Grand Hotel President

As a solo traveler I was met with kindness and efficiency.The staff go out of their way to make you welcome and inform you of the facilities available at the hotel and of good places to have dinner in the town. As a cyclist traveller they assisted me with securing a safe place for my bicycle and showing where to recharge my E bike. The hotel was spotlessly clean and breakfast was served with a smile .Pool area was also very clean and the grounds were very well kept.The garden was like a bird scuntary which as a bird lover it was a delight with all the bird song. Thank you staff for all your kindness and helpfulness.

I have been coming to this hotel for over a decade, staying numerous times with my family, coming with friends, and even colleagues. Umberto and Tatiana have always greeted us with so much joy and happiness, providing us with an exceptional experience. Everyday I see Umberto at the hotel 24/7. He’s the first person I see when I wake up and the last person I see when I go to bed. We even see him outside doing the gardening (cutting grass, planting flowers, etc). However the hotel facilities are outdated and don’t meet expectations. For instance the wifi doesn’t work at all. It makes it very difficult to stay at a hotel, which has “conferences services” but unusable internet. When I brought this up to Umberto, who I thought was the Director, he told me that he was not the Director and to email the Director directly. To my surprise I didn’t receive any responses from my emails and nothing was done. I’m going to be honest, the only reason why my family and I keep coming back is because of Umberto (and Tatiana!), but if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t stay at this hotel. Everything in the hotel is outdated. The same issues that I brought up a year ago were not fixed, and when bringing up this time they fell on deaf ears. Over the course of my last two trips (April 2022 and April 2023), nothing has changed and there has been no action by higher leadership. For instance, the Director doesn’t even update Google to make it known that the hotel is in fact open and not closed. He is also no where to be found if you need assistance about anything. I find that appalling. However, Umberto will pickup a phone call at 3/4am in the morning if there is an emergency. Despite all the inconveniences, Umberto and Tatiana always ensure that the guests have an excellent experience and stay. They are two absolutely incredible individuals who deserve more recognition. I am awarding my visit two stars, one for each of them.

Okay it was a good stay for me. In its day it probably was really nice it needs updating. It was during covid restrictions…restaurant was closed… who knows but the service was great and the people were great.

Albergo bello, ben tenuto, comoda posizione. Tutto molto pulito. Ottima la piscina per rilassarsi, molto varia e fornita la colazione. Camera molto bene organizzata con tutti i confort, ben accettati gli animali. Soprattutto, però ottimo servizio. Abbiamo avuto un grosso problema con il bagno, subito hanno inviato il servizio di riparazione e vista l'impossibilità di procedere con l'operazione hanno predisposto una nuova camera per il servizio bagno senza sovrapprezzo e con sconto finale del direttore per scusarsi dell'inconveniente. Personale alla reception veramente professionale cortese e simpatico! Servizio direi eccellente. H o t H o

Tatiana vera professionista discreta e collaborativa. Umberto un uomo nato per le pubbliche relazioni. Camilla gentile e premurosa. Giulia conviviare. Uno staff unito per un esperienza coinvolgente nel segno dell eccellenza. Esperienza che ormai ripeto di frequente con soddisfazione piena

Camere molto spaziose, c è un bel giardino con piscina ed è a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Personale gentile e simpatico..forse però le 4 stelle sono un po' troppe: avevamo in camera la tapparella rotta e il water perdeva, colazione minima (1 sola torta, frutta vecchia) è se hai il servizio piscina minimo devi mettere a disposizione dei teli, non che devo usare quelli della doccia...insomma carino ma per massimo 3 stelle

Eravamo a Spilimbergo di passaggio io mia moglie e un bambino di 8 anni e abbiamo deciso di passare una notte presso questo Hotel. Devo dire che è stata un'ottima esperienza. Camere pulite, possibilità di usufruire di utilissima piscina fondamentale nella canicola estiva, colazione superlativa ma soprattutto accoglienza ottima da parte del personale in particolare di Tatiana che ci ha "coccolato" durante questa nostra breve permanenza dandoci anche utilissimi consigli sui posti da visitare nei dintorni.
