I recently stayed at Wanda Vista, and honestly, it was such a nice experience from start to finish. The hotel is super comfy, with clean and cozy rooms that make it easy to just relax and chill. What made the biggest impression was the staff. Everyone I came across was so friendly and welcoming,they genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a good time. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, they all went above and beyond to make me feel at home.Overall, it was such a relaxing and pleasant stay. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable place with awesome people!

DDavid1980The hotel is very nice, clean, and simple, with friendly and attentive staff, which made our stay comfortable overall. However, one key issue significantly impacted our experience. The hotel advertises that it has a gym, which was the primary reason we booked our stay, as we wanted to maintain our fitness routine while away from home and unable to use our usual gym membership. Upon arrival, we discovered that the ”gym” consisted of only two treadmills and no other equipment. This was extremely disappointing, as a gym should provide a variety of fitness equipment to accommodate different workout needs. Advertising a facility as a gym when it is essentially just a room with treadmills feels misleading. If your facility only has treadmills, it would be more accurate to advertise it as such, rather than labeling it a gym. A proper gym typically requires a minimum set of equipment, including: 1. Cardio Machines: At least treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes. 2. Strength Equipment: Free weights (dumbbells, barbells) and resistance machines. 3. Functional Training Tools: Items such as yoga mats, kettlebells, or medicine balls. This would ensure clarity for guests who choose hotels based on their fitness facilities. While we appreciated the cleanliness and service, the lack of transparency regarding the gym was a major letdown.

SSeejuneExtremely new hotel, clean and modern design and huge rooms. I enjoyed the stay a lot. The only downside is the location which is not close to subway. So i usually take taxi which accounts for the biggest part of spending other than flight and hotel. The easiest and cheapest way is to take taxi to the Wanda mall which is 7 min taxi away and take subway from there. Other than this everything is good.

GGeorgeLaowaiHad an incredible stay at Vyluk Hotel. The location is awesome. Surrounded by the city’s top shopping destination, and wedged evenly between two metro stations that give easy access to the rest of the city. Service was outstanding and the staff handled the foreigner registration process without issue. They also upgraded us to a city view room which was spectacular. There were many lights within the room which could be toggled by the bilingual wall buttons. Free water and toiletries are provided. The enclosed shower was great, as was the shampoo provided. The hotel does have the coveted delivery robot, so whether it’s ordering food delivery or getting extra tissues sent up, the robot comes right to your door and you receive a call to the in-room phone. Room service came on our second day and cleaned the place up. Nothing but the best to say in regards to this hotel. I should not the gym and pool were closed. The only issue I had with this hotel is that on Trip it goes by Vyluk Hotel and I believeI saw that name come up on one other map and that is it. There are no mentions of “Vyluk” outside or inside of the hotel which did make it harder to find given that there are several others nearby. The Chinese name is also not a transliteration but rather called Wei Lai 蔚徕. Nonetheless, I would 100% stay here over any other nearby hotels given the quality, service, and price which was half of those nearby.

PPengguna Tetamu房間雖然不太，但2023年新裝修，有智能馬桶，很乾凈。但6號樓某位女經理真是小人行徑！瞞着我..傲慢的通知我70多歲的父母換房或直接退房，説臨時有接待任務就得這樣，換房不説換到哪兒，提前退也不説有什麼補償，欺負老年人....被我發現並表示不退不換後，10個小時後終於有個懂溝通的男經理提供了兩個新房型讓我們選擇，至今不知道那個素質低下的女經理是哪位..也沒道過歉，父母十分不愉快

PPiaoyun昨天醉酒，到單位對面的酒店開鐘點房休息，休息是為了更好的工作，睡了一個上午之後，下午滿血復活，又可以好好乾工作了。整體酒店還算安靜，設施比較老，但勝在距離公司近，就在單位對面。

CCurt 常鹰This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences. First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian). My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated. My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place? My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location. All in all, while I appreciate the price and location here, I have started using other hotels when I visit Hohhot now.
