Hotel Interlaken District dengan Spa

This hotel was very beautiful. The room was spacious and very clean. The view was so beautiful, waking up to the view of Eiger is really something else! One of our favorite things was definitely the spa and wellness area, especially the outdoor hot tub. There is just something special about being in warm water and it being very cold all around you. The steam from the hot water was really relaxing. The breakfast was really nice too but for CHF 35.- per person is a bit expensive in my opinion. Overall I can really recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Grindelwald.☺️

Love the stay at Eiger! Hotel was opposite the train station and butler was at the train station to help us with the luggage without even us asking for help. Got a room with the mountain view and it’s so beautiful! Definitely recommended and would love to come back to this hotel if we were to be back at Mürren. Thanks Adrian for helping us w the luggages to the train station when we are going back as well!

The front desk staff were very warm and humorous. I checked out during the day and asked them to store my luggage. When I went back to pick it up in the evening to catch the last bus, I was in a hurry. They comforted me, saying there was still time, and gave me a bottle of water. They also wished me a pleasant journey. I was really touched. I wish the hotel would do better and better and the staff would be happy every day.

My husband and we stayed in Maya Caprice this June as it was recommended by my nephew who were guests at the hotel last October. We were very impressed as how clean the hotel is. It also has a unisex outdoor spa which you need to put on your swim suit when using the pool. This pool is overlooking the spectacular mountains which was a bonus for staying at this hotel. The hotel is just 3 minutes away from Wengen train station. Super convenient and offers fantastic views of the mountains. Food was nice too. We would like to thank the hotel manager Daniel for arranging a platter of fruits and some chocolates in our room. It was a lovely gesture from the hotel as we were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Will choose Maya Caprice Spa Hotel again the next time we visit Wengen.

Not close to the train station or lift station. Requires a pretty good uphill walk. About 15-20 min walk uphill from train station, and about 10-15 min walk from the ski lift/gondola. But once you get there, the location is beautiful. The hotel does offer a shuttle/e-car/bus transport. It's quiet, overlooks the town, views of the mountains, perfect secluded space. Hotel is clean, rooms are beautifully designed, compact but functional. Beds are comfortable, loved the rooms. We had a family room which was perfect for our family of four. The family room consists of two separate rooms across from each other in the hallway. In the hallway, there was a private entrance that brought you into the space where the two rooms were located. We loved this, because it turned our hallway between the two rooms into a foyer. Service was attentive and detailed. Loved the welcome beverage at check-in - nice touch, set the tone for the rest of the stay. Bar was cute and menu was creative. Patio deck restaurant was a perfect place for lunch. Amazing view of town and mountains, outdoor kitchen. Restaurant was great - food and service were wonderful. Breakfast was lovely. We do wish they would have changed up a couple things each day, because it was the same thing every day. Pool/Spa area was amazing. It had everything - sauna, steam room, plunge pool, two lounge pools, hot tub, showers. Caution: remember we are in Europe, some people may enter some of the facilities nude. We are personally not accustom to that, so it was definitely a little alarming for our children to see grown adults around naked. It would not be a bad idea for the hotel to have a policy around nudity or at least warn guests at check-in, on the website, or with signage. Wengen was our favorite place we visited on our tour of Switzerland, will be back, and when we come back it will be at this hotel.

Beausite Park Hotel & Spa boasts a beautiful location with lovely grounds, but be warned: the walk up from the Interlaken West train station is brutal with luggage. Definitely communicate with the hotel in advance to arrange a transfer - you'll thank me later! Once you're there, the staff is truly wonderful - attentive, helpful, and always smiling. They are a real credit to the hotel. However, the overall atmosphere felt a little...stuffy. The other guests seemed a bit reserved and formal, which may not appeal to everyone. The spa facilities are excellent and well-maintained. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and top-notch service (from the staff!), this could be a good choice. Just be prepared for a potentially challenging arrival and a slightly more formal ambiance than you might expect.

I think I have to say thank goodness for the man who works in the front desk, I am so sorry for missing his exactly name, I booked 2 nights in the town and I have had a great time with a upgrade suite room, That is a fantastic view facing the mountains 🏔️ and the views are amazing 🤩 I am so excited for the trip experience in the hotel 🏨, Meanwhile I also thank the man who named Simon For his help and advice 👍👍 The breakfast and the service is the best in my opinion so book it for you and your family , you will get fancy trip 🎶

Das Hotel liegt super - Nahe beim Bahnhof und Luftseilbahn. Da macht man in der CH Ferien und wird nur auf Englisch angesprochen! Fast niemand spricht DE! Der Wellness Bereich ist klein aber fein, die Öffnungszeiten sind ok. Das Frühstücksbuffet (7.30-10.30h) ist ok, wenn man allerdings später kommt, so gegen 9.00h hat es eine geringere Auswahl und einmal hatte es kein Brot mehr!! Das Zimmer angeblich Superior - war ein kleines Dachzimmer eher eng. Es hatte nicht mal ein paar Hacken beim Eingang, wo man die Skikleidung aufhängen konnte. Reinigung war durchschnittlich, vor allem der Boden war nicht sehr sauber. für ein ****-Hotel eher schwach.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategik, terletak betul-betul di antara Stesen Kereta Api Grindelwald dan Stesen First, kedua-duanya boleh dicapai dengan berjalan kaki sekitar 5 minit. Bagi mereka yang memandu sendiri, ia juga sangat mudah kerana hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kereta sendiri. Balkoni bilik menghadap terus ke Gunung Eiger. Memandangkan kami tiba pada waktu malam hari pertama, tiada apa yang dapat dilihat. Namun, saya terpukau apabila membuka pintu balkoni pada pagi keesokan harinya, melihat Dinding Utara Eiger yang diselubungi awan dan kabus. Restoran Barry's di tingkat bawah hotel sangat popular. Walaupun ramai pelancong senegara saya merasakan rasanya tidak kena dengan selera mereka, pada pendapat saya, ia hanyalah standard masakan Eropah yang purata. Bagi mereka yang biasa dengan masakan Barat, ia tidaklah sukar untuk dimakan atau tidaklah teruk. Harga hidangan utama adalah sekitar 40 franc. Logo hotel ini ialah seekor anjing kecil bernama Barry. Dikatakan anjing ini pernah menjadi anjing penyelamat di kawasan ini dan berjaya menyelamatkan ramai pendaki gunung. Oleh itu, ia diperingati dan restoran itu dinamakan 'Barry's'. Restoran itu juga menjual barangan cenderamata bergambar anjing Barry, yang agak menarik.

This is a lovely hotel with a lot to offer. The location is truly excellent—close to public transport and within walking distance of the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious and very clean.  The only area that didn't meet our expectations was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the quality didn't seem to match the rest of the hotel experience. It was the one thing we were disappointed with. Despite the breakfast, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and comfortable rooms.
