Amazing experience in this ryokan! Felt very warmly welcomed by the owner who would come out to send us off or receive us when we entered or exited. Also received a welcome cake from him! Rooms were comfortable and the private onsen experience was really luxurious. Easy drive out to see the attractions we wanted to in Hakone.

Редко оставляю такие восхищенные отзывы, но тут максимально заслужено: - На входе быстро регистрируют и рассказывают все нюансы, в том числе для новеньких про все правила пользования онсеном (дело непростое и стеснительное для многих, так что лучше больше деталей для успокоения), а также выдали бумажку со всей информацией. В конце еще выдали тапочки и забрали обувь - ощущение дома) - Видно, что все внутри обустроено для максимально комфортного проживания - много милых мелочей, необязательных деталей интерьера, которые в итоге превращают хостел в место, где хочется остаться жить - Сама комната с женскими капсулами небольшая, но тут все понимаемо - сами капсулы прям идеального размера - они большие, внутри не чувствуешь себя в замкнутом пространстве, ты как будто находишься в отдельной своей комнате. И опять отдельный респект за внутреннее обустройство - есть все для максимального удобства (сразу видно, что о вас позаботились) - Лаундж зона: приема, приготовления пищи, работы и общения компаниями. Место тоже сделано очень комфортным и функциональным. Огромные окна по периметру всего пространства, много мест как у окошка, так и вокруг столиков, на диванчиках и отдельный зал для приема пищи в аутентичном формате - на полу с небольшими подстилочками - Кухня: и тут тоже есть все, что может пригодиться - от микроволновок, чайника, тостера до установки для заваривания фильтр кофе и чая - Место находится на возвышении - не близко к основному туристическому маршруту, но сюда отлично ходят автобусы, а вид того стоит

Nice hotel. It has several rooms and only one shared room woomen-only. So it's not like ordinary hotel. It's not far from bus station, but the way may be tough for older people or if you have heavy luggage. There is very nice area with Japanese garden view and tatami. There is an onsen which you can book for 40 min every day. Onsen is in a near building through beautiful alley. Onaen is aslso clean and in a good condition. After onsen there is a free massage chair. They give yukatas. Closest 7/11 about 10 min walking. There is an opportunity to order breakfast and dinner in the hotel. It's not a ryokan, but a nice place to stay surrounded by mountains. They have free one-way morning shuttles to Gora or Museum. There is also a short way to reach Gora, but only if you like stairs. Not a way with suitcases or grandparents.

*The guest villa was nice, clean, and comfortable.* We had a small issue at check-in though. The check-in email only came in at 4:30 PM, but we arrived at 3:00 PM. Plus our room was changed from 201 to 101, so the code we got didn’t work. Luckily the staff was there when we arrived and helped us check into the new room quickly. *Facilities:* Washing machine is paid - 6kg for 400 Yen. Dryer is 100 Yen for 30 mins but clothes don’t get fully dry, so we still had to hang them out. The drying area is small but clean enough. Bathroom was clean too and overall facilities are good. Cómodo hostel a poca distancia de la Estación de Gora. Cálido ambiente. Con muchas áreas comunes para distintos gustos y necesidades. El hostel en general estaba limpio. Pero la habitación tenía mal olor. Si bien, el hostel estaba bien para la categoría de lo que es, resultó caro; es decir, no tiene buena relación calidad precio para la zona (por el mismo o menos valor, se consigue mejor nivel de alojamiento, con onsen (hot springs) y spa en ellos

Очень понравился Онсен и сам отель, мужчина провел нам экскурсию с переводчиком на русский для большего комфорта! Мы были здесь всего один день, но это было замечательно! Очень красивые виды, остановка недалеко, всё супер✨

A nice cozy home right near the main train station. Easy access to transportation and right in the heart of the town. The house had many beds to choose from and good separation of rooms. A stocked kitchen and laundry machine was a bonus. The only slight bother was that the space in front of the toilet was very narrow and it was slightly uncomfortable to be on the toilet. Also there are cockroaches that come in at night, but this is fairly normal in Japan. The walk up to the house consists of many stairs and is not suitable for persons with handicaps/mobility issues.

Nestled in a peaceful corner of Mt. Hakone, yet conveniently connected by bus, only a 5-10 mins walk. This charming little hotel offered an unforgettable immersion into Japanese culture, complete with tatami-matted floor, soft futon bedding and soothing onsen. With it's effortless check in and out, it's perfect for travelers seeking tranquility and authenticity without sacrificing to much convenience. Pros: If you plan to visit the Hakone pirate ship and the Hakone ropeway at Togendai, it will give you an early start because it's only 11 minutes by bus. Con: To get to the hotel you will need to go up a little hill, not too hard, but if you have a lot of luggage it could be a bit of a challenge (But it's an easy walk back to the bus stop) Be mindful of the bus time getting to the hotel as the bus tends to end around 5:00 p.m. Also, there aren't any places to eat near the hotel, so you may need to take food with you, order breakfast with the hotel or buy some snacks and instant noodles from the hotel shop.

Nos encantó este hotel, es mucho más mono en la realidad que en las fotos. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Tienen baños de uso privado, dos interiores y dos exteriores. Muy limpios y con todo lo necesario (gel, champú, acondicionador, secador de pelo, etc.). No tuvimos ningún problema para usarlos ya que siempre había uno libre. Se escuchaba un poco el ruido de las otras habitaciones pero los huéspedes son respetuosos. El personal muy servicial también. Puedes coger prestado zapatillas, yukatas (estos también para ir al baño exterior), paraguas, y tomar agua fría o caliente y té. La habitación tenía mesa, un balconcito con nevera, otra mesa junto a la ventana y lavabo. No pasamos nada de frío ya que había muchísimas mantas y una bomba de aire. También televisor y deshumificador, aunque no los usamos. Algunos comentarios dicen que la ubicación no es muy buena o que no hay restaurantes alrededor. Para nosotros la ubicación era correcta ya que está bien conectado a 2 minutos de las paradas de buses y tren. Había un restaurante justo enfrente pequeñito pero muy rico y bien de precio que abre hasta las 10 pm. Teniendo en cuenta que era de las opciones más baratas en Hakone para las fechas y con la posibilidad de disfrutar de onsen de forma privada, nos pareció que estaba muy muy bien.
