"Wat een geweldig hotel! Heel vriendelijk personeel, schone en ruime kamers, een heel fijn bed en het eten is echt fantastisch! Wij hebben vaker in all inclusive hotels gezeten, maar nergens zo goed eten gehad! Er is een fijn zwembad, een bar met veel keuze voor drankjes, en de locatie is ook heel fijn. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid voor de deur en de mall op loopafstand. Dit hotel heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Als we ooit teruggaan naar Cyprus, gaan we zeker weer naar dit hotel! :)"

Loved the location. the staff were excellent, polite and genuine. A special mention goes out to Maria, front desk manager. She was humerous, and very knowledgeable of the area. She provided me with maps, and some background history of Cyprus, which i was very much appreciative for.
My room was clean, The cleaning staff were very persistent in wanting to come and clean the room when we were still there, it was a little annoying, but i admired their dedication.
the hotel is beautiful, Very much so an intimate setting.
Definitely worth rebooking.

We were greeted in a very hospital and charming way. Anna-Marrie, or Marie Ann not sure how to spell it gave us a very warm welcome, a drink and an interdiction to the Hotels amenities.
Make sure you request a south facing room if you visit in winter. The first room they gave us had no shade and was very cold; apparently the air conditioning is only for cold air and this had no warm settings etc. I got a mini cold as we were freezing but thankfully they found a new room to move us into the next evening.
We also called in advance and informed them that we are vegan n vegetarian but the staff at breakfast couldn’t help us when we asked about some food information. Especially when they mince meat Kouppes were mixed with the vegan ones. The answer was just don’t eat it! I don’t know which one is which 🤦🏻♀️
Aw well, we did not let 2 staff members affect our vacay. The private pool was nice but again not heated ~ we shall definitely come back to try the Spa and other restaurants.
We were also given a 15% discount and membership card for both of us. Worth giving it a go.

Overall great stay.
Staff and service were fantastic in the hotel.
Room and bed were comfortable.
The pool was out of service throughout our trip due to maintenance.-This was a disappointment on arrival that was likely more the fault of Trip.com rather than the hotel for not having notified us before. We were there off-season and there was a lot of building/maintenance/trucks around. As well as a building site for a new hotel next door but luckily had been halted and turned into a quiet arqueological dig instead!
The spa, gym, classes, indoor pool all good.
Breakfast is great.
We had one meal at epicurean for dinner- very generous portions but didnt quite make up for quality. The decor felt quite stuck in the mid 90s- as did some of the food.
The thing I cant understand is why they have no greek food in this hotel? It's crazy you can't get a Greek salad, dips, or fresh fish/ calamari. We walked 5 mins down the tomb of kings road and ate really well at some unassuming restaurants on a main road with great greek food and lovely seafood for half the price of the 'Asian' food served at the hotel- you just have to comprise on views!
Would love to go back in the high season and see it shine.

Good rooms with compliment fruits and add water/sweetie after cleaning. Funny music show every evening. All-inclusive mode is reasonable enough, permanent food'n'drinks are close available. The sea is near at hand.
I was lacking only a sauna..)

All of the staff are warm, accommodating & friendly. We were grateful that Maria made sure that we were allocated a room in the building of our choice. The room was very well equipped with a good size & modern fridge & freezer. Plus oven, microwave & all the plates & cutlery you could possibly need. The bed & pillows were very comfortable.
The resort is clean & both pool areas are kept clean & tidy.
Breakfast is excellent value for money.
Be aware that you need to bring a towel from home to use at the pool.
Very easy to walk into town from this location. Lots of parking

CozyExplorerThe hotel overall left a good impression. The biggest advantage is definitely the location — very close to restaurants, shops, the mall, and the Paphos seafront, with most places reachable on foot. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The room itself is a bit outdated and could use some renovation in places, but nothing critical — everything worked properly. Since the stay was before the start of the season, some areas and services were not fully available yet, but the hotel was quiet and not crowded, which made the atmosphere more relaxing. The food was decent for its category. Overall, a good value for money option with a very convenient location.
