Great location and good facilities. Minor problems with the room. The floor was not clean when I got to the room, TV remote control was missing, and safe was locked. Room service could take a while, order at least 1-1.5 hours in advance.

Stayed here with my wife for her birthday, and it was a major disappointment. Despite the occasion, we were given a terrible room with a poor view. No birthday greetings, no recognition - nothing. What's even more annoying is the ”follow-up.” After checking in, I received a text asking for feedback. I replied explaining the situation, but nobody bothered to respond or fix it. There is no point in asking for feedback if you plan to ignore it. Poor service and a total lack of attention to detail for such a high-end resort.

We recently stayed one night at Westgate Resort and ****** (April 4-5 2026) and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were very accommodating and made sure our request for a room facing the Sphere was granted, which we really appreciated. However, there was one downside during our stay. While taking a shower, we noticed mold in the shower area, which was quite concerning and took away from the otherwise comfortable experience. We hope the management can address this issue, as the service and location were great.

If you are looking into cheap and quiet hotel in Vegas this is it. Walking distance from Sphere, *****. The restaurant next to it offers good meal, friendly staff. Will stay again

This resort is a solid choice for those who prefer a well-maintained property with a genuine local vibe away from the Strip's chaos. Service was excellent, and the parking options—both self-parking and complimentary valet—were a major convenience. Our King room was spotless, though it is worth noting that the ****** lacks atmosphere. If you are looking for high-energy gaming, this might not be the spot, but it’s perfect for a quieter stay. While the in-room TVs charge for most content, the system is very easy to set up with your own streaming services. Don’t miss Trattoria 57 - the Italian food there is truly delicious.

Thru Trip.com, we decided to book this hotel for the cheaper price as we only need to stay a short while - arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning. It's a bit confusing the info : This is a property, not a hotel? It says must inform the hotel if late arrival so we did but there was no reply or acknowledgement to know if there's a special procedure to check in ; for eg, they have to give you a special code or arrangement for late check in. The next letter to us was weird!!? It says check in instructions as follows but nothing, it's blank...... See photos of their replies. So we were concerned - our situation, pls see photo. But there's no reply in the Message Chat. These left us very worried and anxious. In the end, we had to keep calling this no and that no given by Trip.com, knowing that we will be kept waiting in line. Even when arrived at the airport, we kept calling. Seems one of the phone no is wrong? Trip.com, pls check with the hotel or person in charge. As for the room amenities, they are quite bare - no fridge, no kettle, no drinking water (you have to drink from the tap) in the room. Bath water was not hot when we bathed.

I was pleasantly surprised! Room was huge and clean. A/C was cold and the view was good. Prices at the restaurant were good and the food was great. I loved that I could quickly walk from the parking lot to the room elevators without hiking for miles like other places on the *****. I will definitely stay here again!

Perasaan keseluruhan sangat baik. Sangat senang makan, minum dan berjalan-jalan. Suasana baik pada waktu malam dan ada muzik live. Apa yang tidak begitu baik ialah tempat letak kenderaan terlalu jauh, dan berjalan lebih dari sepuluh minit untuk berjalan kaki.

I always stay at the Orleans. It's off the ***** but just a short taxi or Uber ride if you're heading to the *****. Smaller casino/hotel without having to walk a mile to get to your room.

Stayed here at the Circus Circus Manor. A separate motel type building from the main hotel. My wife and I booked last minute so it was expected. However, what we didn’t expect is how surprised we were with the room itself. It was very clean. Fresh sheets with no stains or anything. Room and hallways smelled good as well. Clean bathroom and shower with plentiful towels. AC blows cold.  Our only thing was that there was no mini fridge or microwave but other than that it was a great stay.
