Hotel room is of good size with a balcony but the air conditioning system is bad,room temperature stayed at 26degreeC despite you adjusted to 18,in the end the hotel gave us a cooler fan to use. The heat was unbearable,didn't sleep well.

AAtroWe had an excellent stay at this homestay, which exceeded the quality of most hotels I've stayed in. The room was spotless and well-furnished, with no worn-down furniture, a great pillow selection, and high-quality toiletries like shampoo. This family-owned and managed property offers outstanding service.
The staff's service was exceptional—they set up a WeChat group for communication and assisted us with transfers to and from the railway station. Additionally, they arranged a mini-van with a driver for a full-day tour at a very reasonable price, making our trip hassle-free.
The breakfast was a highlight, made with fresh, organic ingredients and homemade dishes. They have their own tea farm, and the tea tasted delicious.
The homestay is beautifully located up on a mountain above the nearby town. Despite the remote location, the staff provided transfers to and from town since there were no taxis available.
Overall, this homestay provided a delightful and memorable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and high-quality stay.

PPengguna Tetamu採菊東籬下 ，悠然見南山 ，世外桃源，説的就是枝子的花園吧！民宿座落在木魚鎮山頂⛰️上，灰牆土瓦，背靠青山，掩映在一大片茶園深處，茶園旁邊有一條蜿蜒的棧道，可以走走呼吸新鮮的空氣，環境非常的原生自然。在民宿阿姨陪同下我們帶孩子體驗到了採茶的樂趣🌿。夜幕降臨，晚餐已經準備好，都是自己種的蔬菜，柴火烹煮，配上一杯枝子家的黃酒，一天的疲憊全掃而空。晚飯後，坐在茶室裏，和女作家枝子聊天，枝子的女友江美女帶我們炒茶聊天，江美女既親切又專業，我們很喜歡她，炒茶結束後還貼心準備了甜甜的西瓜，讓我們感受到家的温暖♥️ 再聊聊枝子家的房間，裝修風格古樸簡約，床墊床品舒適柔軟，沐浴用品品質上乘。因為山上蟲子多，我給枝子唯一提的建議就是衞生可以打掃的更精細一些，也可以提前使用一些葯水驅蟲，衷心希望枝子家越來越好🌸

Checkin 有歡迎水果，小吃，橘子很好吃
房間很大，兩大一小住雙床，很舒適，浴室無異味，且去水快（這點很好），熱水充足
暖氣也夠，但感覺不像地暖，更像是中央空調，晚上很乾很口渴，喝了很多水才緩解
建議，浴室外最後添置置物架，方便擺放換洗的衣服毛巾
民宿晚上9點半有免費滑雪公開課，
我們的是含早餐房間，白天的自助餐有炒飯，饅頭，番薯，雞蛋，玉米，銀耳湯，還能讓廚房阿姨煮炸醬麪，或者西紅柿雞蛋麪，麪條很好吃
民宿家也有晚飯，但我們沒試過，如果不想出去吃，可以嚐嚐

We were traveling with another couple to go skiing for the New Year's weekend and needed a place where we can all stay together and this place was perfect. They have nice big rooms with two floors each floor with its own bed perfect for two couples. The balcony is super spacious and it's great for hanging out. Our friends loved the bathtub on the second floor. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly always ready to help with any request. On new years eve we were treated to a relaxing tea brewing and after one of the staff walked us all the way to a bar that gave us 6 free beers.The rooms are beautiful and clean and the location is perfect. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel when visiting Shennongjia!

JJoanna zixin這個冬季，我們三個外國人去了神農架玩，就住了這個民宿在木魚鎮裏。老闆很好，很熱情，幫了我們預約了很多出行計劃。😆他們家也有出租雪衣的，住這的，租雪衣很划算才60元。🤩 非常建議！

PPengguna Tetamu總結，我覺得木魚鎮性價比最高的酒店了。去滑雪班車上車點很近！！附近全是吃飯和租滑雪服的店！！
不推薦民宿。
還是酒店更靠譜。各方面都是專業的，無論是服務還是衞生。
設施：很齊全，全屋智能家居控制，馬桶也都是智能的！很滿意！毛巾看着略舊了？也有可能是光線問題、我沒仔細看，現在大家住酒店也不敢用酒店浴巾，所以無所謂。看到有洗衣房（也很乾凈）、健身房（器材略少）。自駕的停車場也有！！房間隔音一般般。但是正常休息時間也沒有什麼聲音。
衞生：乾淨，乾淨，整體都很乾凈。就是地板可以更加乾淨點。有待加強。還有一些細節，例如電話座機的按鍵清潔。
環境：木魚鎮整個鎮上都在修葺，所以灰塵很大，但是酒店裡外都很乾凈，環境也不錯！
服務：超級好！面面俱到！有求必應！孩子落了安撫公仔在酒店也及時幫我找尋寄回！感謝🙏廣東人不適應暖氣客房阿姨也來幫我調節，之後就很舒適了！
前台有早餐可以預訂，經濟實惠，品種也夠了。價格也很便宜。煮麪的阿姨服務很好！收拾的阿姨也是！
重點：感覺每個人的服務都很專業！！！！

我們訂的是一般標間，現在是神農架旅遊淡季，酒店房間充裕，老闆很熱心帶我們看了更大位置更好的房間並讓我們使用，老闆很懂生意[呲牙]
房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，裝修風格現代，設施齊全該有的都有，很細節的地方門內側都裝有隔音棉
酒店所處在木魚鎮上，去到街上購物吃飯都很方便，小鎮上什麼建築設施都有，像是個小型城市，物價水平一般不像其他景區物價比較誇張（也可能我們現在來是淡季）我們特意還去逛了當地超市物價平平，總的來説平價親民

HHo WFThe F&B staff were friendly and recommended local dishes that met our tastes. They also spoke to us on local situation like weather and job opportunities. The chef was good. Special mention is staff 陈谅, who provided good service during our 3 days stay in the hotel. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店位置得天獨厚，出行便捷，二樓停車場就是大巴前往國際滑雪場的專車。吃早餐的餐廳也在二樓，早上收拾好，換好衣服，在二樓吃完早餐就可以直接上車去雪場，大巴是滿人就開車。房間設施齊全，光猛明亮，床也很舒服，而且房間超級暖和。早餐選擇蠻多，都是簡單的清菜，包子，地瓜之類，也有熱粥，熱豆漿，總之這家酒店還是不錯的。
就是酒店外面修路，旁邊飯店有好多家都關了門。
