My wife and I stayed in the Park Hotel for a week as part of the Sunway group tours which is led by Frank Mackin. I have to rate this Hotel very highly and one of the best we have stayed in during our extensive travels over Europe. The Staff were very friendly and efficient and a nice young man in reception helped me sort out a problem with my iPad which I greatly appreciated. Nothing was to much trouble and you only had to ask for advice. While the weather was bad and during our day trips they gave us umbrellas which we returned back to them after our outings. The room was exceptional with a sea view and the lifts were very fast going up and down and we stayed in the forth floor in room 401 which was large with walk in shower facility also. Very comfortable bedroom all round. The food was a buffet choice and a great selection of choice which was replenished quickly. Despite the bad weather we were very pleased with out stay and would highly recommend this outstanding Hotel and the area around it has a lovely walks with lots of restaurants and souvenir shops along the sea shore. My compliments to the Management and Staff who made our stay most welcome.

This is a new hotel, about a year old in a great location. You have many restaurants, a pharmacy and a grocery store so close by. Roka our driver, a medical student on summer break was great. The staff were all nice. I would not say its a true five star hotel in that the towels are small, paper napkins at breakfast and a coffee machine at breakfast to get your own, never seen this before, but the staff will help you. But probably the best new hotel in the middle of the town. We had a junior suite, this is very small, with a small lounge which is next to pizza bar and on Saturday night a loud bass music noise. Also you can hear people walking on the room above. I would take a sea view room on the top floor or larger size sea view room with a terrace next time. I do not think this a hotel for children. The spa was average.

The Briig is an absolutely beautiful hotel. From the moment you step inside you are greeted with sweetly perfumed air and a light and airy reception. The staff at front desk were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed a room with a lovely view of the sea and a window that fully opens so as to enjoy the sea breeze. The hotel is perfectly situated next to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the heart of Split - perfect if wanting to walk off a meal. It feels like a quiet paradise away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast is very well presented but we were initially not notified that there is a breakfast menu that we could order from - it was strangely hidden away from guests. We are also not initially asked if we wanted coffee or tea and thought that we had to get our own from the basic coffee machine. There was an actual coffee machine that we eventually noticed and had to ask someone for a coffee. The air conditioning is also controlled from reception - but they are happy to set it to whatever temperature you desire . The room we booked had a large kind bed and as I was traveling with a friend, they were nice enough to equip the bed with separate bedding for each of us .

A series of fortunate coincidences placed me in this hotel which turned out SO great. The staff - Kristina, Karla, Danela and Sanja were enthusiastic, passionate and helpful...Although I usually prefer to eat breakfast ”out on the street,” my beautiful, hip and huge room came w breakfast. Oh my gosh - a huge custom omelet was prepared to accompany the cheeses, vegies and fruit which were on the well maintained buffet...This was fortuitous, because there are a dearth of breakfast options beyond bakeries and grab n goes here in Split, and I really prefer to have a hearty breakfast start when I am traveling. The hotel is in a large, tall office building, interestingly, with several other similar hotels in the building. It was in an initially weird but terrific location - within sight of the port (3 blocks) and a short walk (4 blocks) to the Old Split. I was so impressed by the quite competence of so many tourist dependent citizens of the city. I am happy that I was here very early in the season - I cannot imagine how crowded it would likely be, in the mid-summer. There was only 1 jumbo cruise ship in port, as well as lots of active smaller ships. What a GEM! **the photo in the accompanying picture is NOT accurate - it is showing a view of the police station (beautiful ! ) f r o m the View!**** haha.

We have stayed in hotel for 5 nights. Hotel is located in very good place, near the beach and the city center. The hotel is modern with very clean and spacious rooms. View through the room window was stunning, our room was with the view to mountains and it was amazing. In the morning You open your eyes and first what You saw was the peaks of mountains and the sun rises. Hotel has a small kitchen, were You could made a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy fresh fruits or sweets. Breakfast were prepared in hotel Villa Diana (hotel located opposite to UP THERE). Food was delicious, but all days the same and the choise of food was very short. Administrators of hotel pleasant, helpful and kind. According their restaurant recommendations we ate very delicious seafood and try local cuisine. Near hotel is city beach, which we didn’t like, so they suggested to us a Kasjuni beach where we enjoyed clear water, beach and nice landscape. I recommend hotel for travelers who want to live near the city center in modern, clean and quite hotel with helpful staff.

After reading the great reviews and descriptions here and on other sites we were hopeful that the accommodation would be quite good, however we were disappointed with the accommodation overall. Prior to checking in we received an email stating that our room was waiting for us, and we got the impression that we could check in early from the wording. However upon arrival (a few hours early) the key was ready, but once we unlocked the door we realized that the rooms wasn't cleaned yet from the previous guests. After calling the contact we were informed that check in was at 15, which normally would be fine, but in this case was unprofessional given the email that was sent out. We were obviously not alone in understanding the wording of the email this way, as the guest after us woke us up early in the morning because he thought the room was ready.( Not his fault at all, but the host in our opinion) There are also no proper secure luggage storage which hotels could usually offer. As for the room it was nice overall. We were happy that there was a small fridge, good furniture and a good looking bathroom. The rooms was clean as one would expect, and similar to most hotels. The four star rating is a bit hard to understand as a international visitor. Four star accommodations on hotel-OTAs are usually of high standard with most facilities available. As for our room it was simply a nice room, and nothing more. There was no regular house cleaning throughout our stay (only on demand), witch also might be normal for rooms-for-hire category, but not for something booked on hotel focused sites. Location was nice and central to the beaches and city. Overall a weak 3/5, the rating being saved by the location and interiors mainly.

This is NOT a hotel - rooms - reminded me of renting a room in someones house and if their not home to meet you, then you don’t get in. We received an email asking when we were going to arrive - which we gave an approximate time. However upon arrival 15 minutes earlier than our estimate we were dropped off next door because building has no driveway- we then dragged our luggage up one flight of stairs to be met with a locked door. We buzzed and knocked for 5 minutes- we could hear loud chatter behind the door the whole time- finally a group of guests let us in and told us the receptionist told them he would be back in 25 minutes. Not a good beginning- we thought it was a hotel!! Probably the word Towers in name misled my thinking. The have 11 rooms - the room itself was modern and nice, however we were immediately behind vacant reception desk and it was loud from guests meeting and greeting. In the morning a note indicates to just leave your key at empty desk and your luggage in your room if you want to check it for day. Location of room was convenient. When we returned at noon to pick up our luggage staff was actually at property. NOTE - after 10 pm they lock office bldg outer door if you book this place and don’t respond to the email- your screwed because you will not be able to get into building without code. If you do get in good luck buzzing at the next locked door.
