What makes this hotel different from other hotels is not only its location, amenities, and cleanliness, but also the warm hospitality and superb service provided by the staff. Location-wise, it's strategically located to scenic places as stated in the hotel landmarks, which are accessible by foot. The hotel staff is not only attentive and informative but also quick to response to guests needs, from the front desk to the cleaners. What I love about this hotel is the laundry service. The hotel provides the service of collecting your laundry from the dryer and sending it to your room. This is a big plus, as it frees the guests of the time needed for the laundry to be done. The bathroom is a bit compact, but the rooms are very clean. Another big plus is the artificial intelligence in the room. With just a command or a flick of the switch, the curtains can be opened or closed, music and TV turned on, etc. Love the hot and cold water dispenser provided in the room. Breakfast is sumptuous from western to eastern. At the end of our three-day stay, we were upgraded to two larger rooms, and complimentary breakfast was given. The place was very clean and had all the amenities provided! The manager and staff were all super helpful and very friendly and accommodating. I needed to go to Yangshuo and with the help of the manager, he was able to get me the cruise ticket I wanted at a good price and helped organized my private car to the terminal very smoothly. He was very patient with me and so was the staff. I was very impressed with their hospitality and their service. Moreover the location is right next to the mall and is surrounded by tons of restaurants; it’s also very easy to reach the local attractions.
