Kolam renang sangat sejuk, kami menghabiskan kurang dari 5 minit di dalam air yang sangat mengecewakan. Restoran malam terlalu terang dan terasa sangat tidak selesa, bukan suasana malam yang kami harapkan (mungkin masalah kami sendiri) namun kami memesan makan malam ke bilik dan sangat gembira dengan ketibaan makanan dan kualiti kami dengan segera. Lokasi yang hebat dan lokasi yang hebat, akan mengesyorkan dan melawat semula pada musim panas.

Can't say anything higher than amazing. Great location for Eden project, Lanhydrock House and Looe. We had an exceptional weekend. Staff go well above and beyond to help make your stay the best it can be! Great room. Always clean. Not too pricy for food or drinks and food always good. Fantastic breakfast. In truth it's the staff that make this hotel the best. Will return soon.

Great location. Ample on site car parking. A heated outdoor pool. OK in need of some maintenance but just so welcome. Open early to late. Very helpful staff. Bedrooms are comfortable with all the usual features. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice. Only two downsides. Firstly the lack of a residents lounge - yes you can use the bar area but that is less than cosy. Secondly although the hotel offers dinner on Weekdays the limited menu is set for the month and frankly the choice is poor. With a bit of thought the hotel could become a destination for meals for locals and guests. The pubs offering good food well cooked were rammed so at this time of the year there is plenty of demand. Special shout out for the reception staff. Friendly and helpful with great knowledge of what the area offered the visitor.

This was a wonderful stay in Fowey, where we enjoyed a Sea view room with a view of the water and the town of Polruan across the way. The entire property had a relaxed, upscale feel and the included continental breakfast was great (with options to pay for hot items). Friendly and helpful service that helped us find dinner availability when our reserved spot unexpectedly closed for the day. Bed was comfortable and the furnishings were nicely outfitted. Highly recommend!

We planned to stay in Polperro for the evening but failed to book ahead of time and upon arrival, all accommodation was booked out so we made some phone calls and was recommend the King's Arms by another establishment. We were grateful to be able to secure a last minute booking and to be greeted by such lovely people after what was a very long day!! Danni, the hotelier made check in easy, offering us breakfast for the next morning. Leanne, the cleaner there was also overly helpful, even though not on duty, was lovely enough to escort me to my car, helping me with my groceries and luggage back to the accommodation. Both Danni and Leanne were welcomed new friends who were very knowledgeable about the area, helpful with tips for our planned trip to The Eden Project the next day and an absolute pleasure to meet! We arrived on Friday 5th July after a very long train delay. We was greeted by Tracy and another lady who I didn't get the name of. We wanted a taxi to Eden sessions and was helped by the 2 ladys who gave us taxi numbers etc. The next morning on checking out Tracy was lovely engaged with my daughter about how the concert was etc Simple little things really do make the difference. The rooms are excellent and as are well advertised mostly consist of 3 cells knocked into one, with one used as a bathroom, the bed in another and the middle room where the TV desk, and entrance is. Given the historical constraints (and the fact they have still managed to insert 'invisible' aircon into a listed building) I think it's only fair to overlook things that would seem odd in a normal hotel, e.g. tiny wardrobe, curtains on an odd shaped rail, windows you can't easily open. As for the breakfast on Sunday 22nd, which 'Bob' correctly identifies as slow, I don't think that the lady at the door was unfriendly at all, it was clear that they were overwhelmed with guests all wanting a later breakfast, and might this perhaps have actually been the hotels issue, for not having enough staff, for whatever reason, rather than blaming one individual? Our actual food was great, and no problems there, they even offered our dog a sausage. They did manage to put out more food on the central table as well, after a delay. Perhaps the unfriendliness, was a reaction to your attitude, 'Bob'?. Monday was a very different experience, with our dog being offered an alternative to sausage; bear in mind the hotel was clearly a lot less busy too.
