⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. 視屏為第二天早晨涼快。太陽還沒出來時在陽台上拍的，所以湖水沒有映襯藍天，有點霧氣濛濛，但眼睛看出去是很美的。 帶80多歲的爸媽，由於腿腳不便，斟酌很久帶他們去了離上海高鐵一個半小時的溧陽。入住天目湖賓館。儘管是老牌五星，但不愧是諸多領導人都光顧過的。相比那些高山上的温泉酒店，性價比極高，地理位置優越，山水園入口就隔一條馬路相望，3分鐘。 魚頭湯自是一絕，由於魚頭湯想安排第二天吃，第一天就在風味小館小食一頓，卻是我此次覺得下次還住這家的重要原因。原本覺得一個野菜糰子也要59元有點小貴，卻出奇地好吃，當然是需要愛吃素菜，愛吃麪食的。媽媽欽點，無比滿意。那個鹹菜筍真的無敵，吃過很多次類似的山野美味，尤其我超級喜歡吃筍。而這次是口感最佳的。 同時重點感謝餐廳服務員桂芳娥，我是調整了幾次菜單，她一次次不厭其煩為我調整，最終在我土雞蛋燒土豬肉吃不下，但我們又要外出玩山水園。覺得再上樓有點麻煩的情況下主動提出就放在飯店賓館裏。為人和熱情，服務很周到，真正讓人感到賓至如歸。不得不説，好的賓館必須有好的服務，才會有更好體驗。 賓館的健身房、游泳館、自助餐廳都很不錯。晨起，籠着薄薄晨霧的、以層疊山巒為背景的、水墨畫般的天目湖令人心醉。酒店不遠處還有一池荷花，清晨，涼風習習，漫步在幾乎沒什麼人的荷花池邊，看着有人牽着狗在湖邊嬉戲，柳枝與荷花在風中輕舞，交響輝映，甚至愜意。 10年前，我入住到不是天目湖賓館，為他但卻為魚頭湯而念念不忘，10年後終於得以入住。我想我一定還會再來。

Very supportive and friendly staff, room is clean and comfortable overall experience. And Best of all the smart toilet!!!!

We want to highlight the work of the English-speaking assistant Angelia who supported us throughout our entire stay. Since we don’t speak Chinese, her help was absolutely invaluable—from check-in to handling any requests. She was always available, assisting with translation, recommending restaurants, and even helping with minor everyday issues. Thanks to her, our vacation was completely stress-free and incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself was also wonderful—clean, with cozy rooms and a great location—but it was the assistant’s attentiveness and professionalism that truly made our stay special. A huge thank you for such a warm welcome! Not too much westerns food at breakfast, mostly local food.

Our stay at Quchan Inner hotel was a wonderful experience, everything was top notch, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was amazing, hot springs super relaxing. The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! We'd definitely come back here!

中秋親子度假選擇天目湖御水温泉酒店，整體體驗遠超預期！ 特別點贊管家杜芳，熱情貼心，提前諮詢行程、手工活動、温泉相關問題都耐心解答，響應很快，帶娃出行省心不少。還有剛開始和我們對接的管家王勤芳。是你們讓我們的這段旅程更加順利。 自助早餐品類豐富可口，讓人驚喜的是 兩天早餐米線區域的澆頭，是不一樣的！！特別喜歡吃手抓餅，大叔手藝真的很好，還有溧陽本地特色吃食，兼顧小朋友口味。 酒店配套很棒，有小童手工、泳池可以遊玩，小朋友玩得非常開心。泡温泉置身竹海之間，環境清幽放鬆。地理位置優越，距離南山竹海很近，出行遊玩很方便。哦。酒店晚上還提供粥品。小朋友連續喝了兩晚。 非常適合江浙滬週末短途親子游，下次來溧陽還會選擇入住，推薦！

Stayed for a night. I believe it’s the second time I’ve been here, quite clean comfortable room. With A/C parking and no stench of smoke from previous guests very important. I would stay again and probably will.

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

Nice hotel. Nice interior. The first room they gave me smelled of cigarette so so much, they changed the room for me instantly. Room is luxurious, good for the price. Breakfast menu doesn’t offer much to international guests but it was okay. I liked my stay.
