The hotel has excellent facilities, and the health club is particularly impressive, including a large indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub and a well-kitted gym. The staff are very friendly and attentive all round the hotel. The room was clean, spacious with comfortable beds. The buffet restaurant had plenty to offer for breakfast, particularly on the local selection.

We stayed at four seasons as a celebration of my husband’s birthday and went with another family with kids also. Both of our families thoroughly enjoyed pur stay with great amenities for kids from how they adapted the room with kids essentials (step, baby bath, bed rails and more) to the play area for kids with great staff throughout the hotel. I never stayed in a hotel where staff was this good and because the hotel is also great, it was the best combination. Best hotel we stayed in with staff anticipating our needs and remembering our preferences during our stay. Don’t have any complaints!

She was incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely caring—always ready with helpful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Her personal touch made all the difference. The hotel clearly caters to families, with thoughtful amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that kept the little ones happy throughout our stay. • Beautiful hot springs – The onsen was a highlight. Soaking in the warm, mineral-rich waters while surrounded by nature was pure bliss and the perfect way to unwind. • Breathtaking views – Every glance out the window rewarded us with stunning scenery that made mornings and evenings truly special. • Comfortable, well-appointed rooms – Spacious, clean, and cozy with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Nice hotel, the location is ideal for traveller with many movings. Railway station is across the road, metro is just 30m from hotel. The room is fully equipped. The condition is not new but not critical. Big advantage is swimming pool, I like swimming in the morning. It starts to work at 7:00, but in fact even earlier. I can recommend it.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one comes straight from the heart. Our stay at Naked Water in Suzhou was unforgettable—not just because of the breathtaking scenery or the stunning villa with its private pools (yes, both hot and lukewarm!), but because of the people who made our time there genuinely magical. A special thanks to Devin, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to help organize a private in-villa dining experience for my proposal. With the help of Nancy and Adrian—two incredibly kind and thoughtful staff members—they set up a beautifully decorated table inside our villa, complete with fresh flowers, flawless food presentation, and a warm, graceful presence throughout the evening. They even prepared parting gifts for us and were on hand for anything we needed, always with a smile. Their support turned my carefully planned moment into something even more meaningful. I’ll never forget it—and neither will my now fiancée. The villa itself was gorgeous—secluded, serene, and perfectly designed for relaxation. Waking up to the quiet of nature, soaking in the private pools, and spotting the resort’s friendly pets wandering about (yes, it’s pet-friendly!) made the entire experience feel intimate and grounding. This place isn’t just a getaway—it’s where memories are made. We’re already planning to come back for our anniversary. Eternally grateful.

This marks our second year of celebrating the holiday season with Club Med, and once again, it was truly worth every penny. Our first unforgettable experience was December 2024 at Club Med Anji, where we were warmly welcomed by Mr. George and his amazing team. From the very beginning, they made us feel genuinely cared for. The team was approachable, attentive, and incredibly warm, making our stay relaxed and memorable. This year’s December holiday brought us to Club Med Urban Oasis Taicang Resort, and the experience was just as wonderful. We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Stanley and Mr. Jake, who were very professional and responsive in addressing all our concerns, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Traveling with three kids, comfort and cleanliness are extremely important to us. A very special thank you to our dear ayi 张二双, who we met in Taicang as well. She took such great care of our room. She was kind, helpful, and meticulous, our room was always spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The kids absolutely loved it. From the service to the atmosphere, Club Med continues to deliver exceptional holiday experiences for our family. We will definitely keep choosing Club Med for our holiday celebrations. It's very nice hotel and has door direct access to the mall which is very convenient. Bed area full cover with carpet make it warm and cozy. It has iron for clothes inside the room with iron board which is good. As for breakfast, it has lots of variety food that I can choose and try.

