Parking lot sucks it's very hard to get out and turn around not enough parking either the hot tub was closed was told by the front desk that we couldn't get a chair without wheels for our disabled uncle and then my partner found one downstairs in the breakfast area so we just took it and brought it to our room it's not a bad room it's just the service and everything is irritated they have no menus to let you know what is around to order from like pizza or Elmer's or anything the rooms are kind of small

I always stay at the Comfort Suites Portland Airport when I am flying out of PDX, this has been my ”go to” place to stay for years! Very affordable and has everything you need for a short stay. I have never had any issue or problems, the rooms have always been clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff have always been very accommodating. They have a great little breakfast bar every morning so you can start your day without making a special trip to a restaurant. The parking lot is well lit so it feels very secure, I've left my car there for 2+ weeks and never had any problems. A great perk is that there is a 24-hour convenience store in the back of the hotel, as well as a nice sports bar that is open until 10:00 or so. I like that fact that once I check in I don't have to get back in my car to travel for dinner or snacks for the plane. I don't think I will ever stay at a different hotel near the airport, this one has everything I need!

This is the worst motel for sleep that we have stayed in for a long time. We were in Portland for 4 nights and expected the kind of motel we had stayed in before. Just so you know we have stayed here at least 5 times in the past. What we found was a motel under remodel. We asked if it would be quiet and about breakfast etc. We were told everything was great and since we were gone during the day the construction would not bother us. Three of the 4 nights the fire alarm went off and once more during breakfast. My wife was so upset since not only we were not sleeping very well we also did not know if there was a real fire and so we had to get up and check with the other guests ( no one called our room or anything. ). After asking around we were told this and other problems have been happening since the roof had been replaced 2 months earlier. Then when we talked to the front desk about the problems we were assured that the manager would make it right with some sort of refund or something. It has been days since we checked out and he has yet to do anything or return my calls. It should have been closed until the work was done. Do not stay here or trust this company.

CClifflimLoved our first stay so much that we went back. Great heated indoor pool for kids. Gym had modern equipment. Valet parking was $48 but was a good experience if you're willing to pay. For my second stay, the sheets made us itch a bit. The hotel said they were sold out the night before so they may have used some old sheets which were still clean but perhaps a bit dusty.

Ddavidll2018This gem of a hotel features HUGE rooms/suites and a lovely daily buffet breakfast. The staff was incredibly helpful from the moment we checked in, really trying extra hard to make sure our stay was perfect (it was!). Front desk staff Raquel, Woody, Brent, and Abraham was available round the clock. (AND - a special mention to the housekeeping department - I can't remember a hotel ever providing such a consistent level of spotless cleaning!). Forget anything you've seen on the news: Portland is open to visitors - and THIS is the hotel you want to stay in!

PPengguna TetamuI don’t understand the glowing reviews & photos are definitely deceiving. I should have captured the armed security guards all over the place and the homeless drug addicts shooting up on the street. I have never been so relieved to leave Portland. What a gorgeous city overcome with homeless tent camps and sad addicts freebasing on every corner. Tried to walk a few blocks to dinner but had to Uber back in order to be safe. Thankfully we didn’t bring our children but it would have been such an education on why not to try drugs. Luckily our car was not broken in to (see past reviews) however a homeless person clearly made it onto our floor screaming at 5am since the elevator’s card reader to make it onto upper floors was not operational. We were mostly deceived by AmEx as this property was listed as a Fine Hotels property. It is not but I would say the others listed were not either (the Nines was much nicer but more addicts were down that way. Another old hotel but nice hotels in Portland are few & far between). Love this city but I will not be back until it is cleaned up and the Ritz Carlton opens. All of this said, the staff at the Duniway are doing their best with what they have to work with. We experienced great customer service, clean rooms, and comfortable rooms. The hotel desperately needs an update though. What made our stay a positive one is that we left unharmed, found some great restaurants (go to the Pearl District), and spent all day away from Portland at Hood River or the Oregon coast.

FFQTV_IT_NurseFirst and Foremost is the location. A three minute walk from the MAX station. It is also directly across the street from Cascade Mall with a Best Buy, Alta, and a number of restaurants including Famous Dave’s, Red Robin and a Mediterranean place called Babba. My welcome to the property was great. She recognized me as a Titanium, and offered Points or Ten Dollars Cocktail Credit or Twenty for Grab and Go. I chose the prior and had a well made Margarita. The room was clean and fresh. I’ve traveled in Marriott Brands for 35 Years. Aloft is what I believe they refer to as a “Disruptive” brand. They’re efficient and have what I’d describe as a “Scandinavian Sensibility”. Lots of wood shelving, and the rooms are all intermingled without any loss of space. Not many soft surfaces, which in a Post Covid world is great. My only change feedback for this property is the towels in the bathroom. My bath towel was very thin and worn. Almost like one from High School Gym Class. My early AM departure was smooth and expedient. A special shout out to the Shuttle Driver. I wish I recalled him name, but he was friendly, and helped with my luggage. For a fast get away for an early PDX departure, this can’t be beat!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel facility is good overall but the service is not as good as we expected. The hotel room was prepaid but Hyatt did not update their system to show it was paid. They go back and forth and finally trip.com had to call and clarify with them.

AAbdullah NurI think this hotel should consider to change their Stars on the online platform. Hyaat name is also confusing, it doesn’t represent Hyaat quality although. Breakfast has very limited food! Windows are not possible to open to get fresh air, due to security they say, but even a little bit opening possibility would give a lot confidence peope like me who desperately need it for the health reason!

Good room.., I got a Studio King suite.
No problems with the elevators..
Very good breakfast.. (tasty omelet).
There are some beggars sleeping (inhabiting) the sidewalks around the hotel.
I’d stay again..!!

Wi-Fi cost money if you don’t sign up for Hilton honors program, not a problem since phone connection is good in downtown. Bathroom still had stains from prior guests….would not recommend to anyone.

PPengguna TetamuIt’s down in Delta Park where there are a lot of homeless, but I felt safe the whole time. Security patrolling the parking lots. On site staff 24 hours. Very friendly staff and everybody involved in the upkeep. Very clean rooms, sanitized, plenty of room, mini fridge and microwave hidden in cabinets for more space for your belongings
