Hotel Jakarta dengan Spa

Our stay at Shangri-La Jakarta was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the genuine warmth and professionalism of the team stood out. Every interaction felt sincere, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. What impressed us most was the exceptional care shown to our children. The team paid attention to the little details, interacted warmly with them, and made them feel special throughout our stay. Those thoughtful touches created a wonderful family experience and made a lasting impression. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, while the facilities were excellent. The breakfast offered a great variety with high-quality food, and the overall dining experience was equally impressive. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for creating such a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Had a great stay overall. The staff are very accommodating, friendly, and professional—they made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of space to move around and manage luggage easily. A good option if you prefer bigger rooms compared to newer compact hotels. Location is very convenient, especially being near Kota Kasablanka mall, with lots of dining and shopping options just a short walk away. Breakfast was average—decent variety but nothing particularly standout. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with great service. Would consider staying here again.

Bangunan hotel dan lobi kelihatan cukup bagus. Daftar masuk adalah mudah. Lorong bilik kelihatan usang dan suram, mengingatkan saya pada zaman asrama saya tetapi dengan warna yang lebih baik. Bilik tidur tidak mempunyai banyak ruang, tetapi masih boleh diterima. Kertas dinding mempunyai kesan kebocoran kekuningan/kering. Bilik tandas adalah kecil dan semua longkang (singki & pancuran) sangat perlahan untuk mengalir. Dan tiada kunci untuk tandas. Yang paling teruk ialah pencahayaan, saya menutup lampu semasa tidur, terbangun ke bilik yang terang sepenuhnya dengan tv dihidupkan mungkin beberapa jam kemudian. Saya fikir saya mungkin secara tidak sengaja menekan butang semasa tidur. Mematikan semuanya dan tidur semula, kemudian perkara yang sama berlaku lagi. Secara keseluruhannya ini berlaku 3 atau 4 kali, terlalu letih dan mengantuk untuk dipedulikan. Saya tidak mengadu kerana ia berlaku antara tengah malam hingga subuh. Walaupun saya mengadu penyelesaian yang mungkin adalah menghantar juruteknik atau menukar saya ke bilik yang lebih baik, dan kedua-duanya tidak diingini. Saya sedang dalam perjalanan perniagaan satu malam dengan jadual penuh kedua-dua hari. Sarapan pagi sedap, banyak pilihan, tetapi perkhidmatannya tidak begitu baik. Apabila saya ditunjukkan ke meja saya, tuan rumah bertanya sama ada saya mahu kopi atau teh, saya memilih kopi. Berkeliling untuk mengambil sarapan saya, kembali ke meja dan kopi tidak ada. Kemudian tidak lama selepas saya mula makan, seorang pelayan datang dan bertanya sama ada saya mahu kopi atau teh, kata kopi. 5 minit kemudian pelayan lain datang jika saya mahu kopi atau teh..sekali lagi. Akhirnya mendapat kopi saya yang baik 15 minit kemudian, saya sepatutnya mendapat secawan sendiri. Ditanya untuk sunny side up, telur datang selepas saya menghabiskan pinggan saya, kira-kira masa menunggu yang sama dengan kopi dan stesen telur kosong apabila saya memesan. Saya minta maaf tetapi saya rasa ini bukan hotel 5 bintang dan harganya tidak berbaloi. Saya percaya masalah dengan cahaya disebabkan oleh slot kad bilik di sebelah kanan untuk menghidupkan kuasa. Mesti salah dan gagal mengesan kad dalam slot dan mematikan semuanya, kemudian tiba-tiba mengesan kad itu semula, justeru semua kuasa dan cahaya terus dihidupkan semula. Tidak akan tinggal di sana lagi Gambar lorong tidak kelihatan begitu buruk dalam gambar, kerana telefon saya memutuskan untuk menjadikannya kelihatan lebih bagus dengan melaraskan tahap cahaya secara automatik, lebih gelap dalam realiti

We spent 4 nights here at this hotel. The location is great, foods are around the corner as well as a mini market. The hotel service are reception are excellent. The room is clean and spacious. The room is a little outdated, but still good and didn't spoil our stay. The gym is good with all the machines you need. The pool is decent size. Our stay at this hotel was very good and we'll certainly stay here again in the near future.