Unforgettable travel experience!!!! Reliable customer service, hotel contain gym, hot springs, and nice food around. Quiet and convenient. It is about 10mins to walk to closest metro, 15 mins to closest shopping center. Stuffs are so nice and polite. I must give a shout-out to the service team of this hotel! Mr.Chen is meticulous and considerate in his work, always thinking of the guests' needs. The front desk staff, Ella, is professional and patient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The concierge, Gary and Connor, are especially warm-hearted, helping with luggage and route planning with great reliability. Throughout the stay, I was taken care of with great attention to detail, making the stay extremely comfortable!🤗🤗🤗🤗

Perkhidmatan butler hotel yang intim👍🏼 Semasa Suzhou W Hotel mula-mula dibuka, saya sudah pernah menginap di sana sebagai pengembara perniagaan yang kerap dan tidak menikmati banyak perkhidmatan. Ini adalah kali kedua saya mendaftar masuk. Apabila saya mendaftar masuk pada pukul 5 petang, ia juga sangat cepat di sebelah saya hotel jenama di tanah besar China kini mempunyai perkhidmatan ini. Pembantu rumah hotel ini ialah seorang gadis bernama ”Yuxin”. Selepas mendaftar masuk, ”Yuxin” akan membawa saya ke lobi hotel, dan kemudian dia membantu saya membawa bagasi saya kerana bagasi saya agak berat, saya malu seorang gadis, jadi saya segera mengambil beg pakaian itu ke belakang😅 dan memberi saya dua minuman selamat datang. Bilik itu sangat kemas pada pukul sembilan, dan keperluan harian tambahan / tuala mandi besar yang saya perlukan dihantar dengan sangat cepat (sesetengah hotel sangat lambat membersihkannya apabila dia datang saya melihat bahawa dia sangat serius tentang pembasmian kuman dan pembersihan, dan ia menunjukkan dengan jelas. Dan sangat sopan. Melewati lobi keesokan paginya, pembantu rumah hotel ”Yu Xin” juga mengingati saya dan bertanya khabar kepada saya. Saya menghargai tingkah laku yang sangat sopan ini. 👍🏼Sarapan yang sangat kaya~ Ini benar-benar perlu dikatakan tiga kali Kekayaan sarapan boleh digambarkan sebagai bufet. Saya telah bersarapan di banyak hotel jenama besar, tetapi saya tidak pernah melihatnya dibesar-besarkan oleh W Hotel Hanya makanan ringkas seperti [bubur], anda sebenarnya boleh mempunyai empat perisa untuk dipilih😱Saya benar-benar menulis (perkhidmatan) ini. Terdapat banyak jenis ***a makanan lain, dan terdapat juga ”pastri asli istimewa” dari Shanghai dan Suzhou, dan kek dan pastri ***a Barat, yang juga kegemaran saya kek dan rotinya sangat lazat. Saya telah menginap di begitu banyak hotel, dan ini adalah satu-satunya yang saya boleh tulis ulasan dan memuji sarapannya👍🏼 🤦🏻♂️Perkakasan bilik ~ Saya sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan dua perkara 1～Satu-satunya peralatan hiburan [TV]🤦🏻♂️Ini benar-benar memeningkan kepala. Semua saluran di dalamnya sangat lama, dan filem di saluran filem itu sangat usang sehingga saya mungkin tidak dilahirkan juga (filem yang sangat kuno. menara) 2~ Bantal-bantal di hotel itu hendaklah dibuat dari bawah Ia sangat mengenyangkan apabila dipecahkan, tetapi secara beransur-ansur ia bocor dan seluruh bantal itu runtuh, seolah-olah tidak ada bantal langsung. biasanya terdapat dua hingga tiga pilihan bantal dalam saiz dan ketebalan. Selain itu, beberapa hotel jenama besar akan mempunyai ”menu bantal” untuk tetamu memilih (material) (ketebalan) bantal. Bangun keesokan paginya, leher saya rasa macam nak patah, sakit belakang dan tulang akibat tidur🤦🏻♂️ Apabila pembantu rumah hotel ”Yuxin” menyambut saya di WeChat, saya juga memberitahunya tentang perkara ini, dan dia berjanji untuk melaporkan pendapat saya kepada pengurusan hotel bagi pihak saya. Dan saya bertanya kepadanya beberapa perkara yang tidak berbahaya (contohnya: Bianzhong tangerine lebih sedap😅) dan dia menjawab saya dengan sangat serius👍🏼dan patut mendapat pujian👍🏼

The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.
