"Thru Trip.com, we decided to book this hotel for the cheaper price as we only need to stay a short while - arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning. It's a bit confusing the info : This is a property, not a hotel? It says must inform the hotel if late arrival so we did but there was no reply or acknowledgement to know if there's a special procedure to check in ; for eg, they have to give you a special code or arrangement for late check in. The next letter to us was weird!!? It says check in instructions as follows but nothing, it's blank...... See photos of their replies. So we were concerned - our situation, pls see photo. But there's no reply in the Message Chat. These left us very worried and anxious. In the end, we had to keep calling this no and that no given by Trip.com, knowing that we will be kept waiting in line. Even when arrived at the airport, we kept calling. Seems one of the phone no is wrong? Trip.com, pls check with the hotel or person in charge. As for the room amenities, they are quite bare - no fridge, no kettle, no drinking water (you have to drink from the tap) in the room. Bath water was not hot when we bathed."

"Alexa, Park All Suite Resort was a great find! Our room was a complete suite and was very spacious. It had a small dining table, couch, desks, two queen size beds, and a well appointed bathroom. The room and grounds were clean and well maintained. The location was off the *****, but an easy walking distance. We were extremely satisfied with this hotel and would stay there again. "

Great location and good facilities. Minor problems with the room. The floor was not clean when I got to the room, TV remote control was missing, and safe was locked. Room service could take a while, order at least 1-1.5 hours in advance.

Amazing experience in The Venetian, it was our first time and you have to consider some great points to know why is the best hotel to stay in Las Vegas: 1. Amazing location 2. Direct Access to The Sphere concerts and Events 3. The Parking lot is easy to access in and out 4. Access to the Rooms are very close to the parking so you don’t need to walk too much 5. Access to food court are really close to the access to the rooms and that is amazing! 6. The Venetian gondolas attraction are really good and the whole decoration around is simply amazing! 7. The Rooms are recently renovated and the Deluxe Kings rooms have the option to see the Sphere and the rooms in the opposite side will see The *****! So everyone will have a really nice view! 8. Easy access to the Las Vegas ***** Boulevard! 9. If you are planning to attend the CES, the largest technology event in the world you will have access to the Venetian Expo! So is the best place to stay during that event

It was very convenient—I could walk to the Bellagio in just 20 minutes, and the CX bus station was very close to the hotel. There was also a 7-Eleven nearby, which was another great point.

I recently stayed at MGM Grand, Las Vegas, and had a great overall experience. The property is huge, lively, and perfectly located on the *****. Rooms were clean and comfortable with great view from the room, and despite the crowds, everything was well managed considering it was Christmas holidays . we stayed in the suite room in MGM tower.! A special mention to the help desk staff—they were extremely cooperative, polite, and genuinely accommodating. Overall, a classic Vegas hotel with great energy, good service, and professional staff. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel is so clean! Everyone was so nice! Especially the Valet parking guys! The shower has great hot water and pressure, it was quiet to sleep, the A/C worked well. Bed was comfy. Disappointed the pool wasn't open yet despite 90° temperatures. Coffee in the room or lobby would be wonderful without walking all the way to Starbucks and paying their prices. Overall it was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again! Donna, NJ

I was pleasantly surprised! Room was huge and clean. A/C was cold and the view was good. Prices at the restaurant were good and the food was great. I loved that I could quickly walk from the parking lot to the room elevators without hiking for miles like other places on the *****. I will definitely stay here again!

Perasaan keseluruhan sangat baik. Sangat senang makan, minum dan berjalan-jalan. Suasana baik pada waktu malam dan ada muzik live. Apa yang tidak begitu baik ialah tempat letak kenderaan terlalu jauh, dan berjalan lebih dari sepuluh minit untuk berjalan kaki.

Orleans is an off ***** vegas hotel that is currently going through some much needed renovations. They are marketing mobile checkin and mobile room key both of which did not work. The note said I would need to sync my reservation with my Boyd rewards card which the front desk supposed didn't my n request but nothing showed up in the app. The room b itself was comfortable but lacked refrigerator and microwave although most Vegas rooms do. At the prices published online they all should. Lack of TV channels was somewhat problematic when trying to escape the ******. The on-site movie theater and bowling alley did help but if course cost more. The hotel used to provide some coupons to use around the premises during your stay but I did not receive any this stay. I did enjoy Balliwick and Ondori during my stay and found them good and not too pricey. The ****** lacks some of the newer slot machines and this trip they seemed to be very tight. Overall the stay was fun.

Stayed here at the Circus Circus Manor. A separate motel type building from the main hotel. My wife and I booked last minute so it was expected. However, what we didn’t expect is how surprised we were with the room itself. It was very clean. Fresh sheets with no stains or anything. Room and hallways smelled good as well. Clean bathroom and shower with plentiful towels. AC blows cold.  Our only thing was that there was no mini fridge or microwave but other than that it was a great stay.
