The hotel is nice and well located. Depending on your trip intentions moving by public transport takes minimum a ride of 30 mins so if you want to just relax this hotel is a great option. The rooms smelled like humidity and they should look into repairing it specially if it goes through the furniture (the side of the kitchen on my apartment was pretty bad) and the sea room I was given had no sea view due to other buildings. The staff is extremely nice and helpful a d willing to help if anything happens. The hotel itself is quite big and the rooms/apartments are great, but they need renovation. Other than that I had a great time!

It’s really great. I spent a great moment in that hotel and everybody was kind and helped me a lot. So I thanked them for things those they have done for me and wow I loved their meals and their services. ❤️ The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the bedroom), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.

Hotel ist sehr schön. Neu renovierte Gebäude. Service ist Mega, immer begrüßt werden und sehr Nett außer an Top Deck Pool, da haben wir Jacuzzi genutzt (kostenlos) aber wurde ausgewiesen für andere Gäste, obwohl es noch andere freie Jacuzzi gibt. Alles andere ist schon, vor allem zu Front Office, Floor Manager und Housekeeping. Leider hat Trip.com eine falsche Buchung an der Hotel gebucht. Laut Trip.com bekommen wir Meerblick, aber bei Buchung in Hotel bekommen wir Landblick. Zum Glück war Hotel sehr Nett und das Zimmer wurde gewechselt.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It has a very relaxed feeling to it and the members of staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed sitting outside drinking the lovely cocktails whilst the children played in the pool and really enjoyed our stay in Malta. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was ok but can be repetitive and also quite basic. I mostly had toast and would have preferred more variety of fruits and pastries. The biggest issue I had during my stay was that there wasn’t any water in the hotel room upon check in and and so would highly recommend that the hotel provide guests with a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival as when we arrived at 1.30am with small children I had to walk to the shop to buy water, which is was not ideal at that time of night and after travelling. Overall a very friendly and relaxed experience and I would stay there again.

Hotel Santana Located in the heart of downtown of Paul’s bay, this hotel offers stunning views of the city and has a reputation for its exceptional service and friendly staff, for example Mr. Hicham was very helpful and friendly to us. They also offer quite a decent breakfast. We enjoyed out stay at this hotel.
