Hotel Guilin dengan Spa

We had a great stay in Yangshuo. The reception team was very attentive. The hotel was modern and clean, with good amenities. The rooms overlooking the river on the higher floors have a view of the karsts (we were on the 5th floor, there is no 4th floor). Location is great, just around the corner from West Street, but quiet because it’s a block away. Breakfast set menu is local cuisine. A western style breakfast was also available as a buffet. We thank the hotel team for their excellent hospitality.

Charming Stay Near West Street – A Cat Lover’s Paradise with Artistic Touches 🎨🐾 I had an incredibly cozy and memorable stay just steps away from bustling West Street. The room was clean, comfortable, and came with a lovely balcony offering serene mountain views—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Daily housekeeping kept everything spotless, and all the basic amenities were thoughtfully provided. One of the highlights was the coffee shop conveniently located right downstairs—ideal for a morning pick-me-up or a relaxing afternoon break. But what truly made the stay special was the owner. She speaks fluent English, so communication was smooth and easy. As someone who doesn’t plan much in advance, I found her local guidance absolutely invaluable. She mapped out routes and recommended hidden gems that made my trip unforgettable. She’s also a talented painter! The beautiful cards you’ll spot at the reception desk or in the bathroom are her own hand-drawn creations—such a lovely personal touch that adds character to the place. If you’re a cat enthusiast, prepare to be delighted—they have a whole feline family that adds a warm, homey vibe to the property. 🐱 A minor note: the room’s proximity to the main road means it can get a bit noisy in the evenings or early mornings. Personally, it didn’t bother me much—after a full day riding the scooter I rented from them for just 30 RMB, I slept like a baby. Also worth mentioning: this is the perfect spot for travelers who prefer peace and quiet over nightlife. It’s close enough to the action for convenience, but far enough to enjoy restful evenings. Overall, this spot is a fantastic blend of comfort, convenience, and character. Highly recommended for laid-back travelers, art lovers, and cat fans alike!

The hotel is situated in a wonderfully quiet area right near a great cafe, making it a peaceful retreat. ＞ The staff at the front desk were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. When we had trouble booking our bamboo rafting online, they stepped right in and handled the reservation for us seamlessly. They even have a very cute hotel cat that my child absolutely adored! ＞ Hygiene and comfort were top-notch—the hotel is spotlessly clean, the towels and bedsheets smelled completely neutral and fresh (no strong perfume or chemical odors!), and the shower water pressure was fantastic. We stayed in a room near the pool, which was a huge hit with the kids, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we always had fresh towels ready for swimming. ＞ We truly felt cared for throughout our stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

**Yangshuo % Hotel — an easy 15/10** We couldn't have picked a better base for exploring Yangshuo. The hotel sits in a wonderfully convenient spot, just a short stroll from West Street, so we could dip in and out of the buzz whenever we wanted without ever feeling stuck in the middle of the chaos. What really stood out was the staff. Every single receptionist and service staff we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful — not the scripted kind of service, but people who seemed to actually care that our stay went well. Little requests were handled with a smile, and recommendations for the area were spot on. The food exceeded expectations at every turn. Breakfast was a fantastic way to start each day, and we made a point of eating at both Goldfish Bar and Pu Shi during our stay — both were excellent, with thoughtful menus and dishes that felt like a genuine reflection of the region rather than generic hotel fare. Our room view was simply breathtaking — waking up to that scenery each morning is something we won't forget. The highlight, though, was the spa. We booked an hour-long massage on our last night almost as an afterthought, and it turned out to be one of the best parts of the whole trip — incredibly skilled therapists and the perfect way to unwind before heading home. Can't recommend this place enough. We'll absolutely be back.

The hotel was great, the staff was helpful with locations and travel. The housekeepers was great with high level of cleanliness and service. They had umbrellas,raincoats, mosquitoe repellent available for the customers. However there were little to none vegetarian options available for the breakfast, they only had 2 fruits and bread. The noodles could be made vegetarian for the customers but they were ehh. Overall great hotel, just had issues with breakfast and the pool. The pool was tiny and we didn’t use it once because it smelled.

I had an amazing experience staying at Sugar House Hotel in China. From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel combines beautiful design, elegant style, comfort, and outstanding service in a truly memorable way. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel very well taken care of. I would especially recommend Sugar House Hotel to highly demanding and discerning guests who appreciate exceptional service, sophisticated style, and attention to every detail. If you love beautiful surroundings, excellent hospitality, and a high level of service, this hotel is definitely worth experiencing. It was a wonderful and unforgettable stay, and I would absolutely love to return again!

Huge rooms and the best Guilin Rice Noodles! A great choice in Yangshuo! The hotel is in a quiet area but just a short walk from West Street. My room was massive and very comfortable. The staff are the best part of this hotel—they are so kind and saved me money by booking my tours at a lower price. They also help me arrange carpool when I was leaving for Guilin. I really enjoyed the breakfast set meal, especially the Guilin Rice Noodles. It’s a simple, flavorful way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at ShiXi TianYue Riverview Hotel was absolutely flawless, and every detail reflected high quality. Stunning Sunrise View: The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the sunrise seen directly from my room. Watching the first light hit the winding River and the layered karst peaks was a truly priceless visual experience. High-Quality Afternoon Tea: The afternoon tea was exquisite. With a perfect balance of sweet and savory treats made from fresh ingredients, it was such a sophisticated way to relax by the river. Savory Breakfast: The breakfast was equally impressive! There was a wide variety of authentic choices, from traditional rice noodles to delicate pastries. You can tell the chef puts a lot of heart into every dish. The staff were professional and welcoming throughout. If you're looking for the ultimate combination of river views and culinary delights, this is the place to be!

Firstly, on our check-in, we were told we can upgrade to a Riverview room at a cost of around 100 RMB. after we agreed to upgrade and got up to our room. (Please see picture below)that was the river room. Nothing like a river view room that we have ever experienced.   When we called the manager to ask for the river room, we got upgraded to a higher floor( see the picture attached)  again not a river view room that we would ever called it.  Dinner.  We book our dinner in the Chinese restaurant Xianggong (香宫) not to mention their service was extremely slow. We waited for our noodle until the last course to be served like a hour. Please see the picture attach. This is the picture on the menu that  I was expecting please see picture attached that is the noodle that got served to me. a although I understand in some situation, the picture is just for reference, but I think at this case this is extremely misrepresented.  Another dish we orders “ wagyu beef with mushrooms. “ again we questioned this is hardly wagyu beef and please see the picture below. That’s the dish we got served, nothing like the picture again.  It was deeply disappointing experience, and we booked based on the Shangri -La name and our previous experiences.   Although  Shangri Guilin has his beautiful landscape and infrastructure, the service is clearly not a Shanghai standard.

Really nice room in a decent location about 10 mins walk from West Street. Was very clean with nice lighting and once you can navigate the Chinese TV there are English movies available to watch. The laundry was also nice to have! We booked this for the included food and amenities but were quite disappointed. The breakfast is okay but the rest of the food purely caters towards Chinese guests only, there is zero western food available. Everyday the “dessert” was soup, I wouldn’t consider that a dessert buffet. The electric scooter rental was easy and convenient and they offered a carpooling service to Guilin Station which was convenient. Overall good stay but if you’re coming expecting a varied buffet that caters to multiple people then I would pass.
