My partner and I stayed here about a month total over the past two months. This lodging is located on the city and county line between Vancouver and Camas/Skamania county. There is plenty of parking and we never had an issue with our vehicle parked in their lot. The staff is simply outstanding. They are kind, thoughtful, friendly, helpful. Literally, during all of our time there we did not have one even remotely negative interaction with any staff member. Our room, a queen suite, was quite comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen comes equipped with both cooking utensils and eating utensils. Full size fridge, dishwasher, two burner cooktop, and small eating space. There's a desk if you need to work at a desk. Lighting is sufficient. My biggest complaint is that the knife could use upgrading or sharpening. Slicing vegetables was challenging with the knives provided. We used the workout room while we were there and the equipment is kept clean and in good repair. There is also an array of free weights, dumbbells, and two lifting benches. The laundry is FREE!! There are four washers and four dryers and rarely is there a wait time to use the laundry. The facility is kept sparkling clean. Really, of all the places we have stayed across the US, this one is the most well maintained. They even clean out the washers and dryers daily, the workout room is cleaned daily, the common areas are kept spotless. There is a coffee shop more or less in the parking lot and at least three restaurants across the street. The hotel has a mini market on site with a wide variety of items to choose from. The room windows open a limited amount so you can get fresh air in your room. Highly recommend this lodging.

The location is good with access to a wide variety of restaurants. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We were traveling by motorcycle, so I was happy to hear there is security patrols throughout the night in the parking lot. The front desk staff even allowed me to park under the front awning.

Great place for the three price and location . Have been a return costumer and will again!

When making our reservation I noted we would need a late checkin. Circumstances changed and we arrived early. Carrie, at the front desk, was very personable and friendly, allowing us to check in early. We had a room on the ground floor. The person in the room above us walked like an elephant but that is not this hotel’s fault. The room was clean, with a/c running (very hot day for Vancouver) and kept the room very cool. There are many homeless on the outskirts of the property but they stay off the property, they never bothered us and I felt safe staying here. The breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, tater tots, link sausage, assorted juices, waffles, yogurt, pastries including assorted bagels, and cereals. There was plenty of seating available in the dining area and it was kept very clean. We will stay here again when we return to visit family again.

We recently spent 9 days here. Our room was large and comfortable, the AC worked well, the window opened, though only partially. The room had a fridge, a Keurig, and a microwave. The bed was comfortable, the towels nice, and good quality toiletries. The TV selection was limited. They have DVDs you can borrow and DVD players in the room, however the vast majority of the movies were action films. The room was fairly quiet and the facility kept clean except...the pool. Our primary reason for choosing this hotel was the pool. The first few days it wasn't bad, the water was a little murky, so I was careful not to put my face in the water. However, after a busy weekend, the water was filthy and the pool itself grimy. Swimming is my main form of exercise, so this was disappointing. The internet and wifi was very good most of the time, although there were periods when it simply stopped working for awhile. Overall, a nice place.

This is a budget friendly hotel, and unfortunately there are homeless people camped out in front of the street where the hotel is located. But the hotel is very convenient to the freeway, mall and lots of restaurants. The hotel has lots of security and cameras and I’ve never encountered a problem. The staff that work here are really awesome! Especially Victoria, Carina and the Manager Taylor. They always have a smile and are so helpful! The room itself is very comfortable and has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I’ve never had problems with loud guests. The towels are not the best, but again for a budget friendly hotel, it serves its purpose. The morning breakfast is pretty decent with sausage, eggs, cereal, or waffles.

This is a very nice hotel in a wonderful location. Surrounded by a park and office space, it's very quiet and private. A short drive to stores and restaurants. Room was clean and looked to be in good order. Everything was neat and looked fairly new. Our two bedroom suite had a rare for Towneplace, and very nice, second bathroom. Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils. Dog friendly too, which is a bonus. Be sure to consider this hotel when in the Portland/Vancouver area.
