Hotel St. Paul＇s Bay dengan Spa

C'est avant tout un hôtel très bien situé, proche de l'arrêt du bus, proche de la mer et des commodités... Décorations et installations un peu datés mais très fonctionnelles...La propreté est excellente,... Le personnel est très accueillant, disponible et très efficace.......Et pour couronner le tout, très gentil et toujours de bons conseils !

Thank you for the extra touch of service! Would appreciated if we were informed about the swimming pool which was undergoing refurbishment when we were there.

Hotel ist sehr schön. Neu renovierte Gebäude. Service ist Mega, immer begrüßt werden und sehr Nett außer an Top Deck Pool, da haben wir Jacuzzi genutzt (kostenlos) aber wurde ausgewiesen für andere Gäste, obwohl es noch andere freie Jacuzzi gibt. Alles andere ist schon, vor allem zu Front Office, Floor Manager und Housekeeping. Leider hat Trip.com eine falsche Buchung an der Hotel gebucht. Laut Trip.com bekommen wir Meerblick, aber bei Buchung in Hotel bekommen wir Landblick. Zum Glück war Hotel sehr Nett und das Zimmer wurde gewechselt.

Perfect location, we were on 5th floor and stayed from saturday to tuesday at last march weekend, if there were any street noises, we didn’t hear anything (our windows were located on main street), balcony was a great bonus to spend evening with pizza and wine. All shops and restaurants are in few minutes. Nice reception 24/7, delicious and various food at breakfast menu. All toiletries were included, towels and hairdryer. Additional warm blankets, but room was warm, used them for sitting outside. Huge free parking lot. Out stay I rate 10/10.

Pro Die Lage ist super. Bushaltestelle nur wenige Meter entfernt, auch Testaurants und hafen mit vielen Angeboten für Bootstouren..Nachtleben fußläufig erreichbar. Busbahnhof unweit mit umfangreichem Streckenangebot. Supermarkt, Minimärkte und andere Shops. Ausstattung, und Komfort: Die betten - Matratzen, Kissen, Decken - sind sehr bequem.. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und leise, geräuschdochte Türen, Verdunklungsvorhänge, Kaffee- und Teezubereitung, kleiner Kühlschrank, Smart-TV, nicht hellhörig. Der Ausblick vom Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und sicherlich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Es gibt weitere Restaurants im Haus, zu denen ich nichts sagen kann. Die Saunen und der Indoor-Pool sind ein schönes Extra. Fitnessraum ist groß und mit vielen modernen Geräten ausgestattet. Spa-Angebote sind verfügbar. Alle Zimmer haben einen Balkon. Nachbarn haben wir nicht gehört, Zimmer scheinen nicht hellhörig zu sein. Das Servicepersonal haben wir super freundlich und hilfsbereit erlebt. Nachhaltigkeit: Es gibt nur 1 Handtuch pro Person (das man aber immer austauschen kann, statt unzählig vielen für den Dachpool Kontras gibt es nicht, lediglich Kleinigkeiten. Matratzen für große Menschen könnten etwas länger sein. Das Doppelbett sind zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten. Dementsprechend mit Besucherritze. Nachhaltigkeit: im Zimmer die kleinen Einzelpackungen für Kaffee, beim Früstück die kleinen Einzelverpackungen für Butter, die Handtücher für die Dachterrassse könnten länger sein. Was wirklich sehr schlecht war, war die Geräuschkulisse auf dem Balkon, der somit nicht wirklich Nutzbar war. Geräusch kam von Stromaggregat oder einer Mega-Klimaanlage vom Haus gegenüber. Der Ausblick vom seitlichen Zimmer hatte zwar seitlichen Meerblick, aber auch einen Blick auf das Nachbardach (3. Etage), das an eine Baustelle erinnerte. Daher war der Angebotspreis für das Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück von 72€ auch gerechtfertigt.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Best Western during my visit to Malta, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is ideally located in [location], which makes it convenient for exploring the island. It's within walking distance of beaches, The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the necessary amenities, such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a minibar with free drinks! The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and they gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. The hotel offers a pool, spa, gym, restaurant, etc. Food and Dining: We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and the food was of a high standard. English breakfast was especially tasty, and the staff ensured we had a great dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant also added to the overall I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malta. Whether you're in town for sightseeing or just looking to relax, this hotel provides a great base with excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great facilities. I would definitely stay here again!

The service at the pool bar was poor. It was hard to get a clean table for breakfast. The worst part of the holiday was that we were in room 242 and the hotel were doing something the room next to us which resulted in being woken up at 7am every morning to loud hammering and drilling - totally out of order when your on holiday

Evaluation très mitigée. L'hôtel est bien et très bien placé, cependant: - le personnel n'est pas souvent au rendez-vous. On signale à Maria à l'accueil que notre mini-bar ne refroidit pas. Réponse, un mini-bar ne refroidit pas. On avait bien sûr deux chambres et dans l'autre, il était complètement froid voire même trop. En bougeant la prise électrique, ça fonctionnait. On l'a signalé mais personne n'est jamais venu. - les cartes de la chambre qui n'ont pas fonctionné trois fois. A chaque fois qu'on passe, on nous dit que ça arrive et à la troisième fois, on nous dit que c'est parce que la taxe de séjour n'est pas payé. Ironie du sort, on est passé deux fois à l'accueil pour le faire mais on nous a dit plus tard. - un bruit incroyable dans l'hôtel. L'hôtel reçoit des groupes de jeunes adolescents et ils sont infernales, on ne pouvait pas vraiment dormir avant 1 à 2 heures du matin. - si vous voulez joindre la réception, priez pour que votre chambre soit avec les nouvelles installations. Ma fille a bénéficié d'une nouvelle chambre et nous a priori d'une moins nouvelle. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et malgré un signalement à la réception, rien n'a été fait. Sinon l'hôtel est bien, confortable, la piscine intérieure avec jacuzzi très bien et le service des restaurants sont excellents. On a hésité avec le Seaview et on regrette finalement. Malgré les bons points de l'hôtel, on n'y reviendra plus, c'est certain.
