Stayed two nights. Located about 3 km from St. John's city center and fairly quiet. There are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity; the nearest supermarket is 1 km away. It's definitely walkable, however the roads have no sidewalks and can be poorly lit after dark. The suite included one bedroom with twin beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. The place was clean. A/C in the bedroom only. Reasonably comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with everything in working order and standard toiletries. Wifi worked well. The property provides airport transfers for USD 25 each way.

My husband and toddler and I stayed here for 5 days and I rate it 3.5 stars (can't do half stars here) Pros: - Extremely affordable prices for a clean and simple one-bedroom apartment in Antigua for under $150 USD per night during Christmas to NYE week. You do get what you pay for as the furnishings are outdated and very basic. Pretty accurate to online pictures of the space. - Not a bad location that is more inland. 15 min drive to the airport and very close to North West attractions such as Dickenson Bay and Runaway Beach. 1 min to a huge First Choice Supermarket. You are not right next to a beach and you need a car when you stay here. - Very friendly and sweet staff such as Donna (owner) and Anne (housekeeper). Anne offers homemade chicken roti which is delicious! - Strong A/C and shower pressure which never ran out of heat - Mostly good WiFi sometimes spotty at nights - Comfortable beds (creaky), towels and linens - Fully furnished kitchen with a toaster oven, microwave, toaster, and medium-sized fridge. - Provided a pack and play - Never had an issue with parking Cons: - If you like resorts and boutique hotels, this is not the place for you. Not a con but a preference and what you want to pay for. - Sometimes there can be a sulfur smell from the bathroom - We were glad we stayed at the ground level but Antigua Seaview had no sea view, maybe if you stayed on the 3rd floor but we didn't want to hike all our luggage and toddler upstairs. - No safe Notes: - We loved nearby restaurants such as Roti King and Larders. We wanted to try Casa Roots but didn't have the time. - They charge 3% credit card fee on top of your final bill

Antigua Seaview is in a good locality. Cleanliness. Good Customer service. Close to main city center in St. John's. Walkable distance to few restaurants and grocery supermarket. As a service, the Hotel staff also provides you sightseeing trips, pick and drop from airport at a very reasonable price. There was a router in the room, providing excellent Wi-Fi connectivity. Clean linen, Towels and Toiletries well arranged. I was surprised to see a full service kitchen in the suit, with gas stove, utensils and a large fridge. Very ideal for long stay if one were to come for remote work or even few days with with family and if you prefer to cook a meal or breakfast. Hotel location being a few blocks inside from the main road, to get a taxi you need to know taxi operators phone numbers and have to call & wait for a ride. The saving grace is that most times the hotel staff can also drop you to your destination at a similar or lower price, if their vehicle and staff are available. I did sight seeing trip two days during my stay using the services of the Hotel and both were perfect trips. The hotel manager Dona and her staff where very friendly and customer focused and accommodative. The place is a great value for the price charged.