【Pengalaman Mewah】Rekaan hotel sungguh menawan, ringkas dan berkelas! Bilik luas dan cerah, pemandangan dari tingkap setinggi lantai sangat menakjubkan, dengan pemandangan malam yang indah. Tilam tidak terlalu lembut atau keras, saya dapat tidur lena hingga terjaga sendiri. Bilik air dengan konsep basah dan kering yang berasingan, produk mandian pula semuanya jenama terkemuka. Kakitangan peramah dan sangat membantu, sentiasa memenuhi permintaan. Pengangkutan awam di sekitar sangat mudah, serta pilihan makanan dan tempat membeli-belah yang senang didapati. Keseluruhannya melebihi jangkaan, sangat berbaloi untuk dicuba!

A mixed bag of feelings here. I thought I was feeling lucky when they told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary upgrade (to Deluxe) Unfortunately I was plagued with a number of recurrent issues. The room itself is very nice (311), best thing about it was the bed and the views into the city by the window. With that said, it did have a number of issues, so it was not the finished article in my mind (the safe locked without instructions, the wooden ***** on the floor coming off making me trip, the kettle malfunctioning, not hot water on the basin, so had to use the kettle to shave daily) When I arrived, it had not been fully cleaned (see pictures) All of these were actually minor issues vs. other stuff I experienced, I didn't make much of it as I was getting an upgrade. The problems came a few days later when it started raining, and suddenly I was getting sore throats in the room with the temp marking almost 25c and the air con off. I had to take mucolytics and anti-flu tablets cause I was getting a bad cold there. I was wondering if the air conduct were releasing bad spores into the air because it was so tatty (pictures attached) So with no heating, I got cold there with 27c outside, I find this very very strange. But the much bigger problem was a few days later when I was hearing massive thumps, bangs and wall stomping from the room right above me, they had placed a family with 4 kids on top of me and it went on at all times in the evening. It got so bad that I requested a change of room, and surprise, they gave me a really REALLY bad downgrade to the 17th floor in a much smaller room, on a really grotty floor that looked like a 2 star highway motel. I thought maybe they were penalising me. The staff at reception told me the next day the people checked out, but the same noises continued another 2 days, so they lied to me or they placed another family with noisy children. The floor on top is super thin. You can hear anyone walking as if they re stomping on it.It will drive you crazy. I also heard people next door hammering something at 1 am in the morning for two nights straight. This hotel has big structural problems. I don't pay $520 to get tortured, it felt like it at some point. On a separate note, the breakfast service was more like a brunch, very varied and many choices (except for meat and fish that was very underwhelming) They had a temp control management problem, there were mornings when I touched the trays and they were at room temp. Also the plates for the hot section are not heated, so that with the powerful air con overhead translated into your hot food going lukewarm almost immediately, which makes it taste disgusting. It was only the last 2 or 3 days when I started placing my plates on the griddle for a few mins with the staff's permission, when I could finally start eating hot food. Due to this, I was getting ”stomach runs” every single day after breakfast, except for two days. This is a breach of H&S So there are several issues that affected my health here. The restaurant and cafe in the evening had some good meals. The Mexican had some Western tucker that I enjoyed, my last meal (Mexican enchiladas) was underwhelming, felt like cantine food that was microwaved and badly, because I had to send it back for being lukewarm. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel due to numerous health problems I suffered. I also discovered that if it weren't for the upgrade, I would have been given a horrible room like the one I saw quite possibly.(the room I received cost almost $1000 for two weeks, still very overpriced) This wasn't cheap, and I feel it was so expensive for what it was. Definitely not a 4 star, a 3 star is more befitting. The staff was mostly corteous, And premises are up to standard only in places. The gym was very nice. The pool area nice with some views, if only a little tiny..

Good facilities for fitness center, swimming with cold and warm indoor pool. Breakfast is decent with combination of asian and western food.

Maia Hotel terletak di lokasi yang strategik di pusat bandar Jakarta. Sangat mudah untuk pergi ke banyak tempat tarikan seperti Thamrin City Mall dan Grand Indonesia Mall. PIK By The Beach boleh dikunjungi dengan pengangkutan awam seperti Gocar atau Grab. Kakitangan juga sangat ramah dan menyambut tetamu mereka dengan baik.

Bilik udara di Jakarta agak sederhana, secara keseluruhannya OK. Secara keseluruhannya agak bersih, tetapi hiasannya sederhana. Terdapat sebuah masjid di sebelahnya yang memainkan muzik pembesar suara, dan bunyinya boleh diterima.

Swiss Bell Hotel chain is very expensive compare to other 4 star hotels. Not worth for money. There are more 4 star hotels much better than this at lower price in this area. I have experienced that. First room they gave me is disgusting. Not clean and broken room. After I complained they gave me another room with same aminities. Booked as a double guest room. But amenities were for a single person. Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. . You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion
