Hotel Phan Thiet dengan Spa

I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

I had a pleasant two-night stay at the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, although I did find a some ants on the desk. The bathroom design could be improved, as it tended to get a bit wet after bathing, creating some inconvenience. Each night, the resort surprised us with local sweet treats, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and charming. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the resort's design; the overgrown trees made it feel a bit gloomy, and there seemed to be a lot of insects and mosquitoes around. The swimming pool was large and warm, making it enjoyable for swimming, and the beach was well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the smoothies and butter. However, breakfast service ended at 10:30, and when I arrived around 9:00, there was less food available than before. I liked the crème brûlée, but it wasn’t refilled afterwards. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem very attentive during this time; I had to remind them to clear my stack of plates so I could continue eating. Aside from that, the service was generally quite good. I might consider returning if I visit Mui Ne again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The service was amazing, and the staff were friendly and always accommodating any requests. The resort is spacious, the breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and you can relax by the pool afterward, with the bar and restaurant open all day. We also highly recommend the massage service — we had a wonderful experience and an excellent massage with Anh and Gai. Overall, it was a great experience!

Das Hotel macht einen im öffentlichen Bereich insgesamt guten Eindruck. Erwähnenswert sind insbesondere der schöne tropische Garten und der große Swimmingpool. Der zum Hotel gehörende Strandabschnitt wird regelmäßig gesäubert, jedoch ist der Sandstrand außerhalb des Hotels völlig zugemüllt. Schwimmen im Meer war wegen des starken Wellengangs fast die ganze Zeit über (11 Nächte) verboten. Die abgelegene Lage des Resorts bringt es mit sich, dass es in der Nähe keine Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Dafür gibt es mehrmals täglich einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice, u.a. zum Coopmart. Die späten Rückfahrzeiten von dort sind allerdings ungünstig. Von diesem Einkaufszentrum aus kann man fußläufig Teile der Innenstadt von Phan Thiet erreichen. Interessant ist dort der Fischereihafen. Rings um das Hotel finden sich zahlreiche Bauruinen. Außer am verschmutzten Strand kann man keine Spaziergänge unternehmen. Unser Zimmer: Im mehrstöckigen Hauptgebäude mit Aufzug. Ausreichend groß mit kleinem Balkon. Das Bad hätte dringend eine Generalreinigung (Dusche verkalkt, Holzteile vergammelt) und Renovierung nötig, das Möbel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Restaurant: Große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken zu relativ günstigen Preisen. Qualität und Größe der Portionen variieren stark. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist ausbaufähig und vorwiegend asiatisch, die angebotenen Getränke sind billig. Service: Alles wird schnell erledigt, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Publikum: Vorwiegend russisch. Viel Umtrieb an Wochenenden durch Vietnamesen. Zusammenfassung: Aufgrund verschiedener Einschränkungen würde ich trotz des überwiegend positiven Gesamteindrucks das Hotel vermutlich nicht wieder buchen.

Location: the resort is about 15 km / 20 mins from Mui Ne beach, which is perfect as it’s away from the crowd, you can enjoy the peace and quiet without over tourism, but still close enough to get to Mui Ne by scooter or taxi. Service: really friendly and helpful staff, on our arrival day we got delivered a homemade cake as gift together with a little cute letter about the story of the “Kitchen gods”. Food: brekky is buffet style and offers quite a bit variety including fresh noodle station, fresh fruits, Vietnamese and western food. The restaurant has the perfect sea view. We also had lunch and dinner there, the menu is not extensive but offers good variety, price is of course a bit higher than other local restaurants that we have been in Vietnam but still not too over priced and totally justified with the sea view and quality. Hotel facilities: they offer free bike rental, free kayak, motorbike rental right from the hotel with minimal cost. The gym is small but nice. There’s also tennis court, squash and 2 swimming pools (including one amazing infinity pool). Rooms: I booked a deluxe garden view room and it came with sea view which I was positively surprised. I booked my parents a deluxe sea view room which is huge. Both came with balcony which is nice to chill. The bathroom is a bit old and worn but clean, I like the interior as it gives the local cultural charm so I don’t mind that some place feel worn. Highlight: the resort garden is huge and so beautiful! Beautiful flowers, lots of coconut trees, we spend so much time just roaming around the gardens. The private beach gives you peace and quiet to truly enjoy without external tourists. For these reasons I would highly recommend this resort!

