Excellent location — very central and incredibly convenient for getting around. The staff were extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed and pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place I’d happily stay again.

The room is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's easy to walk to the city center. My husband and I are very satisfied with the Renaissance Porto Lapa Hotel.

Upon checking in, it was somewhat disappointing as we received no welcome pack or advised what time breakfast and the facilities were open till. Ahead of our arrival I asked what amenities were in the room and I was advised a Dyson. This was not in the room and they advised the Dyson wasn’t for a deluxe room type but I could pay to upgrade to a suite. On the first night the music was very loud and our room was directly above the bar. However, they did turn the music down. After a somewhat shaky first day, all was well for the rest of our stay. The staff were absolutely fantastic and really do keep the hotel ambience a happy environment. Inês was the most friendliest and kindest person, we went with her recommendation for dinner and it did not disappoint. All the rest of the staff in the restaurant were very accommodating and I’d happily go back.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, within walking distance of most old town attractions and round the corner from a metro station making it even better!! Staff can't do enough for you and the whole place is welcoming and beautiful. Breakfast set in lovely dining area with plenty of choice from a menu so served to you without having to wait for the toaster! Rooms are luxurious and have everything you may need, including a very comfortable bed!

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Aliados in Porto. While advertised as a 5-star hotel, it feels more like a high-end 4-star, mainly because it lacks some of the extra touches of luxury and service you’d expect from a top-tier 5-star experience. That said, it still offers great value for money and an excellent stay. One of the hotel’s strongest points is its location—right in the heart of Porto, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Despite being so central, the room was quiet and well-insulated, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional staff who made us feel welcome right away. Throughout our stay, the staff remained courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, featuring a king-sized bed, elegant decor, and a huge shower that added a touch of indulgence. Everything was spotlessly clean, which is always a priority when choosing a hotel. The hotel has a spa with a gym, sauna, and hammam, free for guests. While we didn’t have time to use them, they looked modern, well-maintained, and inviting, adding to the hotel’s appeal. Overall, Eurostars Aliados delivers a stylish and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. While it may not quite reach the level of a true 5-star experience, it’s an excellent option for those looking for a high-quality hotel in the center of Porto. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was recommended by a friend and I would happily stay again, or in their other locations. The staff were friendly; the hotel was neat and clean. The rooms spacious enough, so you did not feel cramped in any way. The hotel has a pool, outdoor and indoor, and a small room with some gym equipment (but no room to spread of a gym mat out). There was some construction happening on the side street next to the hotel but it didn't bother us; the work stopped in the early evening. The hotel is well located as well; easy waking distance to the square with lots of places to eat, and a few nice rooftop bars. You are a close walk to the market - which I would recommend eating your way through one afternoon, and close to the subway line if you wish to get further afield.

Top class hotel. Helpful staff and explained everything you need to know. You will not have any issue as the staff will take care of you. No worry for the car parking. The staff did all for you.

地理位置：在杜羅河邊，但離景點區略有點距離，門口就有鐺鐺車軌道，但是沒有站點。早上鐺鐺車經過時候能聽到聲音，睡覺最好戴耳塞。 房型：一樓是一張雙人床，樓上是一張沙發可以當床睡，我們兩個人出行樓上基本沒用到，有點浪費。 第一晚入住的時候贈送了兩杯波爾圖酒和一些蜜餞，是這次旅行中所有四星級裏面唯一贈送小點心的酒店。樓頂有露台，晚上可以看對岸的燈光夜景。 在國內能搜到的波爾圖的攻略不多，所以從酒店出發打車去坐18路鐺鐺車吃葯了，方向完全相反，建議入住當天問下前台行程計劃

酒店房間寬敞。 需要指出的問題：吹風筒上硬塑因為老化，有些沾手；入住當天兩個枕套上有明顯油跡；包被子的床單雖然乾淨、但有兩個明顯的破洞；雙人入住，提供的小面巾只有一個（我們自帶了小面巾）；熱水壺裡面有上一個客人殘留的水沒有倒掉。
