We spend our holidays at Sheraton Algeria and it’s best place in the capital to enjoy for tourist from EU countries! Many thanks for the pool & restaurant manager -Mohamed who went well and beyond To resolve our complaint and make sure all our future experience is delivered at the highest standards! The hotel services are one of the best in Algiers. The food is good although the cuisine is slightly different from the international one and contains many local dishes. The rooms are a bit old but in general well maintained. The location is premium on the side but far from the city center I would like to thank Meriem, Salem, and Naser from La Brasserie restaurant who were really nice and helpful

Very beautiful and peaceful place .......amazing environment ........love it highly recommended............ food was awsome and healthy food quality is very good....... staff is very friendly.......... i will visit again soon...... if u want spend some quality time then visit ..........

Great facility, in very good location on the sea side , I do come here off and on with my work team , and I'm always impressed with the staff working here from front desk to restaurant staff , housekeeping .. I would like to praise Mrs "Fatima" working in the restaurant for her warm welcome everytime I go there for any of my meals , she holds a genuine welcoming attitude and always smiles to us , thank you for your great service I have to empathise about algerian cuisine , A MUST TRY ! Honestly i hate going to hôtels to stay in but this one was probably one of the best I've had in a long time i travel a lot and i never find places were i like staying A wonderful view with a clean out side and inside pool delich food at the restaurants and sweet worker's Liked staying there with my friends but all good things have an end 😓

For business purpose it was a good experience, except personal behaviour that need to be corrected (training to employees are mandatory) The hotel is good with good swimming pool and beautiful sea view. The room is good and clean but price is very high and need to be reviewed. The food is almost good but need to be most variant, and breakfast is poor without good variety.

We celebrated my cousin's wedding here, and stayed for over a week, booked over 15 rooms, and I think it was a waste. the venue was great, but the rooms, and staff... made our stay a living hell. Air conditioning does not work, we would call twice to three times a day and still wasn't fixed. the technician guy was WONDERFUL, but it was out of his hands as the building was set up in a way that allows more aircon in certain rooms and barely anything in other rooms. We asked to have our rooms changed but were put on hold for hours, when finally went down to the reception, they told us to wait ... and nothing. We would literally sleep naked, that's how hot the rooms were. And oh my god to get ahold of the staff in the reception... we would be put on hold at all times of the day, and sometimes they just don't answer the phone AT ALL !!! If you have money to spend, spend it elsewhere, the beach is nice and all, but nothing else is worth it I promise.

The hotel is nice but a bit old but The bed is very confortable so very good sleeping quality. Breakfast is poor, the coffee machine old and options limited. Staff are very nice and taxis available at any time.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Terrible service, hotel staff are rude , lazy and really do not want to do any work or help you. I arrived at 1pm and asked for early check in and even offered to pay , woman at the desk grunted and said every room was taken in the hotel. ( I went in the month of Ramadan. Empty car park and after staying a week soon realised the hotel was completely empty she just didn’t want to help). I went with family and my 18 year old sister. They refused to allow us to check in without proof of a family book? Tried to explain I’m a British citizen and don’t have one and her response was to fly back to the uk and get one? I was gobsmacked. She wasn’t willing to help and was rude and arrogant. After finally checking in after much Agro, I asked for an iron. It took two hours for the iron to arrive and when it finally did it was broken. The buffet was 6500 dinars per person , which is fine, but there was no food. Nothing left and not replenished. So I left starving and paid to break my fast with dates and water which was all that was left. Honestly the worst hotel ever. Building is stunning but everything inside , staff included are useless. Woudnt bother. And wouldn’t stay here even if someone paid me.

By this message, I am not aiming to be rude, but solely to report an unfair and unlawful service at le "Sheraton Club des Pins Resort" from Mariott in Algiers, which severely impacted the stay of my wife, my 9-month old baby and I, and which also impacts the international image of Mariott. I booked on site, 3 months in advance for 5 nights (21.08.22-26.08.22) for a double-bed room at the 5th floor with a see-front terrace. At our arrival, after waiting for 2 hours, they nonchalantly announced that they offered our room to a minister. They only offered us to replace this room by a double bed room at the 3d floor without terrace and with a parking view, and this for the same exact price of 37'000DA per night (253.5 $ per night the 24.07.22, see photos attached). According to the 1'217th article of the algerian civil code, this disrespects the initial contract with the customer. We should have at least benefited from a significant reduction. However, after several minutes of negotiation, they only offered us 2'000DA (13.7 $) per night of reduction. We will never try this hotel again. I suggest to stay away from this hotel, which appears anyway crowded.

I stayed more than 10 times in Sheraton with my family ,but each time only I remember was ;how madam Nejma who is responsible from room service really caring about us. Special thanks to her. And about other services I can say just avarage.....

Before the month of Ramadan, I decided with my family to visit the Sheraton Hotel and booked a suite for me. The reception was wonderful, the suite overlooked the sea, the suite was clean, the dinner was a buffet and it was varied, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you to the Sheraton Club Pines Club

As a usual visitor, I have noticed quite the improvement this time around, this is due to the hospitality of the front office & staff as a whole. The food service was also good 5 stars The new crew the hotel brought has made significant changes. Hoping to see more in the future
