訂到這家民宿真的超出預期！小而美，位置非常好，去景點近，附近有商場，出行吃飯特別方便！採光也好，衞生乾淨，比外面同價位的酒店好的多，就像在自己家一樣舒服。老闆服務很熱情，辦理入住退房很快速，省時省力，選到這裏真的物超所值，以後到這邊還會來的！

小院位置非常好👍在古街的正中央，對面就是學正考棚。老闆非常熱情，一路跑出來指揮停車，還幫忙把大行李搬到3樓。 特別提醒一下，千萬避坑朱家花園邊上的“朱老爺”，蒸糕沒熟，穿黃衣服的大個子女服務員態度巨差。非常影響心情。

來建水之前， 對於住宿問題，做了很多功課。本想住在古城裡，但是接受不了他們差評裏提出的問題，於是選擇了念初。想感受一下零差評是個什麼樣子的。 實踐證明實至名歸！確實驚喜。 首先交通很方便，自駕友好有停車位，距離小火車站幾百米，距離古城朝陽樓步行10來分鐘可以到達。 房間很大，佈局合理，衞生沒得説，床墊睡的超級舒服。一次性用品是我遇到在這個價位里民宿用的最好的。 最讚的是老闆，特別像個鄰家小妹，交談讓人很舒服，不自覺的拉近了距離，增加了信任度，吃住行的好建議讓我們的出行不踩雷。 建水很美，下次有機會還來，還住這裏。強推給朋友們。
