Kpr Residency

Coaches, cobwebs around and under the bed. Very dirty toilet. Stained blankets. Located close to temple, the only plus point.

Kpr residency very near to the srikalahasthi temple just walkable. Kpr residency is very good accommodation hotel and services are very good

Location - i found this k pr residency through make my trip, k pr good residency and good stay. Food - there is no food provided here. Amenities - wifi, parking, hot water, tv and ac. Service - good service provided by k pr team, i like they responding 24/7. Over all rating 4. 5/5

The hotel is old, and not well maintained, the bathroom tap was leaking, the table is broken and the lights were dim

1) booked for a day deluxe no ac room then extended to 7 hours by discussing at the front desk as i couldn't find such option in makemytrip app. 2) bed room was cleaned when we enter but the water dripping continuously in the bathroom tap. 3) lot of dust in the bathroom. 4) room looks as you could see in the picture. 5) tv is provided but most watchable channels in regional languages won't work including english so it's bad. 6) none came to clean the room by morning on the next day so it's bad. 7) room assistant will buy food from outside restaurant if necessary with double the food charge so it's bad. 8) i used just normal water for bath but the room assistant said water heater is provided so we can use when we are in need. It's good but i didn't use so i can't say the working condition of the same. 8) extension of 7 hours they charged 500 rupees which is quite high. So it's bad. I tried to contact the owner regarding the additional charge through the contact number provided in makemytrip app but it goes to front desk again. 9) they are providing water through the water cane in the ground floor. 10) there is no mosquito so it's a good one.

Good room is soo excellent and water all are good like it k pr i will suggest for every one to my friends and relatives

Near by to temple is a good advantage as distance is walkable, cleanliness is to be considered by management and timely maintenance also required, reception manager is very friendly and cooperative, but price is not satisfactory as per rooms provided hotel should look into room maintenance

This hotel is very close to the temple. I really enjoyed my stay and felt homely. More important thing is that the management is very honest since they helped me in getting back one valuable item that i forgot at the hotel after checkout. I got it back safely after a day or so through courier. I really appreciate their honesty and simplicity. I strongly recommend k pr residency to all.

Room was sufficient for two, but the washroom provided was at horrible condition, rusty taps with dust stained tiles.
