Hotel Yilan dengan Spa

Our stay was absolutely wonderful—truly beyond expectations! Every little detail kept surprising us in the best way. The level of care and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel really stood out. The room amenities were exceptional, from the Dyson hair dryer to the luxurious L’Occitane products throughout. They even provided a cute little bag for us to take everything home, which was such a thoughtful touch! What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team and activity hosts, was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. There were also countless activities for children, which made it perfect for families, while still offering great options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return again!

the hot spring is great (the ones for female and male separately ; the room is excellent.. however, the buffet quality is somehow disappointing. i barely found anything that i could finish or wanted 2nd round - especially the meat/seafood dish.. even the quality of fruits also deteriorated. for future, i would not stay at hotel. will just get the hot spring coupons for hot spring (onsen) only. not worthy to spend almost $400 a night with the food quality

地點佳，頭城交流道下來後約3分鐘內就可以到民宿了。 民宿有提供汽車停車位。 整體環境非常乾淨、舒服，民宿老闆也很親切。 大廳有提供兒童遊戲室，有設置小帳棚、遊戲地墊、積木桌、球類及其他玩具，對有帶孩子的家庭來說很棒。 房間的空間很大很舒服，浴室也很寬敞，浴室有一大片窗戶可看到外面景色，有窗簾可拉起來，在房間就可以看到火車~~ 房間外有提供桌椅可以坐著休息及用餐，看著外面的景色很舒服~~ 星期六的早餐可選擇在房間吃或是在大廳吃，為套餐式，有兩個套餐可選擇，老闆做的早餐很好吃。 星期天的早餐則是在大廳使用自助式餐點，餐點很多，也有一直在做補充，很好吃。

住宿時可以使用外邊的各式溫泉設施，可惜的是天氣突然變太冷，沒有使用到游泳池中的兒童設施，雖然是溫水兒童池，但是露天的，所以還是滿冷的；其他溫泉池就相當多種種類，也有蒸氣室與烤箱，可以從早泡到晚上😬 最令人開心的是早餐的部分可以享用到下午1點，早上泡完溫泉後，或是可以睡晚一點後再去享用，最晚可以享用到下午1點，吃完再出發去別地方玩😍 小朋友玩的相當開心

Very nice hotel with indoor and outdoor pool facilities and hot spring tubs in room. Breakfast is excellent especially porridge and noodles. Will return for the delicious food and kids friendly facilities!

We absolutely enjoyed the huge tub with hot spring water in the room. We were also given vouchers to exchange for corn or eggs to cook in the hot spring next door. Room was very clean and overall a cosy stay. Our kids loved it! Breakfast spread was great as well!

Staffs were amazing! Very attentive and friendly. Give local knowledge on where to visit and what to get from Yilan. Enjoy the onsen in the room. Will be back again.

Stayed at Hotel PIN from 10/4/26 to 14/4/26. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the time we checked in till we checked out. The staff were all very courteous, polite & helpful. They even helped with the setting up of the baby chair for our 2 x young kids during meal times. The rooms are very clean & it comes with a spa pool in every room. The housekeeping staff (Ben & Lemon) must be commended for keeping our rooms clean every single day we were there. The hotel also provides free tea break & supper everyday for its guest. The location is ideal & it is within walking distance to the Jiaoxi town areas with many convenience stores, nice local, street & Japanese food within 5 to 10mins walk. Overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

房間空間大且乾淨，溫泉設備跟遊樂設施都維護得很好，溫泉項目很多，小孩玩到不想起來，早餐樣式豐富多樣，吃得很滿足，服務人員皆很周圍商家眾多，逛街買伴手禮很方便，飯店還有附贈優惠卷，飯店飯店在警局旁邊也很有安全感哈哈，服務人員都很優秀，總之此次快閃旅遊很滿意。

had movies and snacks going on at night, large and spacious, lots of parking. No elevator but only two floors. The google maps and apple maps are the correct address but theres an identical address around 15 minutes away so took some time finding it, had to copy paste the chinese hotel name to find it.
