I Resort Beach Hotel & Spa

What an amazing hotel with great, kind, smiling, helpful people working there :) Hotel with delicious food, excellent drinks, beautiful views. From the first minutes during welcome till the last minutes of my stay it was fantastic and I thank you so much for it :) I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to slow down, enjoy views of the sea eating delisious Greek meals but also taste other cuisine. Hotel is super clean, rooms comfortable and cleaned daily. Hotel is situated in the city Stalis and surrounded with many restaurants, bars and shops with souvenirs. I went solo to I resort Hotel but I was not alone. The people who work there surrounded me with a warm and very friendly atmosphere. I felt like I was among friends. Their professionalism in work also makes a big impression. I would especially like to thank: Main restaurant: Emanuela - you are the best!!! Nikki, Andrei, Mihalis :) Pool bars: Arthur, Gorgios, Miron Main bar: Ines, Elli, Go Go And last but not least: Polychronis in the reception - thank you for the beautiful view from my room :) Congratulations to the Management of the I Resort Hotel for the Dream Team you have. We have really enjoyed our time here. This trip was our second honeymoon, and we plan to make this hotel our annual holiday destination. The room was beautiful, and the staff was professional and super friendly. We felt welcomed and appreciated from the time we arrived. We booked all inclusive and due to our delayed flight we arrived after dinner. The staff prepared a plate of food for us and we didn't need to look for a restaurant to get something to eat. We will be booking our return trip in the spring.

Great hotel with very attentive staff who are professional and always willing to help. Fantastic cool rooms to retire to after a relaxing day at the pool, comfortable beds, very relaxing to sleep in. My deepest appreciation goes to Wendy and the lovely talented Stella in the aegeo spa. I would highly recommend the cretan massage as it was the most relaxing massage I have had in years, and Stella is a fantastic masseur/physiotherapist who helped to alleviate my aching muscles. I was so impressed by this massage I went back the following day to have the back neck &scalp massage. I also persuaded my son to have the same treatment, and he thoroughly enjoyed his massage. If you are thinking of staying at this fabulous hotel, then i would highly recommend you plan a visit to the spa and lrt wendy and her team take care of yourself.

We found the I Resort to be a well managed, clean and friendly establish. We came for our honeymoon and our first time away without our 2 children. The room was set up with wine, fruit, petals on the bed and towels in a shape of a Swan love heart which we found to be a perfect touch. Staff were at hand to help and went above and Beyond to accommodate us from us upgrading our room upon arrival to the waiters getting to know you down to the right beverage and of course the views were amazing! The room attendants were in every day tidying the room and even left my nightwear left presentable on the bed with a plate of chocolate cakes which really was fab. The food, there's something for everyone and desserts were absolutely beautiful! We came all inclusive, some drinks are not part of the all inclusive however the staff informed you what was included before ordering.

We spent 10 days in this hotel and really enjoyed it. The hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. Right on the beach and very close to local bars and restaurants. The food was good and all the staff are very friendly and efficient. Especially Karina who is friendly, enthusiastic and makes sure everyone is included in the games around the pool during the day. As with previous reviews we found the rooms compact with very little storage space. We had a fantastic holiday and hope to return in the near future.

This hotel is in a great position in the heart of Stallis, shops and bars and restaurants are directly outside. The hotel is directly on the sandy beach. If you can afford it, upgrade, we had a suite and it was absolutely incredible. Very highly recommend. It had its own pool and the comfiest bed and pillows. The room is large and has everything we needed, lots storage. Great bath and shower. Fresh fruit plate and wine was bought to the room every day. The food was delicious, a great selection every day. Make sure you use your reservation to The Salty and hidden gem is Bliss restaurant where the food and service was fabulous and very romantic eating under the stars. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Weather perfect. I cant wait to go back.

Such an amazing hotel! We enjoyed every minute of our 13 night stay. We went all inclusive which id recommend as it’s so worth it. We feel so rejuvenated and are definitely going to come back again! The Pool- MASSIVE shoutout to Georgio who works tirelessly to ensure you’ve always got a drink and are happy around the pool. Georgio goes round all the sun beds including the hotel ones on the beach to get everyone’s drinks orders and brings the drinks right back to you. Never had to wait longer than 10 mins for our drinks he is a serious grafter and such a friendly member of staff! Shoutout to Antonio too for making the best cocktails! Loved the Strawberry Pina Coladas The room- We stayed in the West block of rooms which had been recently renovated. They’re stunning & the bed was very comfy. We had a land view in the end but it’s perfect for those who like people watching, although if you have the opportunity to opt for the sea view room i would as the views look insane. Our room was cleaned every day which was also great. We were able to sleep through the passing of cars outside too. Only downfall of these new rooms would be the doors. They’re difficult to close and the cleaners sometimes left our door open of course by mistake but it’s a little worrying to come back to the room seeing your door open… The Food- We ate in the hotel every day and always found something we both liked. A lot of the food is repeated but it’s similar not exactly the same. If i had to be seriously picky, It would be nice to see some more variety but it all tasted nice especially the fruit & desserts. The staff at the main restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Entertainment- There was entertainment every night & is good for everyone but especially those above 35/40+ years old we’d say. If you didn’t fancy the entertainment the hotel is situated on Stalis ***** with loads of bars, shops and restaurants just down the road. Everything you need is right on your doorstep. I wouldn’t recommend it to those with toddlers or kids who want a splash pool as there isn’t one! Only babies were here when we stayed. Overall we had a lovely holiday, it’s suitable for everyone. Stayed here from Sunday the 9th till Wednesday the 19th, really enjoyed the hotel, clean, rooms were so nice we had upgraded to sea view on the 3rd floor, cocktails in this hotel are the best I’ve had and I’ve been all over, service in the bar and pool side is amazing, don’t wait long and get waited on hand and foot! Food was also nice, different variety each day and the location was perfect, beach front, next to a load of Gorgeous restaurants and bars, definitely be coming back!

Great location right on the beach and the resort isn’t too lively like some other places in Crete. Food in general was good. We were all inclusive so the buffet did get a bit repetitive so we ate in the town a couple of nights for a change of scenery and experience a broader menu. The room was recently renovated in the west building, a little small even for just two of us. Only real criticism is there are nowhere near enough sun loungers either around the main pool or on the small beach area in front of the hotel. I’m not prepared to get out of bed between 6am and 7am when I’m on holiday to secure a sun lounger which obviously a lot of people did every day. We ended up sitting on the sofas outside of the main lounge area when we didn’t go on trips!
