"We had a really nice stay overall. The amenities were clean, complete, and well-maintained, which made our experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff were accommodating and the place had a pleasant atmosphere. I just hope that next time there will be Netflix available in the rooms for added entertainment, and maybe more affordable room options with a balcony to enjoy the view. That would definitely make the stay even more perfect."

PPengguna TetamuThis is our second room. It’s quite smaller than our first room but still the same service we received. On our second day, we went swimming. But the only con was the pool area is in different location and the pool is not heated. After 6pm,no more hotel driver available. So we dont have a choice but to ride in a tricycle just to get there. But then, there is a staff who assisted us and gave us fresh towels. I just hope that they will have a driver until 9pm. Because they said that the pool use is until 9pm. But then, we enjoyed our experience and surely would comeback here.

Our wellness Butler Rob was so accommodating and even kind.

This place is amazing, every one of the staff is very courteous, approachable and very humble.
From the receptionist sorry i didn’t get the chance to get the names, to nathan, staff in the restaurant, amor from the spa, kuya who assisted us to pick the calamansi and i think the manager that is very approachable and give the best and feel us home.
We celebrated my father’s birthday. My parents was really happy with the place I chose and they say they want to go back and make el jardin a place where they want to rest.
The food is amazing too, pandan juice and the place it self.
Overall we really have an amazing and wonderful stay in el jardin. We will surely go back.
Kudos to all the staff of this paradise el jardin.

The room given to us is different from what we expected. they still offer full board meals but I would rate the buffet as below my expectation although there is a variation. Breakfast was better than dinner. The service was exceptional though. The staff attended to all of our concerns. There were mosquitoes in the hallway leading to the hotel rooms.

CCitingtanThe worst hotel experience that I had so far. The first time we tried was narra pool vila, overall it was good. So this time we tried out pamela glass vila with a garden.
1. We chose king size bed, it turned out that the hotel uses two single bed to combine, and one mattress is high, the other one is low, and in the middle of the bed you can feel the hard wood bed frame on your back and one higher mattress and one lower mattress. I was so pissed whole night as it was super uncomfortable. (Hotel didnot even notice us that the king size bed is made of two small single beds)
2. Bed buds. Me and my husband were bitten hardly for both legs and arms. We cannot believe it, the room charged so much and cannot even guarantee the cleanliness.
3. It was raining at night, and while taking shower, the rain kept dripping into the shower room. It was so cold so we eventually had to put an umbrella to cover a bit the rain.
4. Overall, this is an experience of spending money to buy uncomfortableness.

1. The staff - Super amazing and friendly, always smiling and helpful.
2. The managers - great, caring, funny and always went above and beyond to help and accommodate.
3. Resort - Amazing ocean view and lots of activities, we went back 3 times in a span of 2 weeks. Lol
4. Room - clean and comfortable!
5. Food and drinks - delicious and amazing! One of the best in the Philippines.
I've been to many hotels and resorts worldwide, but this has been the top of all of my stays. The vibe, the friendliness, activities, food and drinks. I've never felt so relaxed and I didn't even need to use my phone. No stress and all good vibes! Waking up to see the ocean with a nice cup of coffee with smooth music, it makes the hours of drive (almost 4 hours one way) to there well worth it.
In my opinion, this was more than a stay, this was an unforgettable experience! We have been through the regular days and also the typhoon days, they have been amazing and helpful the whole time! It was definitely an adventure! Now I'm back in Florida again and I miss this place, but I'm planning a visit the Philippines next year and I will make this my top place to visit!

PPengguna TetamuFantastic resort. Very well organised, grounds kept very clean and beautiful. We stayed at 5a and 5b Cassistas and it was perfect location with a beautiful view of the cove. Shuttle service to the main beach 5 mins away was quick and well run. The Long Beach facility was great, the beach was beautiful and clean. The swimming pool was well maintained and loved by our kids. And most of all staff members were very helpful and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and return to again.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed in Porto Novo Anilao Dive & Leisure Resort for 7 days 6 nights. The rooms are very clean and the food in their restaurant is very good. The F&B staff are friendly and the food is yummy. We did 16 dives with them. Thanks very much to instructor Mervin, JM and their dive team. They are professional, very friendly and make you feel like a VIP. They took us to several beautiful dive sites which I never think Anilao have them. I strongly recommend this resort and I am sure I will come back again.
Special thanks to Janet for the Lo Mei, JM for the Mei Hon and Halo Halo. Hope to see you all again very soon.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked 4 villa rooms for an overnight stay at Cintai Coritos. We loved that the place is tucked away from the city noise. It's a serene and relaxing environment.. the service staff greeted us with warmth and utmost respect and even offered to help us with our bags. The food is great though there not alot to choose from the menu list.
There are alot of stray cats in the area and they come to you for food which was not a problem for us feeding them but some of the cats gets aggressive, so children are not safe to be around those cats.
But over all, we enjoyed the place and we we're even allowed to stay past the check out time. I'd surely recommend this place to my friends and come back again in the future.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThey give their best to provide good quality service to their guests. The cabin family rooms are huge but room amenities are just okay. Heater just needs some fixing since it suddenly changes temperature. There’s a lot of activities to do and food are decent tasting for the price. Overall, i highly recommend the place
