"The rooms are well-cleaned. There is an elevator, so it's no problem to stay on the second floor or higher.
We stayed for two nights, and since we left the hotel at 5am on both the second and third days to enter Machu Picchu, they prepared a breakfast box for us every morning instead of breakfast. It was also very filling, with mandarin oranges, bananas, apples, cheese and ham sandwiches, chocolate, and water, so we were able to get plenty of nutrition in the morning. They also left our luggage after we checked out, so we were able to take our time shopping at the nearby market before departing.
I'll definitely be back."

"The room is OK, that is, Xiyang is very dry in the afternoon, there is no curtain. The key is that the landlord rests on weekends, does not answer the phone, and there is no service, and people can't find it. In this case, Trip.com should tell the customer in advance and remind the landlord to say hello to the customer. In case something happens to the customer, that is a big problem."

"Great location. We arrived past midnight and left at 3am for the Macchu Pichu tour, and was only 2 mins walk away. The vibe of the street and the coffee shop is brilliant.
As expected from a hostel. They moved our room to another one after the first night which was inconvenient."

"Think of the furthest from train station, bus to machu picchu and restaurants, there is this hotel. However the service is really nice and the room is real clean. They cook me this breakfast. i love it apart from the location."

"It was convenient near the center of Machu Picchu village. Friendly staff. The bed sheets were soaked. I smelled uncle pillows. There is no heating. Plenty of hot water comes out in the shower. I had soap and shampoo, but I didn't have towels. The toilet is beautiful. There is no ventilation fan, so the door of the washroom is full of mold and smells moldy. If you don't open the window of the washroom, it smells like a drain. One night is the limit. Breakfast bread main. A little fruit. I have ham and cheese."

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel was very convenient right above the bus stop and there was little noise. It was difficult to communicate in English, but the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, the unfortunate thing was that the heater was weak, so I felt a little cold, so I wore sports clothes and slept, so there was no problem. I think it's because I'm 67 years old and I get a lot of cold.

Tuvieron un inconveniente con el agua caliente ,pero se solucionó finalmente. No brindan con la tarifa, toallas, cosa que deberían aclarar en la reserva. Pero si las alquilan. El personal,súper amables, trataron de solucionar todos los inconvenientes. Algo a destacar, nos permitieron guardar el equipaje después del check out, mientras subíamos a Machupicchu y nos prepararon para llevar el desayuno. También, por la tarde, mientras esperábamos el tren se regreso, pudimos cargar los celulares .

3⃣️There is no WIFI in the hotel room
4⃣️The sound insulation effect of the hotel is average. There is music playing outside at 10 o'clock in the evening.
5⃣️There is no water supply. You have to buy bottled water to drink water.
The only advantage is that I get up at 5 o'clock and breakfast is ready around 5:30
After coming down from Maqiu, we took a rest there before going to the train station. The boss did not refuse us.
