From the delicious food to the peaceful pools and stunning beach views, it was the perfect romantic getaway. We’re already dreaming of going back!

MMateusz SWe've stayed in Caribe Princess Deluxe for 4 days in early Feb '25.
In general we're leaving with mixed feelings.
1.What's great:
- location & beach
- reception area
- swimming pool area
- animals in the resorts
2. What's so-so
- weather - it's windy on thia side of the island, not sure if all the time though, but something to consider while planning
- rooms - spacious but a bit outdated
3. What's really bad:
- food - thats probably the biggest disappointmen. We ate only at Food Market (main food court) and a la carte at Tao. Food Market - huge choice but food is tasteless, we've had enough after 2 days. Chairs are dirty. Serv8ce slow. Tao - really the worst asian food we have had in our life
- gym - very outdated equipment, trademills dangerous to use, should be put out of service. For the hotel of this size and class its really a shame.
- internet - erratic, losing connection all the time, often slow
Final verdict: we will not come back

PPengguna TetamuWhat an amazing place. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The friendly staff made my check in pleasant. Shout out to señor Francisco from the Mexican restaurant. He and his team were awesome. The food was delicious. The buffet restaurant is packed with goodies. Anything you want you can eat. Justin was super nice. Best waiter ever. The resort is clean, well maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. Overall, had an excellent time. Would definitely recommend.

VVidal ClaramonteHa sido una estancia agradable. El servicio de atencion al cliente por parte del hotel ha sido satisfactoria en general. El todo incluido que ofrece era mejorable bajo mi punto de vista. Y por ese precio podía haber incluido el traslado. Instalaciones mejorables sobre todo el gimnasio que no es apto para ese hotel, se queda muy pequeño e inaccesible, parece un laberinto para poder entrar. Y el spa también se queda en muy pobre y ni siquiera incluido en la oferta del paquete de todo incluido con habitación superior. Cuando en España el 90% esta incluido ambos servicios, traslado y spa. Gran hotel gran cadena, pero mi cara de satisfacción por algunas otras cosas se queda indiferente por ese motivo...La variedad en el buffet de comidas tampoco era demasiada...se compensa con el trato al cliente y el entorno de playas vírgenes. Luego un detalle es la sobrepesadez en cuanto a vendedores ambulantes fuera y dentro del recinto...hasta con los masajes...

WWILLIAMSSHEILAUpon arrival i found out that Trip.com botch my reservation. i booked a garden suite that offered a king bed or two doubles. My search was 1 room 2 adults i was giving Punta Cana. princess suites. the resort refuse to check me and my sister in because a phone rep told me that my booking was good for two. had to use my spending money to pay extra cause Trip.com did not put my sister on the booking. food was nasty, cold and picked over. fresh food was not put out often enough. Flies were all over the food. wait staff at the steak house was rude and nasty. Refuse to correct my order after they messed it up. Spent an entire night hungry. beautiful spot but will never go to this resort again nor will i book with trip.com

AAlberto Gar.Es un hotel es casi 5 estrellas, Lo mas positivo el personal todos super amables, con esa sangre super alegre, el mantenimiento del hotel super bueno solo algunos pequen̈os detalles como en los ban̈os publicos de mantenimiento general mas no de limpieza, la gastronomia es lo que pienso que puede mejorar un poco mas fuera del restaurante toro que era de alta calidad, la comida es buena pero no alcanza la exelencia. Visitamos todos los restaurantes y fueron buenos.
No me tengo nada negativo del hotel lo malo para nosotros fue la playa imposible de ban̈arse mucho oleaje, los nin̈os no pueden ni jugar en la orilla super peligro incluso logramos ver una persona ahogamdose y gracias al servicio de los salva vidas lograron revivir a la persona.
Las habitaciones bastante comodas y grandes, y si no estan interesados en comprar propiedad no acepten ir a la charla por los puntos porque van a perder media man̈ana. Y con los vendedores en las playas encontraran mejores precios
Pero si solo buscan piscina y entretenimiento noturno con discotecas, casinos y teatros este es el hotel perfecto, si buscan solo playa no es el hotel aunque caminando como 20 min por la orilla se encuentran playas tranquilas.
