Hotel Udaipur dengan Spa

We had a wonderful stay at Lebua Udaipur. What truly stood out was the staff — everyone was incredibly attentive, kind and genuinely committed to making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. We had either lunch or dinner included, and even when something wasn’t quite to our taste, they immediately offered to prepare something else for us. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. A special mention to the management, the reception team and Patrick and his restaurant team — everyone was exceptionally helpful, warm and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel itself is newly opened and beautifully designed. The entire property has been created to give you the feeling of staying in an old Indian palace, with beautiful details and a very distinctive atmosphere. A beautiful hotel made even more special by the people who work there. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would be happy to return.

Exceptionally comfortable stay at the Fateh Garh resort . The location is 35 mins from the airport. Smooth checkin and the amenities were explained very well by Mriganka who has the calmest demeanour. The rooms are large and spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. Loved the brand of toiletries provided. The staff was always polite and attentive. Any request we had was handled so graciously by Veena. Nothing was an issues and they accommodated all our requests. We did the day tour with Piyush who made our entire day very pleasant. The spa service by Rose was divine after a long day of travel. We had most of our meals at the property and the indian cuisine was delicious. The breakfast spread had adequate options. The pool was impeccably maintained. We even tried the cocktails at the bar and they were well made too. Our experience was enhanced by the smiling faces of the staff throughout our stay. The property was clean, luxurious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you team Fatehgarh.

A perfect escape into nature This staycation was everything I needed—peaceful, refreshing, and deeply relaxing. Surrounded by natural beauty, every moment felt calm and rejuvenating. Good and bad experience Everything about this property is amazing Food is good Service is top notch Location is excellent The only thing which I don't understand is at the time of checking in the room they don't tell exactly how many bath towels or face towels are placed in room before or any such amenities but after checking out they will just check the room and tell you very politely that 1 or 2 face towels are missing and you have to pay for it. My only question to the owner or management team is that how can you or your staff can accuse the guests without even letting us know how many were there before. We also trust your hotel staff with our luggage while checking in but we don't accuse you for such things. If the management has made this rule to check the room at the time of checking out then please make sure that guests knows exactly what all amenities are provided by you and the quantity also at the time of checking in. And if the management has not made any such rule then please take care of these small things as these kind of bad experiences ruins all the good ones. Hopefully nobody else has to go through this in future. And yes everyone should do visit this amazing property at least once of they are seeking for relaxing holiday

In the first day the bedsheets were dirty but that was quickly resolved. If you're expecting a decent gym like I was you need to know it's really not well equipped, very few dumbells. Also the TV in the room is very small for the size of the bedroom. Breakfast had 95% Indian local options but apparently 95% of the guests were locals too, so all good. On the positive notes: staff was great and the bedrooms were super spacious!

Beautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.  I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

Fantastic property as it opened in 2025, slightly away from the lake but really amazing property to stay in. Welcomed with a Tilak on forehead (Indian ritual) and a welcome drink - shots of orange juice. Amazing staff members, very helpful but felt something was missing. Due to the wedding season, it took a bit longer but it was worth it. Rooms are spacious and beautifully done, but our room was dirty and the bed linen had to be changed as it was not clean - had marks of make up and hair on the bed. Breakfast was amazing, restaurant on the topfloor had an amazing service and starters were great, Biryani chicken was not well done and had to be sent back. Pool is tiny but on the rooftop, so worth it. Can totally recommend it.

We enjoyed our trip at Radisson Udaipur, great location and will recommend this place to friend's and family. We had couple of issues: 1. On numerous occasions the hotel didn't answer their phone, or will answer and hung up with saying anything. 2. Our stay was prepaid but the hotel claimed it wasn't and was asked to pay again. Ongoing dispute to claim this back.

Excellent stay with the family. A little rough and lengthy check in, noisy corridors with people shouting across the halls and balconies even late at night. BESIDES the above we had a fantastic stay. Very courteous and helpful staff and teams, great housekeeping, superb breakfast. Will definitely recommend and visit again.