Location of hotel is great, at the center of Muine. The hotel room is cozy but equipment is not new, it''s normal because this hotel is one of first hotels in Mui Ne (maybe 15-20 years ago). Hotel has restaurant, pools and massage/spa inside, but it''s just at the acceptable level. The beach in front of hotel is not so well reserved, 1/2 of it was disappeared due to the sea level. So there's many hotel options in Mui Ne to choose, but you''re too tired to choose one, maybe Saigon Muine is a simple option in term of location and standard services.

This is a gem in Miu Ne. It is a truly quiet get-away resort. It has 2 infinity pools and another 2 other huge pools in the centre of the resort. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores around the premise. The dessert and drink store itself is worth the stay! Very friendly personal concierge who greets and is in contact during your stay. There’s a beautiful beach in front of the resort. There’s a drone light show and fireworks on the weekends plus a DJ dance party at night!

Poorest service ever. Slow front desk check-in. Many guests were waiting for more than an hour to get to room keys. No aircon in elevator And I was answered that they dont provide room cleaning or make-up service 😡, even I stay more than 1 night!!!! They just “support” to change the towel?!? What the hell is it called “support” here?

Отель хороший. Кроме присутствия насекомых в номерах. Нам пришлось менять номер из-за тараканов. Сотрудники, конечно, пошли навстречу - сначала предложили потравить и потравили, на второй день у нас опять были тараканы. Нам опять потравили. Но мы требовали поменять номер этажом выше. Возможно, тараканы только на первом этаже, т.к. двери на террасу - с щелями и входная дверь с большой щелью внизу. К работникам отеля нет претензий - они старались устранить первые 2 дня, в итоге поменяли нам номер на 2 этажа выше. Там тараканов не было. Но были муравьи и ящерицы. В-общем мы не спали 3 ночи, очень устали, продлевать отель не стали и переехали в другой отель. Мы приехали отдыхать, а не ловить тараканов всю ночь… кроме того, это ужасно противно, когда на наши глазах тараканы ползали по нашим вещам. Негигиенично и нарушает санитарные нормы. В остальном отель норм. Соответствует своей категории и цене. Поэтому сильно баллы не снижаем. Завтрак очень понравился: разнообразный, каждый день что-то новое, много мясных блюд, фруктов, овощей, соусов, джемов, вкусные натуральные соки (3 вида), чай, кофе, очень большой выбор сладостей и выпечки: и круассаны, и заварные пироженые, и тарталетки, и даже как-то был торт. Плюс стандартно: яйца, бекон, суп, тосты, злаковые хлопья с молоком, йогурты. Территория красивая, большая, ухоженная. 2 больших бассейна, 2 детских. Вода чистая, теплая. Пляж чистый, широкий. Волны большие, плавать не получилось. Лежаков всем хватает. На территории есть детский клуб и детская площадка с качелями и горками. Красивый прудик с рыбками. На ресепшене тоже симпатично. При заселении угостили приветственным холодным напитком, что очень приятно. Заселили быстро, за 5 минут, раньше положенного времени. Номера коасивые, просторные, довольно чистые. Есть все необходимое: вместительные шкафы, тумбочки, сейф, стол, 2 кресла со столиком, чайник, чашки с блюдцами, стаканы, вода, чай, кофе, салфетки, фен, сейф, зонт. Кровати большие, удобные, матрасы жесткие, подушки мягкие. Пляжные полотенца тоже лежат в номере на тумбочке. Кондиционер хорошо охлаждает, но не удобно висит прям над кроватями и ночью холодно спать. Сотрудники приветливые, готовые идти навстречу и устранить любые проблемы. Стойка ресепшен работает круглосуточно.

Отель уютный, очень не большой. Персонал любезный, заботливый. Завтракать лучше через дорогу в фошнице, или кофейне С круассанами , пойдя 300 метров вправо)))) пляжа как такового нет, бассейн на четверых) но мы приехали с собакой, поэтому на все ,, но,, закрыли глаза. В душевой проблемы с функционалом смесителей и у нас и в номере наших друзей..... Жить можно, но отдыхать не очень....))))
