We arrived on Thursday evening and were greeted by Angelica a very friendly and professional receptionist. Our room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was OK but not enough towels for all of us. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and game room very much. Unfortunately I do have a complaint about a member of the breakfast staff. We didn't include breakfast in our reservation because we didn't know if we would eat breakfast at the hotel everyday. So we thought of adding breakfast day to day if needed. On Sunday our last day at the hotel, we went to have breakfast, and this very rude lady at the breakfast door said we couldn't have breakfast because we didn't pay for it. The way she said it, her tone of voice and the look in her eye was not friendly at all, but she wasn't done just yet. This woman took us to reception to pay. Our receptionist Angelica was there (thank god) so she helped us out. What I found very odd is that the breakfast lady gets to shout at her coworkers in reception telling them to do their job, but yet,she is terrible at hers. I enjoyed our stay at Park Plaza but didn't enjoy the attitude and feeling created by that one employee at breakfast. We felt our experience war round by this insident.

Pullman Eindhoven is a very good hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfy, with good toiletries, a very comfortable bed and great blackout curtains. You will sleep well! Free bottles of drinking water and good coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast buffet is really great, with a very wide choice of items and friendly staff who are happy to help or accommodate special wishes. The bar & restaurant is good, a little unremarkable but perfectly fine if you do not feel like trying to figure out what's good outside the hotel for a bite to eat. The spa area is limited but nice. Small pool, good sauna. Overall this is a very nice hotel with kind staff and I'd happily stay here again, especially if I needed to be sure of a good night's sleep and good breakfast to start my day.

The lobby was very stylish and quirky and the staff were pleasant enough. The breakfast buffet was good but a bit lacking in variety. My real issue would be the room as it was quite dirty -- I could take the retro industrial design but some surfaces had dust, the toilet paper roll was halfway used, there was something like mold inside the water kettle. Worst, the dust triggered my partner's allergies and kept him coughing throughout our stay. Temperature throughout the hotel is also centralized so if you get cold quickly you may have a problem, but they were kind enough to provide a heater. Would probably not come back.

We verbleven een nacht in het hotel van vrijdag op zaterdag. Top locatie midden in het centrum en ongeveer 5 min lopen bevind je je in het centrum.
Hotel is mooi en sfeervol. Ontvangst is oké, je wordt verwelkomd met een Cava. Ik gaf aan geen alcohol te drinken, er werd geen ander drankje aangeboden. Dat is jammer. Mijn man was jarig. Bij het inchecken had het personeel dit kunnen opmerken. Dit had het ontvangst in onze ogen wat persoonlijker gemaakt.
Mooie kamer en ruim met veel licht. Temperatuur heel prettig en kingsize bed was aangenaam.
Hygiëne kan beter. Spinnenweb (wellicht door hoge plafond niet door de schoonmaker gezien), vlier en plinten wat stoffig. Desalniettemin niet storend.
Helaas geen showercap aanwezig, maar wel shampoo, conditioner en bodylotion. En een föhn.
Faciliteiten: goede wellness (minpuntje je moet uurtje reserveren en pas ophalen van de receptie. Mi zou dit efficiënter en klantgerichter kunnen.
Los ontbijt boeken is niet aan te raden vrij duur voor een buffet. Op 5 min lopen zit je in het centrum met een tak aan goede en leuke restaurantjes (of de Ah). Hotel zou hier beter op in kunnen spelen om de kosten te verlagen.
Overall prima hotel als je in het centrum wilt verblijven.

AAnnaisMy recent stay at Holiday Inn Eindhoven Airport was outstanding. From the excellent service to the top-notch facilities and the delightful breakfast(especially the fried eggs), every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. The sensory experience with the bathroom amenities was a delightful touch. I was not disturbed by any noise, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport. I certainly look forward to returning in the future.

PPengguna TetamuWhen you stay at the hotel and you want to go to the city centre then follow the path to the right as you come out the main door and follow it toward the tunnel that will take you underground under the main road and lead you safely to the centre. There are no crossings to get to the hotel otherwise. We had been in touch with Ihsaan from customer service before our stay and Ihsaan had been very helpful and professional with any queries we had. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were very friendly also. The only issue we had was that the breakfast was expensive. The food was plentiful though and there was plenty of choice for all and the service staff there were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was in a great location and is literally only up the road from PSV Eindhovens stadium also. It is only a 5 minute walk from the bus station which is great if you are getting the number 400 bus to or from Eindhoven airport. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby also.

2280aist_lEverything was great, I stayed only for one night, didn’t take breakfast or dinner, but you will find a snacks fridge in a loby ;) Room were clean and new. Bed was comfy. It takes around 15-20 min to and from the EIN airport with 401 bus, Google maps works just fine for that! ✨

NNoemíHotel cómodo por la ubicación excelente para llegadas o salidas desde el aeropuerto. Muy limpio, recepción agradable y profesional. Inconveniente el aire recircula toda la noche sin posibilidad de poder apagarlo manualmente y es que hace un poco de ruido a la hora de dormir. El aislamiento hacia las otras habitaciones y hacia el exterior es una maravilla eso si.

KkatszaI stayed from 27th till 29th of June for an annual conference. Excellent location and wonderful surroundings to relax during breaks. Very cool to have diner at OZZO with a crazy poke bowl. The food is very good. The room was amazing and confortable. I had very good nights.

Friendly staff. We reserved two rooms that should've been the same type, but we got 2 different rooms. One was smaller with no bathtub and somewhat good view of the street. The other one was twice the size of the 1st one and it had a bathtub, but no view whatsoever. The walls are pretty thin, because i could hear everything from the next room. The AC/ventilation in the rooms is good. Water pressure and temperature are great. The room with bathtub could've been cleaner (there was a pair of socks on the ground next to the bed), but the bathroom was very clean so I'm happy with that. We didn't try the restaurant. The location is somewhat good (on a quiet street) - nearby restaurants, bars, barbershops, nail and hair salons. There's few grocery stores nearby.

PPengguna TetamuWhat we loved: * Location: Best possible location to explore the city * Staff: Every staff member we encountered was polite, professional, friendly and helpful * Decor: Hotel is cosy, has minimalist but modern design, looks very nice for a 3* venue * Cleanliness: Everything was spotless * Comfort: Soft comfy beds and lots of storage and surface space in the room * Price: Very reasonably priced for the quality and location, compared to other options What could be improved: * When we checked-in there was no soap in any of the dispensers and it only got replenished after several days once we asked for it directly. * Pillows are ridiculously thick, like sofa cushions. Got a neck cramp and headache from first night so opted to sleep on a rolled-up towel instead for the remainder of the stay. * Bathroom layout is not great - toilet is behind a glass door just a meter from the bed, so it doesn't leave much privacy or sound insulation. Shower floods the toilet area no matter how hard you try to avoid it, leaving a puddle right in front of the toilet. * Noise: Hotel is sound-insulated, but there was a lot of plumbing noise coming from the pipes in the bathroom at all hours - banging, hissing, screeching etc, like sleeping next to a loud fridge or boiler. The door between the lift and the floor, as well as other room doors make the room shake when they get shut, and we were unfortunate to have neighbours who were slamming doors relentlessly till 2am on our last night. * Some basic tea facilities in the room would be very useful. Summary: Great hotel at a reasonable price with friendly staff and nice amenities. If you're lucky with the room and neighbours, you'll really enjoy your stay here :)
