Hotel Jaipur dengan Spa

Although the property is ultra luxurious but it lacks amenities which you expect from a 5-star resort. There aren't ***y activities to do. The worst thing is their service. The staff is untrained. Slow in action. Parking is open.

All the services were excellent The entire staff were polite and humble. Ankit, Sanchari, Debopriya and Anuj ensured that our stay was comfortable and provided our check in was seamless Tumpa took care of our requests and was very quick. Subhodip and Rukun managed everything very well. We would soon come back with our family as well

I stayed at the hotel for business and it is located at the “new” side of Jaipur, not too far from the airport and away from the traffic jams of the old city. The room, amenities etc are all suitable for business travellers. The only thing is that the hotel transfer to the airport booked was not punctual. We booked for a 2.45PM departure from the hotel but our driver was early and showed up at 2.15PM. We told the driver that we would leave at 2.45PM only. To our shock, at 2.45PM, the driver was unavailable. In fact, the hotel sent him on another job. We were only provided a replacement driver at 3PM. We already paid for the transfer, otherwise we would have booked a Uber to send us to the airport there and then. Such a shame, otherwise the whole stay would have been brilliant.

This review is really about the staff, especially Diksha.  She made our stay very memorable. The hotel is comfortable if not a bit loud because of the outside traffic noise.  The fitness center is great but the pool is very small. The food is wonderful and dining services very attentive.  Diksha is called Chatterbox because of her effusive personality.  She always is smiling and her attention made us feel very special.

Absolutely amazing experience. True 5* From the very moment we stepped into the Rambagh Palace we were given the most impeccable service. My husbands suitcase was left in Mumbai. On arrival we were asked about our luggage and my husband explained his was still in Mumbai. Immediately (and I do mean immediately) the concierge Mukesh Gothwal had handed his number to my husband and told him he would take care of everything. Later that day Mumbai Airport said the bag would not be arriving that day. My husband had nothing but the clothes he wore. Mukesh somehow managed to contact Mumbai, make sure that suitcase arrived that day after all and not only that but when my husband arrived at the airport to collect it Mukesh was there at the arrival door with the

Awesome experience at Hilton Jaipur. Provided early check in which is deeply appreciated. Lounge experience was also good. So was the food and service. Room with outdoor terrace felt spacious and cozy. Location is also terrific with railway stations, malls nearby. Overall a great experience. Will return for sure.

I booked this hotel through the inbound tour operator (sterling vacations pvt ltd) for 2 nights (24 Dec - 26 Dec) for 2 adults and 1 child (13 years old). I requested late check in on 24 Dec and arrived by mid night by train from new Delhi. Nightmare was waiting for us and it just started while walking into premises. We were asked to scan the bags which was fine. We had 4 suitcases and no one was there to assist us. I scanned them all and waiting for further assistance, no one came for next 15 mins and everyone including security staff were watching me doing all these. I left luggage there and walked to the check in counter, was given key/card. We were told that luggage will come to the room. We walked into the room and found only 1 bed while we booked 3 occupancy. We decided to wait for the luggage to come, it was nearly 35 mins (00:45hrs) but can't see luggage at all. I decided to to check with reception so I came down and asked the staff luggage, 3 occupancy reservation and not having extra bed in the room. I saw my luggage is still there in the main lobby. So, i asked a member of staff if I can take them myself, They still insisted that we will bring them over to our room. It was 1am in the night and I am still waiting for my luggage and extra bed (after 1 hour). Finally, luggage arrived at the 4th floor in our room after 1am. with one single mattress. Manager and reception staff advised housekeeping staff to deliver a mattress without bed. while asked about, we were told that we can lay down this mattress on the floor as we can't provide you bed!! I asked reception that I paid for the advance booking for 3 occupancy two months ago. hotel check in time was 2pm and I arrived with family around mid night, provided information about late check in and still hotel couldn't provide me proper bed which I already paid for!!! I had to go again to the reception and tried to resolve these issues but couldn't get any help. After so many requests, I got a bed with mattress around 2am Reception staff plus other staff around looked extremely poor for the customer service. There were not prompt and not ready to offer any assistance. I had to even say to the duty manager that this hotel can't be classified 4 or 5 star as staff don't look trained at all. some facts: Arrived at Delhi 24 dec morning, half a day tour of Delhi completed, took a train to Jaipur around 7pm from Delhi Cantt., reached Jaipur by 11.30, hotel by mind night and went to bed 2 hours after checked in!! Absolute nightmare! Booking a room in such prestigious hotel assured the guests excellent customer service but this hotel failed in each every department except restaurant where food was good. Located opposite *** Sagar Lake with ***y species of birds. We saw kingfisher, swam and etc. It is just 45 minutes ride from airport. Very near to pink city and avoid the noise of the vehicle. Hotel provide great interpersonal interaction with the guest. A nice recreational pool, SPA service and gym, this four level high hotel l. Spacious room with tiny balcony, soft bed and pillows, bathtub and good wash up facilities. The only restaurant “Jal Mahal”, serve Breakfast, lunch and dinner. ***y selection of pastries, cereals, local Indian cuisine, egg and fruits. Ala-carte menu are also provide Asian and western food, pizza, liquor, cocktails and dessert. Lastly, do lookout for Akash, Sylvester and Aneesh as they go the extra mile to make the dining experiences more delectable. Room service are prompt and friendly, allowing personal space with guests. House keeping execute the required protocols including evening turn down services. The cleanliness of the fridge need to more attention as it was sticky and dirty. Overall, it is really a great service of 5* hotel that I ever stay. Staffs treated us like their friends.
