Hotel Phan Thiet dengan Spa

I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

Amazing resort smacked in the middle of the Mui Ne Desert. Staff and concierge were very understanding, helpful, and went beyond to spare me a charger when I did not have one. Check-in/out processes were very smooth and easy. Let's not forget the amazing view of the rooms and the sea.

Das Hotel macht einen im öffentlichen Bereich insgesamt guten Eindruck. Erwähnenswert sind insbesondere der schöne tropische Garten und der große Swimmingpool. Der zum Hotel gehörende Strandabschnitt wird regelmäßig gesäubert, jedoch ist der Sandstrand außerhalb des Hotels völlig zugemüllt. Schwimmen im Meer war wegen des starken Wellengangs fast die ganze Zeit über (11 Nächte) verboten. Die abgelegene Lage des Resorts bringt es mit sich, dass es in der Nähe keine Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Dafür gibt es mehrmals täglich einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice, u.a. zum Coopmart. Die späten Rückfahrzeiten von dort sind allerdings ungünstig. Von diesem Einkaufszentrum aus kann man fußläufig Teile der Innenstadt von Phan Thiet erreichen. Interessant ist dort der Fischereihafen. Rings um das Hotel finden sich zahlreiche Bauruinen. Außer am verschmutzten Strand kann man keine Spaziergänge unternehmen. Unser Zimmer: Im mehrstöckigen Hauptgebäude mit Aufzug. Ausreichend groß mit kleinem Balkon. Das Bad hätte dringend eine Generalreinigung (Dusche verkalkt, Holzteile vergammelt) und Renovierung nötig, das Möbel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Restaurant: Große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken zu relativ günstigen Preisen. Qualität und Größe der Portionen variieren stark. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist ausbaufähig und vorwiegend asiatisch, die angebotenen Getränke sind billig. Service: Alles wird schnell erledigt, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Publikum: Vorwiegend russisch. Viel Umtrieb an Wochenenden durch Vietnamesen. Zusammenfassung: Aufgrund verschiedener Einschränkungen würde ich trotz des überwiegend positiven Gesamteindrucks das Hotel vermutlich nicht wieder buchen.

Hotel is smaller, but beautiful. Room was nice as well, a bit pricey for what it is. Elevators are old, small and easy phones don’t really work. Waiting staff is kind, especially the pool staff. Manager at the desk isn’t friendly, I was trying to clarify something and while asking she’s just shaking her head no the whole time not listening to my question. Kids club was meh- Food is expensive, but not very good. Overall I would stay here again if I had too, but not my top choice.

Location: the resort is about 15 km / 20 mins from Mui Ne beach, which is perfect as it’s away from the crowd, you can enjoy the peace and quiet without over tourism, but still close enough to get to Mui Ne by scooter or taxi. Service: really friendly and helpful staff, on our arrival day we got delivered a homemade cake as gift together with a little cute letter about the story of the “Kitchen gods”. Food: brekky is buffet style and offers quite a bit variety including fresh noodle station, fresh fruits, Vietnamese and western food. The restaurant has the perfect sea view. We also had lunch and dinner there, the menu is not extensive but offers good variety, price is of course a bit higher than other local restaurants that we have been in Vietnam but still not too over priced and totally justified with the sea view and quality. Hotel facilities: they offer free bike rental, free kayak, motorbike rental right from the hotel with minimal cost. The gym is small but nice. There’s also tennis court, squash and 2 swimming pools (including one amazing infinity pool). Rooms: I booked a deluxe garden view room and it came with sea view which I was positively surprised. I booked my parents a deluxe sea view room which is huge. Both came with balcony which is nice to chill. The bathroom is a bit old and worn but clean, I like the interior as it gives the local cultural charm so I don’t mind that some place feel worn. Highlight: the resort garden is huge and so beautiful! Beautiful flowers, lots of coconut trees, we spend so much time just roaming around the gardens. The private beach gives you peace and quiet to truly enjoy without external tourists. For these reasons I would highly recommend this resort!

Beautiful & green resort, good F&B service from staff at restaurant nearby the pool & beachfront , careful pool attendants. Breakfast is variety of choices, service staff is not actively clean my table, just standby at the corner supervising around with doing nothing, I have had brought used tablewares to him/her several times, unfortunately and badly they all ignore my action without improving :( Check out is very slow at noon time with very hot lobby, should set up some electrical fans.

I was very pleased. I loved the service and the staff. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The landlord always responded quickly to requests and was helpful with everything. The hotel was nice; I paid extra for the sauna and hammam, went to the gym, and enjoyed swimming in the pools. The view from the window was beautiful. I am very grateful for your work and I make you happy with your clients.

Второй раз в Муйнэ, если хотите ходить по ресторанам -локация прекрасная, пляж огромный,лежаков всем хватает. Если будете брать отель на полном пансионе,то есть много вариантов на «отшибе»,но с более новым ремонтом и еще большей территории. Отель замечательный, территория восхитительная. Но есть пару но,которые очень хочется,чтобы отель исправил: 1) очень много муравьев на лежаках и на территории, меня всю обкусали. Хотя бы в зонах отдыха можно немного их потравить. 2) Живности правда очень много, огромный паук жил в номере и все 2 недели проживал там бесплатно за шкафом 🙈 чем пугал нас мыслями,что может укусить ночью или залезть в кровать. 3) не хватает розеток в зоне лежаков - если вы хотите быть на связи и лежать с ноутбуком - придется бегать вечно заряжать 4) шумные старые кондиционеры и двери на вход на балкон 5) очень ранние ремонтные работы в отеле,люди отдыхают, а стаф решает делать ремонт и сверлить с утра до ночи Ну из природных минусов- активная животность и медузы в море в апреле тоже очень частые гости,лежат прям по всей морской входной полосе. Из плюсов еще хочу добавить очень приветливый персонал, стараются решать все проблемы, завтраки отличные и территория просто огонь. Фото жильца в номере прикладываю, а то скажут что паучка испугались )

Отель уютный, очень не большой. Персонал любезный, заботливый. Завтракать лучше через дорогу в фошнице, или кофейне С круассанами , пойдя 300 метров вправо)))) пляжа как такового нет, бассейн на четверых) но мы приехали с собакой, поэтому на все ,, но,, закрыли глаза. В душевой проблемы с функционалом смесителей и у нас и в номере наших друзей..... Жить можно, но отдыхать не очень....))))
