Its a nice and clean houseboat. The rooms were spacious, specially the washrooms were kept clean with a regular supply of hot water. There is no smell at all. I really liked the homemade food, paneer, dal , mix veg was very nice. Food service was a bit slow as they prepare food for all near by houseboats but was ***ageable. Food is prepared in limited quantity so bit difficult to get more in case you need it. So it's better to tell them in advance how much quantity you need instead they guess and prepare for you.

Beautiful house boat with such beautiful rooms and it was so great to be there felt really good and the house keeping did such an amazing job he was always there to help and the view from the house boat was definitely a must watch at night

Excellent stay in houseboat new sea palace , specially due to zahoor bhai , his behaviour is so good . Felt safe with family. View of Dal Lake from houseboat was awesome. Facility of worming the bed in winter was there.

Whenever I feel Kashmir has reached an epitome of hospitality I meet a new person who makes me rethink on my thoughts which in this case was Zahoor bhai. Zahoor bhai made our stay extremely comfortable and memorable . Don’t forget to ask Zahoor bhai for kebabs if you are a non vegetarian he arranges for one of a kind chicken seekh kebab which we had in our dinner. Great food, Great view and above all great hospitality.

Had a great time in New sea palace house boat. Good facilities, good food and clean room. Geaser, TV, Wi-Fi available. Must try boat Barbeque - awesome tasty food. Thank to Zahoor for making our day memorable.

We have spend two nights here ,we felt very great experience,boat was so neat n clean ,n with very good hospitality. The person name is asif who serve us very well ,must visit place with beautiful view n great evening n morning , you can see shankra charya temple very clearly . Boat was maintained very well by ower Mr. Sahil.

It was the best decision to book New Sea Palace Houseboat. The rooms were spacious, specially the washrooms were kept clean with regular supply of hot water. The location of the houseboat was excellent. It was right opposite Shankaracharya Temple. We used to get to hear both Azaan and ***tras at the same time during dawn. Good confluence of cultures. Special mention for the owner Mr. Sahil and our caretaker Inayat who helped with every small details. Overall very good sta y
