I needed, it was quiet. I had a good sleep, waking refreshed and the checkout was fast and I was in my way. Perfect in every way for my needs. Thank you.

The hotel itself is a decent 3.5 star hotel. But the WiFi there is the worst of any hotel I've stayed at in the past 10 years. With download speeds usually around 0.50 MBps and upload speeds often 0.00 MBps as per SpeedTest, the Internet was completely unusable. I complained several times but nothing was done. If you don't need to work at this hotel, then it will be perfectly fine. But, if like me, you were all set to work there for a couple of days, you will be in trouble.

The room is clean and towels are fluffy white. We had a good night sleep. We had king room and bathroom is big and comfortable. We had a fridge with no icebox. The hotel reception hall has wood beams, wedding room is beautiful. We had Mississagua promotion of visa gift card and Square one gift card. It was fun going to the big beautiful mall.

PPengguna TetamuThe room, the washroom was surprisingly very clean which is very unlike other Airport hotels I have stayed at.
The sound proofing is very good you can not hear the noise from the airport at all.
Only down side is it is in Terminal 3 so if you are flying Air Canada you have to take the train to get to the Hotel, but it is maximum 7-8 minutes away which is nothing as compared to the other hotels nearby.
Worth every cent. Even the restaurant at the hotel has very good food.

SScott LeonardThis hotel is a must-stay for me whenever I have a morning flight departing Terminal 3 at YYZ. The terminal is just a short walk across the street! No worries, if you are traveling from T1 or happen to have lots of heavy baggage there is a free shuttle service. The restaurant offers a great regular menu and an extra good breakfast if you include this in your booking.

PPengguna TetamuIts our first time here and i am impressed, very simple, not too crowded and elevator is fast, breakfast is amazing the cook and alex in tye breakfast area were amazing, inlive how alex consistently greets you with the warmest hello and Try ti engage in short talks and hi’s and hellos from every guest that comes in. For me thats just amazing, its not everytime you see someone who does it consistently. Im staying here for 3 days and two nights. And been observing coz i too worked 19 years in customer service and providing feedbacks and teview i take it seriously to support those whi work hard and to give constructive criticism to better their kraft and help clients make tge right choice to were they can soend their money. I also love the use of the marriott app so easy to ask for service request using the app although they are nit precise to give you the number of toiletries you ask ive asked 3 lotion coz theres 3 of us several times and i keep getting just one so i ended uo asking so many times. Their pool is smaller that it showed on the photo the hot tub looked dirty but they were cleaning it last night, the gym they have good equipment that the other hotels ive been to, the rooms are perfect exactly what i was looking for i booked a suite and also tye shuttle service is very convenient very close to the airport and they run every 30 mins. Its a decent hotel although a bit expensive that the others but you pay for what you get and its reasonable, laundry facility, everything you need and you dnt have to go far or lastly the water filter for drinking in the room sink was added bonus. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. Thank you for taking care of us. Im eating at the breakfast area while im doing the review kets see about check out later 😊

However there was a scheduled power outage in the next morning which was only known when I checked in the hotel previous night.
The internet, the lift, the shower were all out at 9:30am until i checked out at 11am.
I have to make special arrangement to cope with the power outage.
Trip.com did not notify me such outage when I book the hotel, which I think the hotel did not inform trip.com anyway. The hotel only offered complimentary coffee and pastry as a gratitude for the inconvenience.

RRollingLuggage58I booked this hotel last minute so I didn't do a lot of research on it. I chose it mainly because of the 4+ stars review and it being a Hilton property, so I trusted that. Firstly, the pros - the hotel has everything you need. Breakfast, laundry facilities, pool and business center. The location is close to food and entertainment and also the main highways to get everywhere. The staff is also very nice, and the rooms are spacious. Now onto the real business. When you first walk into the hotel, it looks really nice. The hallways are ok, however we saw a large black bug one night on our way to our room...which we were hoping was a large beetle. It was probably about an 1.5 inches in length - so it was pretty big. We ended up killing it to save the rest of the hotel guests a surprise visit from this bug in their rooms. When we got into our room, it was a similar impression as the overall hotel - it looked nice...until we started settling in. I first did a load of dishes just to make sure they were clean for us to use, but then dishwasher leaked all over the floor! Cleaning that up was definitely not my idea on how to start a hotel stay. As you can see from the pics I provided, the dishwasher is really old. The fridge and microwave felt a little old as well, but not as old as the dishwasher. The dining set looked ok until I dropped something on the floor and saw the bottom of one of the chairs are all torn up. The living room area was the least overall problematic of the entire space, except the tv wouldn't turn on with the remote, so we had to figure out how to manually turn it on. Then to the actual bedroom. The closet door was broken and didn't slide in and out correctly, and there were a lot of marks all over the walls and questionable things stuck to it on some spots. There was also 3 red marks on the carpet that was quite random. The ceiling fan was missing one of the blades. The sink and bathroom area was the worst part. The edges of the mirror was chipping. The ceiling of the bathroom and tiling was very old, and wasn't even caulked correctly. There was dirt in between the tiles behind the toilet. Even the shower knob doesn't stay in place, so when you turn it to set to the temperature you want, it slides back into a different spot. I have a video of it, but this platform doesn't allow to share videos. Overall, the room just felt dingy, old and dirty, and the worst part about it is it's where you would spend your most intimate time in - the bathroom and bedroom, where you need it to be clean. I provided pictures for almost everything that I referenced in this review. It's disappointing because the bones of the room is nice if it was just upgraded and cleaned properly; and just doesn't seem to be in the Hilton standard at all.

PPeton ChanI have booked a room for 3 guest but there are two incidence charges (CAD20x2). According to my travel experience, there should be one charge per room.
Upon check out, there is no mention about the refund of incidence charge, UNTIL I raise this question.
I think better communication skill can avoid any unnecessary miss-understanding.

The room was nice 👍 and the cleaner did a very good job every day 👍
Only thing I don’t like was the fact that the safe was broken and I can’t use it to store my stuff
