A good stay in Split, the room is clean and Marijana very warm welcome me and help me a lot, recommended to stay for a good trip.

The owner of the appartement was very nice! We were staying at the appartment on the highest floor, very beautiful apartment with a nice view over the city. The room was great and we had a nice couple of days. A kitchen and bathroom were included.

Antonia was a fabulous host! Great communication, welcoming and friendly. The property was as pictured, comfy sofas, great shower and extremely comfortable beds. It was perfect for our family of 4, and we loved the terrace with the picturesque rooftops and sea view. The old town is literally a 3 min walk away, with bakery, small supermarket and lots of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, and of course Diocletians palace. We had an amazing time in Split and Antonia and Zephyrus we’re a big part of that. Highly recommend! 💕

The staff was very accommodating. It was located in a convent location for old town Split. It had a nice little courtyard to relax in. I would stay there again if I go back to Split.

The Zephyrus is lovely with all the facilities you would need for your stay. It was unfortunate that during our 4 day stay in October 2023 there was a water leek in the bathroom sink with water gushing onto the floor. We managed to reduce the flow by turning off the hot water but the cold valve had seized. Antonia, who runs the Zephyrus but does not live on-site, did not answer her phone, WhatsApp messages or text messages and, not speaking Croatian, we had nowhere to seek help. By morning the water had seeped into the bedroom so we had to lift our cases off the floor which was now slippery and dangerous. Antonia did not respond until 6:00am the following morning and we had to vacate the room until one became available after 11:00am. No gesture was made to us for the inconvenience apart from apologies.

Our favorite stay during a week in Croatia. Really a high class one bedroom apartment w full kitchen, dishwasher, balcony including bay view. 5 min walk to waterfront. Parking 7 min walk away but reasonable (like 12 Euro per day). Shared laundry facility or.paid laundry service, great mid-trip option.

An excellent guest house in the heart of the old town - be prepared to walk up a hill to get there but so peaceful and our comfort room was exactly that! Antonija was so helpful and made us feel so at home - she is an absolute star . I would stay here again if I return to Split.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in rooms 4 and 5. Both rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable with everything we needed including basic breakfast provisions. The terrace off room 4 is a great spot to relax and enjoy a cold drink. The location of Zephyrus is perfect being within easy walking distance to the waterfront, main attractions and plenty of restaurants and bars. Antonia kindly let us drop off our bags early which was much appreciated and also booked our airport transfer for us. The driver was excellent and met us at the bottom of the little street about two minutes walk from the accommodation. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Fabulous location, lovely apartment style accommodation. Host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!
