Hotel Suzhou dengan Spa

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 10 month old during Golden Week. Pros: - Hotel is self-contained and there is no need to leave the hotel. There are large and well-maintained grounds for our daily walks with baby, including museums and traditional pagodas dotted throughout the property. There is a chinese, western (steak, pizza) and japanese (teppanyaki) restaurant within the hotel. There is also a kids play room and swimming pool, along with some other kid friendly activities like rabbit feeding and games on the lawn. - The hotel is right next to the lake and is quite beautiful. It's very relaxing to stroll along the lake. - There is an ancient town about 15 minutes walk from the hotel's main lobby. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the ancient town too. - Staff are generally friendly and helpful - Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby. - Hotel is affordable by international standards - Hotel is less than 2 hours drive from Shanghai, where we live - We particularly enjoyed the teppenyaki restaurant where you can get a private room and a private chef to cook your meals - Despite it being Golden Week, we didn't feel that the hotel was too crowded. Perhaps because the hotel has large grounds. Cons - The baby cot given to us had an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress. To compensate, we were given a comforter to pad the mattress. However, this is unsafe for younger babies, who should sleep on a firm surface. - The property and facilities are a bit dated - There were very loud weddings on the lawn facing the lake each day that we were at the hotel. The loud music and emceeing disturbed the peaceful ambience of the place, and also disrupted baby's morning and afternoon naps. For families with children who still need to nap in the day, it may be better to stay in a quieter garden view room instead of a room facing the lake.

I've stayed in many hotels, but this one is truly the best. Staying at the Tonino Lamborghini Hotel in Suzhou isn't just accommodation – it's an unforgettable experience. From the moment you enter, you're greeted by a sense of spaciousness. The design is stunning, using only natural materials like wood and stone – and the materials themselves are very pleasing to the eye and touch. The bed was very soft and comfortable – I slept wonderfully. My room had three panoramic windows overlooking a beautifully wild garden – birds, leaves, stones, all perfectly framed like living art. There was even a dedicated tea-drinking space, which added a deeper layer of calm and ritual to the stay. The bathroom floor is carved from a single piece of natural stone – a pleasure just to walk on. Every amenity you could need is there: lotion, gel, shampoo, conditioner, robes, iron, coffee machine. And surprisingly – a small library in the room. Amazing. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Nolan, who upgraded us to a studio, guided us to our room, explained everything, helped with luggage, and did it all fast and with a smile. The interiors throughout the hotel are beautiful – paintings, sculptures, retro photos everywhere. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh, smooth, and delicious. The only small note: the swimming pool and gym are a bit compact, but it really didn't matter given everything else. All in all, this was a unique experience that greatly enhanced my Suzhou trip. I'll definitely be coming back.

The hotel clearly caters to families, with thoughtful amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that kept the little ones happy throughout our stay. • Beautiful hot springs – The onsen was a highlight. Soaking in the warm, mineral-rich waters while surrounded by nature was pure bliss and the perfect way to unwind. • Breathtaking views – Every glance out the window rewarded us with stunning scenery that made mornings and evenings truly special. • Comfortable, well-appointed rooms – Spacious, clean, and cozy with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Very good location near the river. Love the ambience here especially the balcony. Such breathtaking view and we really enjoyed it. Cafe downstairs the homestay is really a vibe. And we’ve enjoyed the chinese style high tea. Staff are friendly. However , it’d be great if there’s sufficient hook or stand to hang our cloths for a family. And a table inside the room. Leaking at sink could have been improved. Overall , great stay within the locals neighbourhood! Got to pick a free magnet from host before I checked out. Love it.

Hotel breakfast and service is very nice. The location is good which is just opposite the Suzhoubei station.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one comes straight from the heart. Our stay at Naked Water in Suzhou was unforgettable—not just because of the breathtaking scenery or the stunning villa with its private pools (yes, both hot and lukewarm!), but because of the people who made our time there genuinely magical. A special thanks to Devin, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to help organize a private in-villa dining experience for my proposal. With the help of Nancy and Adrian—two incredibly kind and thoughtful staff members—they set up a beautifully decorated table inside our villa, complete with fresh flowers, flawless food presentation, and a warm, graceful presence throughout the evening. They even prepared parting gifts for us and were on hand for anything we needed, always with a smile. Their support turned my carefully planned moment into something even more meaningful. I’ll never forget it—and neither will my now fiancée. The villa itself was gorgeous—secluded, serene, and perfectly designed for relaxation. Waking up to the quiet of nature, soaking in the private pools, and spotting the resort’s friendly pets wandering about (yes, it’s pet-friendly!) made the entire experience feel intimate and grounding. This place isn’t just a getaway—it’s where memories are made. We’re already planning to come back for our anniversary. Eternally grateful.

During my daughter’s winter vacation, we stayed at the hotel for one night and two days. Thanks to Camellia’s kindness and thoughtful service, we had an unforgettable experience. The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

The location was right next to the lake and mountain and was very pretty and convenient. The room was clean and the private hot tub was a nice touch that was comforting at the end of the day. Hot springs also were nice to go to and facilities were well taken care of. The front desk was helpful for all our needs and also knew english. Alice in particular was very helpful and kind in answering our requests and questions and greatly improved our experience at Banyan Tree.

The hotel has everything to have a great journey. It's clean, the room are spacious and beautiful. I had always get a warm welcome from the employees at the entrance. I stayed 2 weeks there. The breakfast is great with many choices. The gym has everything you need but some equipments are a bit old or in bad condition. It can be busy the evening. Also there is a mall next, with many restaurants inside. And a massage center in front by crossing the street (foot massage must be tried during your stay) Laundry service is really expensive (I paid around 80 USD for a small size machine)
