This hotel is about a 5 minute walk through quiet residential streets from the end of Line 3 of the Paris metro. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the city centre, so is relatively convenient. The metro runs frequently all day. The hotel isn't going to win any awards for decoration or charm, but it is functional - free coffee in the lobby is a nice touch. My room was quite tired and needed redecorating in several places, but the bed was comfy the air conditioning worked. Basics - covered. Between the hotel & the metro there are some small shops, a bakery and a takeway, I didn't try the breakfast but from looking at the options it looked totally standard, but probably not worth 18 euros a night.

PPengguna TetamuThe front desk ladies were really lovely. They give us a little tour of the lobby and everyday would have free croissants or bread to take, as well as free coffee, water, soft drinks and champagne which was such a nice touch. Our room was a lot smaller and more cramped than we expected for a 4 star hotel. The cleaning service didn't empty our bathroom bin, give us new toilet paper or take the glasses we left at the front door for collection. The rooms were also quite loud from traffic and other guests. The breakfast was a bit disappointing in a small, quiet, dark room downstairs. The bacon and eggs were cold and often all gone when we got there, even with 2 hours left of breakfast service and took a while to be replenished. Overall the room and amenities was disappointing but the amazing customer service somewhat made up for it and made it a pleasant stay.

PPengguna TetamuPros: Clean and tidy big room. Friendly staffs. Very Near Clichy Levallois train station ( L and A train). About 15 mins walk to M train station. Microwave and utensils provided inside the room Cons: No telephone inside the room and have to go down to the reception. Clean up the room once a week (extra fees applied if you need room cleaning service within 7days)

PPengguna TetamuHôtel basique. Le personnel est agréable. Une station de métro a quelques pas. Voici les points positifs. Pour le reste, c'est moyen. Vous ne pouvez pas mettre la climatisation dans la chambre tant elle est bruyante.nous avons du acheter des boules quies pour finir notre séjour. La literie n'est pas de la nouvelle génération que l'on trouve dans les autres campaniles. La douche est toute petite. Mais pour 3 nuits ça passe.
