Hotel Belgrade dengan Spa

Отель находится в отличном расположении. Всё рядом в пешей доступности. Номер был очень даже симпатичный и комфортный. Есть все необходимые ванные принадлежности, кроме пасты и щетки. Спали тихо и крепко) Единственное , что омрачило наше проживание в данном отеле - это сотрудник ресепшен по имени Иван. С первой минуты прочувствовали негатив на себе , возможно из за того что мы были гостями из России. Но общение с ним у нас не заладилось, он не гостеприимный человек и не подходит для работы в отеле (прошу руководство принять это во внимание). В остальном остались всем довольны , спасибо !

酒店是精緻輕奢的，就是比較小，訂的行政房窗户正對着一棟很破爛的居民樓非常煞風景……酒店的裝飾不知道是管理者審美還是塞爾維亞喜歡使用環保的假花假綠植，這個看着很掉價影響檔次，燈光過於昏暗費眼睛，地段對於專門來旅行的人來説不算友好，導致我後悔從莫斯卡瓦酒店搬到這裏來，要走去大公街和要塞真的是走斷腿，公交車什麼的覺得麻煩也沒查，可能有順路的公交吧，步行的話從這裏要穿過那個圓環廣場需要很費勁地繞行，剛來貝城住第一天還行，多了都不推薦。但酒店工作人員全體很好，nice，幽默，靠譜。早餐加了個7歲小孩需要收餐費，早餐還可以。塞黑兩國住了六家酒店這是唯一一家提供免費飲用水的而且水很高級。裝修設施包括飲用水瓶全玻璃，所以感覺小孩子不友好，成人或商務挺合適的，酒店人少，很靜，適合喜歡安靜的。

The location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

Das Hotel ist super professionell, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich fand, das alles wirklich sehr gut war. Im Hilton kann man definitiv bleiben für einen Trip nach Belgrad. Der Service ist top, die Gastfreundlichkeit auf einem sehr hohem Niveau.

聽説是貝爾格萊德唯一一家五星，不曉得是不是，房間很大，床墊很軟很舒適，訂的含早的房間，早餐不錯，樓下就有公交站，坐車很方便，因為貝爾格萊德公交都是免費的。唯一不太好的是英語夠用有點麻煩，遇到英語好的還OK，英語不好的就衹有連比帶劃了。總的來説很不錯，因為來出差，什麼酒吧泳池都沒體驗，希望下次有機會吧。

Просто лучшее расположение, самый центр Белграда. С аэропорта на бесплатном автобусе 72 до конечной станции и 5 минут до отеля. Завтраки обалденные, есть всё даже больше). В номере чай ,кофе, вода в кулере на ресепшене. Кровать удобная, вода горячая это самое главное для меня. Заехали проездом на 1 ночь. Очень сожалению, что не взяла билеты с пересадкой на больше ночей, тк город для меня очень уютный. Обязательно вернусь в Белград еще и только в этот отель. Советую всем.

Very nice and high class hotel at the center of Belgrade. Food at the restaurant is also good quality but little over priced. I’ve been staying at this hotel since 3-4 years already. It’s my regular stop over spot in Serbia. However, this year they charge for parking!?. Which is 25€ fixed price, without any exception. This is simply too much. Like a soft rubbery to be frank. I pay less in Amsterdam or Paris for parking which is a big deal in those cities. I hope the management understands that this is a decision changing fact for most of the customers.

Кондиционер в номере не регулируется, окна не открываются, т.к. закрыты на ключ. Очень душно в номере. Номер хороший, но в ванной комнате нет вытяжки. Дверь в ванну рядом с кроватью. Рядом идет стройка. Завтраки хорошие, но цена 35 евро с человека. Для этого города это дорого. Берут при заезде депозит 100 евро с человека безналично в местной валюте по курсу. Возвращают не сразу.

Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the spa and valet sections. Super nice spa and gym area with access to the 25m pool, sauna, and hammam included in the booking. The hotel has a kind of old-fashioned and old-money look to it, bathing in history, and so as one could expect from such, it could use a bit of renovation here and there. It really is a good and well-deserved 4-star hotel for sure, for Western European standards. But overall, we had a very pleasant stay, with a very nice breakfast to start off the day. For sure, an unbeatable value for money for such a great hotel in Belgrade.I will 100% come back and recommend this hotel, either for leisure or even for work trips.

Останавливалась в этом отеле на несколько дней. Хочу отдельно выделить три сильные стороны: 1. Персонал. Это главное достоинство отеля! На ресепшене всегда встречали с улыбкой, быстро отвечали на все вопросы.Видно, что люди действительно любят свою работу и заботятся о гостях. Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство и внимательное отношение! 2. Завтрак. Завтраки просто отличные! Большой выбор: были и яичницы/омлеты , свежие овощи, и качественные сыры, колбасы, выпечка.  3. Номер. В номере (стандартный двухместный) было все, что нужно: удобная кровать, чистое белье, современный санузел, хороший душ. Вся техника (чайник, кофемашина)работала исправно. Чистота и порядок — на пятерку. Никаких нареканий. Расположение тоже очень удобное-в шаговой доступности к достопримечательностям. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель и с радостью остановлюсь здесь в следующий раз! Спасибо за приятный отдых!
