PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is a real gem. Lots of local amenities and short walk to the Japanese Garden in the park. Staff are first class and were very knowledgeable , helpful and spoke English. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the quiet dining room thanks to the staff who could understand my dietary restrictions. Next time we are in this city, this will be our first choice.

885441362We arrived in March, as a result of our airline cancelling an aircraft for 2 days. We were given a large room to accommodate my handicapped scooter, which did not even fit in the the first room we tried. As for the food, I can only comment on the buffets, which is what we were given, overall it was quite good. The bar was very nice, with a friendly and helpful bartender, and it has the largest LCD TV I have ever seen, which would become very useful when the final game for the NCAA basketball championship came on (we love March Madness). Overall, this is a handsome hotel, with a large and airy lobby, but we could tell it was a bit older, with a few things needing repair, refurbishing or outright replacement, The concierge was very helpful, but I had to speak Spanish to get what I wanted, because he did not speak English. We didn't try the pool, but it looked great, and there were cabanas to hang out in.

Tivemos uma excelente experiência no hotel Reyall. O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a mercadinho, farmácia e restaurante. O bairro é tranquilo e bem silencioso. Tem um bom café da manhã e oferece cafe da manhã para viagem nos dias que os passeios saem muito cedo. O staff é muito atencioso, prestativo e educado, principalmente os rapazes da recepção. O quarto e banheiro são pequenos, porém, atende bem. Chuveiro bom, com boa pressão e bem quentinho. Serviço de limpeza diária e muito boa. Gostamos muito, voltaremos em uma próxima viagem ao Chile e recomendamos aos viajantes.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is near a large shopping mall so there are many nearby restaurants to choose from. The rooms themselves are very comfortable. My one complaint is with the breakfast. If I went at the opening time, it was not yet set up for guests. I had to wait until someone brought out the tea, juice glasses, food labels, etc. There also needs to be a better system to request an omelet or fried eggs.

PPengguna TetamuFuimos por solo una noche , con mi hija , por lo general es un gusto que nos damos de vez en cuando, aprovechar, la piscina , los desayunos buffet y programar algún panorama cerca , la habitación muy amplia de las mejores que he estado, el aire acondicionado no era muy fuerte, y en los espacios públicos , se notaba un poco de calor, la piscina linda pero se le podría sacar más provecho , ya que entre otras cosas tiene un techo abierto, buena temperatura , pero quizás un poco abandonada, el desayuno cumple bien, personal atento y rápido, todo muy limpio, perfecta ubicación. Es probable que vuelva.

PPengguna TetamuFirst vegan review. My wife and I are vegan and we were not expecting much. First day they had little cartons of almond milk but after that day they did not have any anymore. They have different fruits, strawberry, cantaloupe, no bananas, that's odd. and some not fresh fruit like pineapple in syrup. They also have coffee and tea. Oats that you can make with hot water from the nestle coffee maker hot water. Cereal like corn flakes and dry bread. Pool closed ”under maintenance” Bad things: Room key kept failing. Had to get it reprogrammed multiple times. Toilet does not flush well, had to do it multiple times. Soap bars are tiny and not very soapy. Might be the water but not sure. No free coffee in the room, just a hot water electric kettle Pros: Clean room. Good service. Across the street from a Starbucks, grocery store. Walking distance from bars/restaurants. Overall, a good option for a budget hotel.

I guess the best thing I can say is that it's a good location. Lots of great restaurant options nearby. Two Metro stops within a short walk. Other than that, I would NOT go back or recommend it given alternatives in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is very ”worn out” and dreary. Holes in the carpet, the damage to furniture that happens over time. The shower rod in the bathroom separated resulting in a sagging shower curtain. The room is adequate but really basic. Buffet breakfast is standard, mediocre buffet breakfast. I wasn't tempted to eat other meals at the lobby restaurant based on the quality of breakfast. My biggest problem was that there is no reliable internet. I either couldn't connect to the WiFi at all or would lose the connection in the middle of something. I mentioned this at the front desk and the response was, ”No one else has complained.”
