Hotel Vientiane dengan Spa

A really charming and up market establishment where service and courteous attention are paramount. Staff are always helpful offering assistance and support. A central location for great street walks to temples and the Mekong River and markets. The rooms are quite the bed huge soft and comfortable. A lovely bathroom lots of product. Breakfast was sumptuous with a range of western and Asian cuisine. The coffee excellent.

Останавливалась в The Q Hotel & Suite Vientiane на трое суток. Отель действительно хороший, с качественным ремонтом и продуманными удобствами. Номер очень просторный, чистый, с большой кроватью, своей террасой и современной сантехникой. Видно, что за состоянием номеров следят. На территории есть бассейн. Он большой, находится на открытом воздухе, и после долгих прогулок по городу это идеальный способ расслабиться. Завтрак неплохой. Выбор разнообразный, еда свежая. Можно найти блюда как азиатской, так и континентальной кухни, так что каждый сможет подобрать что-то под свой вкус. Отдельно хочу отметить сервис: персонал приветливый, говорит на английском, всегда готов помочь. Соотношение цены и качества очень достойное. Локация немного в отдалении от центра, но можно доехать на такси. Из минусов- слышно музыку из баров, которые находятся рядом с отелем. В целом рекомендую этот отель для комфортного пребывания во Вьентьяне.

I stayed at Settha Palace Hotel during my visit to Vientiane, and overall, it was a decent experience with a mix of positives and areas for improvement. The hotel’s location is definitely one of its biggest strengths. It’s right in the middle of everything, close to the river and within easy reach of the main Songkran celebration areas, which made getting around very convenient. The property itself has a charming Lao-French colonial style. While it is an older hotel, it has been maintained reasonably well and retains a certain classic character. The staff were excellent, professional, friendly, and always willing to assist, which added positively to the stay. However, the room was somewhat disappointing. While the minibar was well stocked, basic amenities were missing, not even essentials like a toothbrush or shampoo were provided, which was surprising for a hotel of this category. There were also some maintenance issues: the bathroom had leaking pipes, and the air conditioning wasn’t working initially, though to their credit, they promptly sent a technician to fix it. The pool area is visually quite pleasant, surrounded by greenery, giving it a relaxing vibe. That said, there were quite a few frogs around the pool, which became a bit irritating. While I personally didn’t mind, some other guests, especially European travelers, were clearly uncomfortable. Overall, it’s a good property with great location and strong potential, but it could significantly improve with better room maintenance and attention to guest amenities.

Cozy and lovely hotel. Nice staff. The loction is good for people who need calm. As the location is far from noise but not too far to meet up with any one. Bicycle are availabe for borrow. They serve breakfast even we are a little late. That's very lovely. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience here — the property is very nice, the room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk staff went out of their way to help me by printing a few documents I needed, which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

部屋は広く、エレベーター前に灰皿がおいてあるあたりが、まるで中国のホテルのようです。 シャワーブースも広いです。 湯量は十分ですが、排水はちょっと遅めでした。 禁煙ルームを選択したのに、喫煙ルームでした。 一部屋目はタバコ臭かったので、別の部屋に変えてもらいました。 12階の部屋、目の前には別のホテルが建っているものの、景色は良かったです。 WeChatでフロント係へ連絡することができ、色々と依頼することができます。 テレビのリモコンがない時、トイレットペーパーが無くなった時に、WeChatで依頼しました。 （英語は通じないので、中国語に翻訳してから、メッセージを送る必要あり。） 大型ホテルなので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、依頼後、なかなか持ってきてくれなかったのが不満でした。 ホテルの周りは、中国人街のようです。 ホテルフロントでも、英語は通じず、中国語への翻訳が必要でした。 周囲でも中国語が飛び交っていました。 ホテル周辺には、商店がありますが、値札がありませんでした。 （なお、ホテルの隣にある、ラオスらしい商店でLaoBeerを購入した際は、町中と変わらない価格でした。） 飲食店は色々ありますが、町中よりも高めの価格でした。 予約内に、空港への無料送迎が含まれると書いてあったのですが、そのサービスを受けられませんでした。 PM22時頃に空港へ送ってほしかったのですが、夜はホテルのドライバーがいないから、だそうです。 （それが分かっていたら、他のホテルにしたのに…） とはいえ、配車サービスkokko moveで、簡単にクルマを手配することができますので、自力で空港へ行くことも容易です。 なお、近くにはATMがないので、このホテルに行く前に、お金を用意しておくことを、強くオススメします。

Für den Preis darf man nicht all zuviel verlangen. Lage top Grundsauberkeit vorhanden. Für familien eher ungeeignet mitten im partyviertel und Nähe des foodmarktes.
