"Came here once in a colder weather precovid. Facilities as good as I remembered, but coming in summer this time, I expected more cold suana pool then hot ones. Unfortunately that's not the case. The hotel is decent but might need some upgrading (it looked the same over the years but somethings looked abit worn out/rusty). We came in group of 10 (5 rooms) and one room has bed bug.. Decent spread for the buffet breakfast. Close to train station and with many food options around!"

Hotel connected with a shopping mall, with restaurants, cinema, bubble tea, donut, ice cream, sushi etc. Hotel has a mini snack bar for free, library with a small cafe with snacks, mini cinema, play corner for younger kids, play area for tv games, outdoor area with bouncy castles, outdoor and indoor car ride, so much fun!! Snacks, drinks, water, coffee, breakfast provided for free.

這次住的民宿，在宜蘭頭城，離頭城交流道很近，叫工匠家小木屋。 覺得算是一間很有質感的地方，小木屋確實會認讓人有種很像放鬆的感覺，一進去這種挑高的房型，有樓梯可通往上舖，就覺得不單單只是個平面的地圖，瞬時有了立體幾何的感覺。 真要講缺點，大概就是沒有椅子這件事，只有一張化妝台專用的，剩下就是後陽台的室外椅。室內基本上是鋪坐墊在地板，走日式風格，但對我這種骨質疏鬆的患者，起立蹲下是多麼的費勁啊，哈哈哈哈，但這不能怪老闆，是我個人的問題。 不過整體來講是舒服的，早餐其實也很簡單，在一樓的公用空間中，簡單的吐司，稀飯白粥，再搭配幾樣小菜，確實很有滿足感，也能感受到被照顧的溫馨。 這房型看來最多可以住八個人，下舖兩張雙人床，上舖兩邊各可以睡兩人，所以八人入住是可以塞的進去的，蠻適合家庭式的親子出遊。 晚上離礁溪很近，可以去泡湯，可以去覓食，更可以叫熊貓，生活不是問題。

住宿時可以使用外邊的各式溫泉設施，可惜的是天氣突然變太冷，沒有使用到游泳池中的兒童設施，雖然是溫水兒童池，但是露天的，所以還是滿冷的；其他溫泉池就相當多種種類，也有蒸氣室與烤箱，可以從早泡到晚上😬 最令人開心的是早餐的部分可以享用到下午1點，早上泡完溫泉後，或是可以睡晚一點後再去享用，最晚可以享用到下午1點，吃完再出發去別地方玩😍 小朋友玩的相當開心

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is well located, very close to the train, bus station, shops and restaurants, and the Jiaoxi Hot Spring Park (about 12 minutes walk). The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including preloaded movies, streaming, a huge bathtub, and a shower. The bed was so comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. The onsen was heavenly (bring a swimsuit and swimcap if you want to partake). I wish there were more signs about opening hours for breakfast and the onsen. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

是次入住和式並附有雙湯池的雙床房間二個晚上，房間光猛及舒適，酒店另設有多個戶外及室內冷泉池供住客免費使用，挺適合渡假休息。唯一可改善的地方，建議酒店職員可以主動幫忙運送行李，因為在退房當天，有幾位酒店職員站在大堂閒著，看到客人拿著行李又要推鬥，應該上前協助一下。

Hotel room was clean and well furnished. Staff was friendly, but no one helped us to unload our luggage when we arrived. The heated pool in the hotel is great. Kids will love it. There are many different pools, both indoors and outdoors with different temperatures. Guest would need to purchase a swimming cap before entering all pool areas. Guest can bring their own too, if they remember to do so.

Nice hotel with private hot spring option. Little distant from Yilan but a good choice to enjoy hot springs as well spend a day or two in Yilan. Good options are limited at the hotel but 7-11 / family mart are close to the hotel.

The breakfast selection is limited with little changes. Breakfast is at Art Spa Hotel instead of Resort One Hotel but front desk staff fails to bring us over when we ask for directions, thus it was a bit disappointing. The location of the hotel was great as it was a short 3 mins walk from Jiaoxi train station and a 15 mins walk from Jiaoxi Bus transfer station. Cleanliness of the room was good and the housekeeping staff were more friendly than front desk staff.

The property is not located very close to city so it’s popular among local weekend visitors with family to the countryside If you have kids this maybe a good options but I don’t enjoy my stay at all Rooms not sound proof very noisy at the corridors Amenities very old and the toilet is broken We called front desk at night request to fix They never fix it We called again in the morning and they finally agreed to fix it Anyways I don’t think this property deserves any rating over 6 out of 10
