Hotel Yilan dengan Spa

Our stay was absolutely wonderful—truly beyond expectations! Every little detail kept surprising us in the best way. The level of care and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel really stood out. The room amenities were exceptional, from the Dyson hair dryer to the luxurious L’Occitane products throughout. They even provided a cute little bag for us to take everything home, which was such a thoughtful touch! What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team and activity hosts, was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. There were also countless activities for children, which made it perfect for families, while still offering great options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return again!

the hot spring is great (the ones for female and male separately ; the room is excellent.. however, the buffet quality is somehow disappointing. i barely found anything that i could finish or wanted 2nd round - especially the meat/seafood dish.. even the quality of fruits also deteriorated. for future, i would not stay at hotel. will just get the hot spring coupons for hot spring (onsen) only. not worthy to spend almost $400 a night with the food quality

地點佳，頭城交流道下來後約3分鐘內就可以到民宿了。 民宿有提供汽車停車位。 整體環境非常乾淨、舒服，民宿老闆也很親切。 大廳有提供兒童遊戲室，有設置小帳棚、遊戲地墊、積木桌、球類及其他玩具，對有帶孩子的家庭來說很棒。 房間的空間很大很舒服，浴室也很寬敞，浴室有一大片窗戶可看到外面景色，有窗簾可拉起來，在房間就可以看到火車~~ 房間外有提供桌椅可以坐著休息及用餐，看著外面的景色很舒服~~ 星期六的早餐可選擇在房間吃或是在大廳吃，為套餐式，有兩個套餐可選擇，老闆做的早餐很好吃。 星期天的早餐則是在大廳使用自助式餐點，餐點很多，也有一直在做補充，很好吃。

房間真的很大，浴池也很大！升等房型房間更大，小孩超興奮的跑來跑去，床很好睡不會太軟，房間的迷你吧都是免費的，服務人員很親切，三樓有兒童遊戲區，夠大夠小孩放電，玩累了湯屋區有點心冰棒、餅乾、咖啡、飲料吃到飽，早餐選擇不多但也夠吃，焗烤馬鈴薯跟芭樂很好吃其他普普，雖然有遇到一些小插曲但我覺得服務人員態度很好

Onsen changing/shower area was damp, smelly, hygiene and ventilation could be improved. Excellent service hours for breakfast but food replenishment could be more efficient. Soya milk drink, congee was lukewarm and could be hotter to make it more enjoyable

Came here once in a colder weather precovid. Facilities as good as I remembered, but coming in summer this time, I expected more cold suana pool then hot ones. Unfortunately that's not the case. The hotel is decent but might need some upgrading (it looked the same over the years but somethings looked abit worn out/rusty). We came in group of 10 (5 rooms) and one room has bed bug.. Decent spread for the buffet breakfast. Close to train station and with many food options around!

Very nice hotel with indoor and outdoor pool facilities and hot spring tubs in room. Breakfast is excellent especially porridge and noodles. Will return for the delicious food and kids friendly facilities!

The dinner provided is excellent but too much in terms of quantity. Every night , we were served more than 10 dishes each night . Although the dishes are delicious, its way too much

房間空間大且乾淨，溫泉設備跟遊樂設施都維護得很好，溫泉項目很多，小孩玩到不想起來，早餐樣式豐富多樣，吃得很滿足，服務人員皆很周圍商家眾多，逛街買伴手禮很方便，飯店還有附贈優惠卷，飯店飯店在警局旁邊也很有安全感哈哈，服務人員都很優秀，總之此次快閃旅遊很滿意。

The property is not located very close to city so it’s popular among local weekend visitors with family to the countryside If you have kids this maybe a good options but I don’t enjoy my stay at all Rooms not sound proof very noisy at the corridors Amenities very old and the toilet is broken We called front desk at night request to fix They never fix it We called again in the morning and they finally agreed to fix it Anyways I don’t think this property deserves any rating over 6 out of 10
